Very beautiful wiev from a rooftop,cozy rooms

Very poor breakfast.Only croisant with marmelade and coffee and juices.Croisants not fresh… No cups for coffee or even water in rooms.Quite good food at restaurant,but you can order pizzas only in the evening (after 7pm) which is kinda weird in Italy Hotel and restaurant aren’t busy, but staff is really strange😅you’re feeling not welcomed, opposite, you need kinda guilty that you come at all.Strage sarcastic phrases and etc. Magnificent view place, but staff is not friendly at all, comparing any other restaurants around

Location wasn't ideal. Waited 2 hours for a bus that kept passing and had to spend 80 euro to get a taxi up so we checked out the next morning and lost 2 nights that I had paid for and had to get another hotel with easier access

Incredible nice location and view on the ocean at the Amalfi coast. Super delicious breakfast was served on the terrace with ocean view in the morning. We got an upgrade for free and we had a jacuzzi in our bathroom.

We have arrived in the evening at the Lincanto’s reception wanted to check in, then we asked to see the room before. During the way to the room it smelled not good at all, the place was not renovated like the pictures, dark with no light and I saw even a rat under the stairs. The room, especially the balcony is not a sea view, was not like the description, the only view you can see it is a dirty parking lot. Besides the room and the hotel, the owner was rude and not sympathetic at all, not give us nice welcoming, even close to violent. I have booked the room by mistake for one person, and he was making a big deal even though I said it clear that it was by mistake and if I would stay I will pay for the extra person. It was with breakfast, so I do not know what he was thinking. We tried to explain to the owner calmly that the place was not by the description, and we want to cancel to find another place for the night. The guy in the reception acted not normal, maybe drunk, and could not communicate effectively with us. We just came to enjoy from our vacation and to met with people like that was not pleasant. It was a very bad experience. My girlfriend and I decided to go anyway without a refund and talk to Booking about it because they started to scream and blamed us like we are the problem, a little scary situation. They said some sentences about mafia, and we ran away from there.

I liked everything about L’incanto the owners are very generous the breakfast was fantastic and the place was clean and beautiful and the view was beautiful.

Bad service, nonchalant by the reception, nonchalant by check in, no help at all. We felt us not welcomed. Breakfast? Non fresh bread No eggs No butter Only marmelad and croissant. Not recomend this place

The location was good however you need your own transport.

The communication with the staff was poor and unfriendly, especially the owner of the property.

very bad breakfast i wouldnt even Call it breakfast. The staff was so rude with zero service. When we arrived the staff didnt even knew that we had booked. Three persons was trying to find our Keys to our room, and after 15min they were able to find it.

The smell, staff were unpleasant, breakfast that was meant to be provided was 3 croissants. Restaurant was closed all day one of the days. Access to nearest towns is a nightmare and the hotel is not in furore it’s aregola. To finish the owner of the hotel dropped us to our next town one day and charged 130 euro and nearly killed us about 6 times. He was unhappy with the traffic and showed road rage on the coastal roads I have never seen before. An awful stay all round. Ciaran

We loved this hotel! Great view and loved the terrace with the spa. The spa never heated up but still lovely to sit up there. We also had a private balcony. The breakfast pastries were way too good- we ate them all. They have a restaurant on the property and it was fantastic for dinner. Now one of my favorites in Southern Italy!

It would have been so amazing if the spa was heated:-(

The views, the breakfast and the size of the room were very satisfying.

We paid extra for a sea view type of room, but the owner wanted to give us a different one saying it was a misunderstanding. He finally gave up after we showed him all the confirmations and told we will not accept an alternative, especially that we booked it an hour before arrival and it was available online. For us it was an unnecessary stress that could be avoided if the owner wasn't trying to con us.

The restaurant is ok but hotel it is not. To get to the rooms you basically walk on a tiny alley behind the kitchen and then up some stairs. There is no reception or any sort of guidance when checking in. You are basically directed to the restaurant and wait at their bar. When the staff is busy you just hang around there until someone attends to you. I went for breakfast 20 mins after it supposedly started to find a woman still cleaning the place and then got served by someone who didn’t seem to work in the restaurant/hotel - I believe I saw him guarding the parking lot during the day. The location is also quite bad and the drive up and down was not fun at all. There was only one very friendly person from the staff who tried to make my stay a little bit more comfortable but that was it.

The best solution to see all amalfitana coast and wake up every morning with positive vibes and a stunning view with your breakfast.

Everything needed was good. Best part was that we got a parking! The service needs to be a bit more professional.

The view was amazing.

We didn’t get the rooms we reserved, because the hotel was closed. Romms were small and dark without windows. In one of the rooms the smell of the mold was very disturbing. The breakfast was very modest, served in the owners living room and the owner kept on looking at us while we ate.
