Rooms space was limited. Location was in proximity to my office.

A typical of a budget hotel. Arrangements like water, iron and Tea kettle were not available in the rooms. Work desk was not ergonomical

Completely different to any hotel I’ve stayed in before, the room was fab and being able to control everything from the iPads entertained us thoroughly!

Marvellous location with a direct view towards the Tower of London combined with access to the tube station Tower Hill literally at the hotel’s doorsteps.

I’d wish a better quality of bedding. Else the room was overall clean and well arranged for my stay.

The TV did not work and black out blinds didn't work had to change rooms which did not have the view I requested for my original room

The room was very comfortable. Having everything controlled from one point is a very clever idea.

Lack of refreshment facilities in the room meant that I had to go downstairs to pay for a hot drink in order to take my medication. Not an ideal situation.

The location was superb near the tube line and the view of the Tower of London was amazing

The rooms were tiny - it was like sleeping in a caravan! The bed was wedged between three walls so could only get out at feet end. The bathroom was in the bedroom right next to the bed and the sink was outside the bathroom. There was no privacy, with glass cubicle for shower and toilet and a flimsy net curtain Worst of all there were no tea and coffee making facilities- abysmal

Fabulous modern hotel with lovely roof bar. Very comfortable beds, very clean. Great location and good transport links.

The room was too small. The bed was very large but was against the wall meaning one person had to climb over the other to get out of the bed. Very high tec lighting system which was silly as you could not turn on the bathroom light without illuminating the whole bedroom which during the night.

Das Hotel hat eine absolut super Lage. Die direkt anliegende U-Bahn Station ist die perfekte Verbindung in alle Bereiche Londons. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof und waren zufrieden. Es ist wirklich klein aber fürs Schlafen und die wichtigsten Dinge wie Duschen und Zähneputzen völlig ausreichend. Die Spielerei mit dem Licht ist eine angenehme Sache, es macht das Zimmer noch stillvoller und lässt es somit im individuellen Glanz erscheinen. Das Frühstück ist wunderbar und ausgezeichnet! Volle 5 Sterne. Der Check-In und Check-Out ist absolut unkompliziert am Terminal machbar. Das Personal ist immer für Fragen greifbar und sehr freundlich. Highlight ist die Bar im 7. Stock mit wundervollem Ausblick auf London.

Très propre ! Le personnel très accueillant! De l’eau gratuit pour les chambres. Décoration très jolie!

Le chauffage réglable par tablette n’avait pas l’air de fonctionner. Juste petit stut l’évier était en dehors de la salle de bain. Pas très pratique

Pity drinks are so expensive for the bar/lounge on top floor Should at least offer some reasonably priced beer. !

Super Lage. Frühstück mega lecker. Rooftopbar unschlagbar

Zimmer sehr klein aber mega praktisch. Für alte Menschen sicher schwierig. Bad sehr hellhörig. Man solte nur zimmer mit Blick nach draußen nehmen. Fenster nicht zum öffnen aber Klimaanlage ok.
