Apartment in good location spotlessly clean, light & spacious with large terrace with superb sea & mountain views. Massive comfortable bed, full kitchen with ample seating inside & outdoors. Our friendly smiling host Zeljka was very helpful and welcoming with excellent spoken English with lots of advice & tips of where to visit & eat. Zeljka arranged the 10 mins airport transfers for a small fee. We will certainly return to Villa Ana apartments and thank you Zeljka for a lovely stay!

An appartment house a bit up the hill from the center (like most Cavtat accomodations though), but reasonable walking distance. Parking available in front. Great fully equipped appartment with living area, bedroom, decent size bathroom and a HUGE terrace with sitting area and sunbeds. Big sea view and you can watch sunset from the terrace. Kitchen equipment has it all. We got sheets and towels changed, also got beach towels and cleanliness in general was excellent. Host Željka is sweet and helpful. Highest recommendations for couples and families.

The hosts were amazing, there really isn’t anything more they could have done for us during our stay. Apartment was cleaned by them every 2 days & they also did all laundry, when my child was sick they gave us medicine as pharmacy was closed and also helped us find a spare buggy to use for a few days for the walk in and out of town , any small request or message was answered immediately - they met us at the airport and dropped us off after for a lot cheaper then local taxi, the view from the balcony was unbelievable and the apartment was bigger then it appeared online pictures don’t do this place justice 10/10 will definitely be returning

The host was very kind and helpful. They did clean up/tidy up of the apartment every day. The apartment was very clean.

The mattress on the main bedroom is worn out and definitely needs replacement. Also there is a single air conditioner for the whole apartment and is located on the balcony entrance. This is too far away from the main bedroom so it takes ages to cool it down.

Great location, 5 min walk to the water and restaurants. Cavtat is such an adorable little village. It’s close enough to visit Old Town (by car) and drive back to when you are ready for a more relaxing vibe. Host was very welcoming and helpful.

Everything was great - host, apartment, sea view, and facilities. The Apartment Villa Ana offers a wonderful way to explore Cavtat and nearby Dubrovnik. It’s about 7-8 minute by car to the airport. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Wonderful apartment, it had everything we needed and a fantastic balcony with sea views. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating, would definitely stay here again.

The center is not far, but the way includes many stairs, so I would not recommend to someone with mobility issues.

Since recently, part of the view on the Cavtat bay is blocked by the new Hotel Seventh, which is pitty, but the view is still very nice.

We stayed here for 10 days with 2 kids! We love every minute of it! The view was outstanding! 🥰 Zeljka was so nice to welcoming us! Like we came home! It is very friendly, gorgeous place, full with positive vibes! I wish we can come back, and visit this beautiful gem again! 😊 Beach, old town/center, grocery store and pharmacy in walking distance (5-10mins walk)! Nice restaurants, welcoming and helpful people everywhere! Dubrovnik can be reached by boat (service goes like in every 30 mins from Old town bay), perfect one day trip with the family!

This apartment was perfect for us. Very beautiful view from spacious terrace, from which you can observe the boats during the day and stars during the night! Host was very nice and helpful. All needed facilities was there, and everything was very clean. We felt like at home in the apartment, working there remotely for 1 week, and were happy about our choice.
