Cleanliness is important, motel was clean.Recently painted and renovated.New air conditioner, modern bathroom.Walking distance to shops. Central location.Very good hot water in the shower, no adjusting required, that is a plus factor.Nice friendly host.

rooms are very dirty and dated - first room blanket was dirty and was just given another key to another room which wasn’t much better. lights are kept on out the front of rooms all night and shine through into room as curtains are horrible. needs to be knocked down

I had to wash my dishers in either the bathroom sink or spa and was also the only spots to fill up my water bottles. Also had no tea towels to dry up the dishes.

Comfortable bed, quiet, the grit of the only lass on site and her ability to work nonstop basically to fulfill the workload of cleaning and maintaining all rooms, about twelve at an estimate.

The room was much smaller than we anticipated, we would have liked more bench space. My husband gets up exceedingly early, and we usually get two rooms. We usually go away on a break fully equipped and found that the supply of cutlery and crockery was not adequate for two, missing some. Said bowl would be supplied for washing of dishes and cutlery but was not. We felt like the establishment needed much more maintenance.

Good location, nice walk to the pub and restaurants. Would've been an equally pleasant walk to the shoreline had the weather been a little friendlier.

The shower was not clean enough to be at hotel stardard. I highly recommend White King gel to try and get rid of the mold. The hot water took quite some time to come through in the shower. Probably should invest in doonas, rather than forcing us to use the AC to stay warm. Those extra blankets in the cupboard weren't sufficient for the icy nights we're currently experiencing. Not much space in the cupboard for clothes. Taken up by extra pillow and blankets, crockery, utensils, kettle, dustpan & broom etc. Limited counter space in the bathroom for toiletries. The bathroom sink is the only water source, thankfully the tiny kettle could fit underneath. Given the limited physical and storage space, not ideal for more than 1 person.
