There is everything and more you could want for a relaxing stay. Accommodation was clean and well appointed. The view is exceptional and close to everything Bruny has to offer. We loved our stay and will be back.

The second bathroom was outside the house (which was not mentioned anywhere until you are there).

The location, accommodation and Views were amazing. The communication from the property owner were exceptional and friendly. The accommodation was exactly as described and felt just like home. Wish we had a longer stay.

Inside bathroom very small for family of 6 and while the outside bathroom/ laundry was lovely we didn’t want to go outside at night for showers and toilet.

Perfect location with a wonderful view, close access to beach and in walking distance of Bruny Island Adventure Cruises. It is well equipped and very comfortable. We loved sitting in the sunroom!

The driveway is quite steep and curved, but very manageable.

This is a spectacular place to stay and appreciate Bruny Island. Being set up on a small rise above the road gives the house an advantage over many other places. The accommodation itself is very comfortable, clean, and set out very well, with the front sun room being an absolute winner. Sitting in comfortable chairs looking out over the bay towards north Bruny and Mt Wellington in the distance is a great way to spend some time. Just around the corner is the Bruny Island Boat wharf, there is a little well stocked shop a short drive away, and the walk to Fluted Cape is easily reached. The garden is lovely, and it attracts a lot of birdlife. A well set up kitchen means there is no need to worry about travelling to find a meal.

A well fitted out house, in a superb location with a wonderful view. The details! Good reading lamps for every bed! A great kitchen. Multiple outdoor dining options around the house. For those of us who like to read, comfortable chairs of all descriptions. And a sun room to watch all the weather.

It's a narrow driveway for a big car (a 4x4) and main bathroom is abit pokie but there is another one outside which has more room
