My wife and I really loved the house and the town of Woodstock. Great location, walkable to everything in town. Very comfortable bedding, and everything we needed to stay in and cook a few nights as well. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great fall week. The property location was A+++ The property was as advertised. Everything was great. Would definitely return. Highly recommended!!

My family of four plus our border collie stayed here between Xmas and New Years and had a lovely and relaxing vacation. The apartment feels larger that anticipated, more like a tiny house. (Separate entrance and the other unit is a salon.) The kids slept on the pullout sofa downstairs and my husband I had the second floor to our selves. The kitchen is ample and to the side of the main living space so we never felt crowded or on top of each other while spending all our inside time together. We went to Killington several times to ski during the week, which was about a half hour, easy drive, away. The apartment in on the the main (very beautiful) street of Woodstock. So a walk around the block brings you to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, a river walk, an agricultural museum and a great bookstore. Really a perfect spot, highly recommend!

Don’t stay anywhere else!

We had another peaceful stay at Tribou Park Place. The apartment is in fantastic condition, with a comfortable bed and living room couch, nice hardwood floors, great appliances, and very clean. The claw foot tub is also a really nice perk. Brenda was very communicative and friendly.

My husband and I were delighted by our stay at Brenda and Clay's townhome. The house was impeccably maintained and stocked with everything we needed for our three-week vacation. We did a fair amount of cooking and grilling and the kitchen had everything we needed (good knives, cutting boards, serving bowls, etc.). Plus, we very much enjoyed our happy hours on the back patio, which was lined with flowers and Brenda's herb garden. The location itself was perfect, right in town and a short walk to parks and trails for running, hiking and walking. Simply put, we enjoyed our stay tremendously and highly recommend this rental!

This apartment is just as listed. It is comfortable, spacious, clean, well equipped and in a perfect location. We especially enjoyed the outside space.

Woodstock is a historical town in Vermont, and it is all covered by Christmas light, which was perfect for our holiday vacation. We could walk around the town, which has sidewalks everywhere. We took a walk around the center every day; it was so beautiful! Plus, the grocery store was 200 yards away from us, so we could walk there as well to pick up everything we needed. Besides staying in one of Vermont's most beautiful towns, the house itself was just as perfect. The house has one bedroom and 2 baths, but it is so spacious! It was perfect for our small family. It was sparkling clean when we arrived, and it had everything we needed. Thus, it was fully supplied with everything we could ever need. So we only needed to grab some food, and enjoy. The house had a hardwood floor, which was perfect for our family with dust allergies. The house was beautifully decorated; we even got the Christmas tree and window candles, which made our vacation even merrier. The house has a cozy backyard, which we used only occasionally, but it is probably perfect for summertime. Kids loved playing in Tribou park, building the ice castle. The parking was right behind the building in front of the garage, and you can access it from Pleasant street. Another advantage of the place was that we were located right between two ski resorts, both with 10 min of drive. We definitely want to come back! Thanks again, Brenda! Just a fantastic location and property. Just what we were looking for...and on short notice. Warm, clean, new hardwood flooring throughout, great entertainment system, new appliances, historic setting, 2 minute walk to town center...!

My husband, son, dog and I really enjoyed our stay in Woodstock. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and situated just minutes away (walking) from a swimming hole, restaurants, and grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, etc. The beds were comfortable. And the small green space right outside was convenient for the dog. We would totally recommend this rental to other small families or couples wanting a true Woodstock experience.

Easy in-town stay walking distance to everything

From the beginning, this went very well. Our first communication with Brenda was answered promptly and we booked right away. The apartment is very nicely appointed and lacks for NOTHING. We couldn't find anything that she hadn't thought of. We were very comfortable there, staying for an entire month. It quickly became home for us. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone and hope to return. The location is prime; walking distance to anything in the village. There is a very pleasant little park right out the door, a great place to people watch and if you should need it, your own personal cannon.

Woodstock is a great little town. The property is right at the intersection of the main street going into town. Very convenient and walkable to shops, restaurants, and tree lined streets for a run or walk. Being the main way in and out, there was a lot of road traffic which made leaving the windows open a bit loud at times, but no worries. There is no central AC which you typically don't need in Vermont, but during this weeks unusual high heat and storms sometimes made it a bit warm and stuffy. They do have two window AC units which helped tremendously. Great comforts and well-apportioned kitchen. Bed is ridiculously comfortable- I slept like a baby. Clawfoot tub was amazing after a long day on my feet. Would stay again for sure.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful long weekend in Woodstock. Brenda’s rental was fantastic, in a great location and if anything, I’d say the pictures don’t actually do justice to how nice the place is! Will definitely look to stay here again upon returning to Woodstock!

We stayed for a month and were pleased to find that the cottage was very well equipped with lots of lovely extra touches. It has been completely remodelled using modem conveniences without losing any of its character. In spite of the near constant -15c temperatures, it remained very warm and cosy throughout. The tasteful interior made it feel like home, and Brenda and Clay were very welcoming and extremely helpful. We can highly recommend this lovely and extremely well located home, and will certainly be back. Thanks to both of you.

Great property. One of the nicest we’ve stayed at ... the house is in great shape meticulously maintained and fully equipped w everything you need including spices! Charming and perfect for 2 or 3.

We really enjoyed the space Brenda has created. So very onvenient to all the Woodstock shops and charm. Was easy to take our dog on walks- the highlight was walking to Billings Farm and meeting a couple of friendly cows and a dip in the river climbing down the rocks. There was summer construction noise which was a bummer for us adults but kids slept thru it. Thanks so much Brenda.

First, let me say that the cottage itself is lovely. Unfortunately, it is at the junction of the main street in Woodstock and another busy route so, when the trucks begin to bang and rattle past before 6am, having open windows is not an option, unless you're a very early riser or sleep with earplugs. What was even more disappointing for us was the fact that the owners were having a stone patio built right outside the back door and the stone sawing and banging of stones into place began (for nine of the 12 days we stayed) at around 7am. We were not told about this beforehand, nor provided any compensation, either financial or for future stays, for the inconvenience. Very disappointing.

Beautifully decorated and maintained apartment. Perfect place to relax and unwind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
