The room was beautiful very nice internally and spacious.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t working at all which is a very big problem for tourists coming outside the country and require to be online. In addition, check in was very late in the day at 5pm which would be fine if we were also allowed to check out a little later in the day in order to make sure we get our moneys worth for the day lost by checking in so late. Nonetheless, check out was strictly at 10 am without an additional accommodation towards guests who have later flights. A courtesy room was offered but only if we paid an extra 70 euros which is an absurdly high amount given that the hotel charged us a full day for the first day and we were only allowed to go in the room after more than half of the day was gone.

Neat little apartment, great for our short stay although I expect most people stay longer!

We had a little bit of trouble with the hot water (for four of us) but it re-filled pretty quickly. The ground floor was a little bit dark - if I were staying again, I would ask for an apartment on a higher floor.

The staff goes above and beyond to make sure the stay is perfect. Once again thank you for everything. The place looks amazing, the rooms are clean, you find anything you wish for.

The grounds were really stunning! Reception was readily available and really wanted to make sure we had a good time. Gave some lovely recommendations for restaurants, bars, beaches and were overall incredibly pleasant. Really made our time there enjoyable!

The apartment was great, and the personnel was super helpful. The garden was an absolute dream. Close to everything, supermarkets, restaurants.

The flat was really spacious and clean, interior was very nice. Maria working at the reception desk was super friendly and helpful. The residence has a beautiful garden, it’s a pleasure to eat a breakfast there. There are also bikes available with no additional fees. We received welcome gifts. I totally recommend this place. I would love to come back there. :) thank you!

location perfect you could walk down to the beautiful beach or use the bicycles provided . Our apartment had 2 balconies and was spotless . The hosts Ivan and Marie were amazing what ever we asked for, nothing was a problem . Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay

We could not fault anything

Ivan and Maria Assunta were extremely helpful, attentive and accommodating to our every need over our 2 week stay. Great location, facilities and friendly staff. Will definitely be staying again!

Only thing was that the apartment was advertised as a double with 2 sofa beds but it had one sofa bed that would have been quite a tight squeeze. Wasn't an issue as we didn't need the extra beds in the end but was the only thing to note.

we’ve stayed in many apartments while on vacation in Italy and Greece, but this place goes WAY above and beyond in catering to every wish of their guests. The facilities were amazingly complete, well stocked, functional, staff was friendly, helpful, available, easy to communicate with (in multiple languages and platforms), extra stuff like bicycles, beach stuff for guests to use at no extra charge. Grounds are beautiful and garden like and well manicured, this place shows pride of ownership and management that cares about guests enjoyment of their stay

The location was a little tricky to find, but that was maybe a GPS issue, or jetlag. Thats the worst I can think of.

The hosts were very friendly. The rooms were great, the communication was smooth and my wife was surprised with a bouquet of flowers for our wedding anniversary.

The apartment was way bigger than expected , staff was great and super helpful. The location was easy to find and (although I was there on low-season time) there was plenty of parking spot around the building. The staff made the difference

Windows are not really soundproof so in the morning who ever was either working on a nearby building, someone doing gardening or else was easily heard in any room of the Apartment.

Cozy and decent apartment in well maintained building (with several other holiday apartments). The courtyard was equally well maintained and very much enjoyed. The big shower with grippy floor are much appreciated.

The beds were not very comfortable. Also the outside airconditioning/heating units were loud and unfortunately the soundproofing was not up to expectations. Edit: Within a few hours the wonderful host already asked (very politely) what I did not like about the bed, he confirmed working on a solution. This really shows just how well they take care of you :)

Ivan and the other staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was spotless when we arrived and the setting in a formal garden was lovely. Ivan helped me source flowers for my wife on our arrival, our 25th Wedding Anniversary year. Thanks again!

Really friendly helpful owner went out of his way to make us welcome. He contacted us before arrival to see what he could do to make us feel welcome and so there was fresh fruit in the room, wine and water as well. He offered us a late checkout to allow us to use the room until we had to go to the airport without us having to ask. Apartment was quiet and spacious and very good value for money.

Pillows were a little hard but the owner brought new ones.

Location was great as nice and quiet but not far from main town. The host, Ivan, was very helpful and provided a very good service. Accommodation was very spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony.

The only thing missing was somewhere to sit in the lovely garden outside our apartment. Ivan did provide us with some chairs when I mentioned this but some sun loungers would have been great. Having said that the beach wasn’t far away so we mainly went there.

The host Ivan is excellent and has made us feel like his number one priority since arriving at Residence La Rosa. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we have been comfortable throughout our stay. The Residence is set in beautiful grounds full of Sardinian charm, we were even met with a free upgrade. I would recommend Residence La Rosa to anyone wanting to stay in the Porto San Paolo area!

Nothing, excellent host and accommodation

It has a very big balcony with amazing views and the size of the apartment really good as well. Bigger than I expected. Ivan was super nice and helpful. I would recommend this place. The area has beautiful beaches. We had a car , so really easy to get there and move around.

From one of the bedrooms, you could hear the water running and other noises when flushing the toilet, but that's minimum.

We booked a one bedroom apartment and asked for an early check-in. We were given a two bedroomed apartment and the owner Ivan organised a taxi for us and an early check in. It was nice being able to sit on the terrace and be next to the garden, have a glass of wine and just enjoy. The owner, Ivan communicated via WhatsApp and that went really well, he shared tips on where to go etc, he made sure to show us where to get the bus to the airport too, as google maps failed us on this point. He also checked to make sure we new how to work the heating, as we had some cold weather one day. All in all he went above and beyond to make our stay a success.

Not the owners fault, the whole island wifi is poor. It worked, was slow and not a secured site. My son managed to do his online class.

Fantastic location. Really beautiful beaches within a 10 minute drive and very easy to get to the residence from the airport. We loved the location.
