Wonderful unit, with a fantastic patio with hot tub and view. Comfortable kitchen and living space and plenty of room. Host was very kind and let us into the unit without issue and made good recommendations for Bellagio.

Unit is a bit far from the center of town, I would say you probably need a car to be happy here, which we did, and we were :).

Everything. Location is perfect if you're happy to be a little outside of Bellagio. Still there are shops and cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The Villa itself is beyond stunning from the grounds to the views (especially from the hot tub), to the kitchen/bathroom/living facilities. The hosts were fantastic, very accommodating and went above and beyond what you'd expect when opportunities arose for them to do so. I was sceptical of writing such a good review, with the thought of not being able to book again in the future but I couldn't give anything other than 10/10!

If you want to walk into the centre of Bellagio or step out of your accomodation and be in the heart of the town, this is not the place for you. Outside of that, this is unbeatable (and what you sacrifice in distance you gain in peace and quiet and what have to be the best views in the town). We were a little wary of paying the full amount in cash/bank transfer. But the hosts gave us a full invoice when we paid and we had no issues at all.

The view was amazing and the owner of the property was wonderful! The pictures don't even do it justice, it's even better in person! The property was immaculate and had everything we could have possibly needed. There was really good communication leading up to our stay, and she responded quickly and answered any questions we had. She gave great recommendations and led us to a place where we had one of the best meals we had during our entire stay in Italy. 10/10 would book again. Highly recommend staying here!!!

This isn't anything against the property, but the beds were a little hard for what we're used to - which we came to find was kind of a common theme everywhere we stayed, so it's really nothing wrong with the property itself, just an observation. Everyone enjoys a different mattress firmness! Overall, the stay and experience completely outweighed a firmer mattress than what we're used to and we'd still stay again anytime, in a heartbeat!

The hot tub, view and cost made this the biggest bang for the buck in all of Italy... This is a great deal for a great stay!

We arrived quite late, thus after a short diner we went to bed without looking around. However, in the morning it was a unique experience to enjoy the sunrise over the lake Como from the jakuzzi on the huge terrace of Villa Primula. Don’t hesitate and chose this villa if you are looking for something extraordinary. The helpfulness of Norris made our short journey even more fine. We will come back, sure!

It's a hidden gem! First of all - backstory, my wife wanted to end our Italian trip by Lake Como and I thought this meant staying in Como itself. After hours of searching on Booking I finally decided to chose to look elsewhere, moved on to Bellagio and finally picked Villa Primula solely on the fact that photos showed there was a view on the lake and a jacuzzi. Now if you find this review and you're looking for a place where you want to be hypnotized by the view - this is the place. We stayed for 2 nights (arrived late afternoon and left early morning) so we just soaked the place up for the whole day, enjoying the view. The apartment is on top of the owners house, but as it is on a steep hill, it has its own access. It has a fully functional kitchen and bathroom with shower and tub. There is one bedroom with a large bed and a living room which is conveniently divided to a sleeping area (with 2 beds that can accomodate 4) and a living room part. And the creme de la creme which is the balcony with the jacuzzi. You can stay there for hours watching the view at sunrise, day, sunset or at night. It's just spectacular. Price was pretty steep, but also great value for it!

The only downside is the wifi. We needed to have a good connection for video calls but it was only several Mbit/s.

The view was amazing - simply amazing. You had a great view from virtually every window in the home. Also, the hot tub was wonderful in the evening. The place was very tastefully decorated and the host was very helpful.

The appartment is at a vantage point which gives you view on the mountain, the small village life on the hills, sunset experience plus monlight when sitting in the jacuzzi at night.

Spectacular loft with the best view on Bellagio, jacuzzi, plenty of outside space to enjoy time outside. Very friendly hosts and clean. Highly recommendable.

Lovely facility. Clean, well equipped, good size, beautiful view, nice bathroom and lots of storage. Hot tub and view great, underfloor heating was lovely.

Not a true two bedroom! One legit bedroom, the other 'bedroom' is a slightly sectioned off area of the living room. No door, privacy, or noise reduction. Towels also very hard and scratchy.

Beautiful views over looking mountains lake and Bellagio!!

Accessibility to Bellagio was more difficult than we expected.
