I liked the location, staff was incredibly kind.

It wasn’t clean. The previous clients didn’t clean well (cutlery bathroom and floors) and this was not checked by the hotel. We were only two nights day so we decide to spend as little as possible in the hotel and to go to restaurants.

New furniture and very clean room. The staff is helpful and polite. Easy parking.

It is a typical eye-candy residence. Beautiful pictures and in reality as well, but watching from close the details make you slightly disappointed. There are rooms facing to the rocks the building was cut into with no landscape at all. The price of the apartment is already very high, but it does not include: TV, Internet, towel, unlimited wellness usage and final cleaning. If you want to include all of these, finally the price end up at a 4 star hotel with at least breakfast, but here you need to cook on you own and clean the kitchen and bathroom anyhow. The house is a bit far from the ski lifts, walking uphill at the end of a day is part of the exercise. Garage parking is free and easy if you arrive early. The most annoying is the limited spa area use and the very early close time: 7pm. The hammam would need a water pipe to clean the sweat of the previous user, there is no soap and paper at any public toilet, and only 1 shower at the spa area. I saw guests just entering the pool without showering due to someone else was using. Wellness area is a little room with 3 cardio machines and that's all. Not enough to be called wellness. In general it is very overpriced and the existing services is just for making more benefit for the owners in the snow shortening times. We were 3 in a an apartment for 6. Just was enough.

Very basic but does the job

State of repair left much to be desired. Bathroom tiles held up with gaffer tape!

Needs to get with the times. Nothing is supplied (cleaning products etc). Beds not made. Extra fee for changing. Typical for a french chalet but compared to rest of Europe poor value for money.
