Price was very reasonable, location was excellent, hot water in the shower worked. Communication was smooth and the staff were responsive.

Bathroom had mold growing on the ceiling, spotted a few cockroaches, and smelled bad. Walls were quite dirty, the apartment was infested with mosquitoes, no bedsheets provided (only a bed cover and a fitted cover for the mattress). Fluorescent lighting throughout, terrible internet that barely worked. One of the most disappointing things was that there were NO PLUG POINTS in the bedrooms and the only plug points in the living area.

I booked a room with a view of the mountains, when I arrived they told me that this room was occupied and offered a room on the first floor with a view of the a vegetable garden with workers plowing the ground and making noise, I could have refused, since I was coming from far away and did not have the strength to look for something else, I agreed to this room. When I asked about the discount because they gave me another room, much worse than in the photo, they refused. The room they provided was terrible, everything was moldy, the bed was stained, the room smelled of damp and was cold. The cutlery was poorly washed. It was very unpleasant to be there, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

apartment is good and safe and the staff name Clarance is very good very helpful nice man

It is a standard flat in a modern house, equipped with all you need, ready for several nights' stay.

There was some mold smell from the bathroom though in one of the bedrooms, and a bit noisy from the corridor in the morning.

But need to ad more channels with different languages.... or at least ad sri lankan channels

Better we had a toaster and suggest to have a rack for plates to drain out.

Located at the heart of the city. Secure parking is available. All facilities for cooking and dining are also available.

The cleanliness in the Kitchen, dining table and sofa are poor. Some bad order is coming out of those.
