room was clean, short walk to the oslob whales. Local buses stop at driveway, staff waited with us to wave down the bus, when it was time to move on....very friendly staff.

The shower was really weak and cold. The fan was extremely loud and there were ants everywhere.

The room didn't have a balcony as was indicated on our booking confirmation.

We had problems with tap water. For start there was no water in the room, after I asked the concierge for help she turned it on but the water almost did not flow. The shower barely dripped, the toilet was filling up in few minutes. And "sorry, we have low water pressure" not helps after full day of activity, the shower is not a luxury, it is a necessity

They had no clue that I am arriving or having a confirmed booking, or which room i booked ... room wasn't too bad , clean but 0 amenities offered not even toilet rolls. Staff are helpful tho , shower was completely cold , location is not far from the snorkeling activity that is the goal of being there then you can catch bus to your bext destination. For a night stay it's okay

it was a terrible experience, we came with a group, rented 4 rooms for one night. In the morning we planned to go with sharks. ALL NIGHT, without a break, STAFF sat on the street (in front of our bedroom, we had ground floor rooms) and shouted, laughed, talked. any of our requests to be quiet were ignored! in the morning we were unable to go to the sharks, because they couldn't sleep all night! it was terrible, do not recommend!!!!

very convenient accommodation because it was near oslob’s whale watching site. our whale watching experience was very smooth because they arranged it for us and listed our names in advance. by the time we’re on site, we’re next in line for the boat already!
