We had an excellent holiday. Villa was big and well equipped. Pilar was a great and helpful host and we are sure we will return again one day. Thank you Pilar.

Grande maison au style espagnol ancien, très agréable avec sa piscine privée.Les plus : l'accès gratuit au centre de loisirs de la résidence (piscines,tennis,ping-pong,basket,foot,etc...)et la belle plage tranquille à 500 mètres en contrebas avec accès par ascenseur.Sans oublier les excellents contacts avec la propriétaire.Nous reviendrons certainement dans ce coin,peut-être pas dans cette maison,et hors saison,car en juillet et août,c'est cher.

Lovely villa in a lovely location

If i could give this villa a minus rating i would & here's why..............first of all i'd like to thank Pilar for ruining my holiday what i work hard for all year for so i can afford a week away with famiy.I'm a wheelchair user for over 20 yeears & rely 100% on a wheelchair,so when i look/search for a villa it must be wheelchair accessible,this villa was described as suitable for wheelchair accessibilty which is clearly not & the photos have been cleverly taken to hide that fact,i was lead to believe there was 2 small step to front door ,this fact is hidden from view on the ad unless you put your cursor on the wheelchair access,to me the phrase wheelchair access means wheelchair access inside & out without obstacles & access al areas SO unless your name happens to be Harry Potter & you are pretty handy with your wand to make your wheelchair float over steps & resize/remold so it fits thru the bathroom/shower room door way, but unfortunately we live in the real world & not a fantasy 1,which makes your villa about as wheelchair accessible as mount kilimanjaro. My wheelchair was not accessible for the shower room nor bathroom so i had to get on the floor & shuffle in best way i could which put added pressure on my leg muscles which made them sore & burn.So it was more like hell on earth than the heaven on earth as you describe it. So let me enlighten you a standard wheelchair is 30" mine is a custom built 25" the bathroom/shower room door way is 22",so i'll let you do the maths.I suggest you look up the phrase WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. I have reported this propertyto homeaway & notified the owner of these issues So to sum up,i rented the villa in good faith & on assumption it was wheelchair accessible,would i recconmend this villa NO...........would i recconmend the area YES

My family had a lovely time at the villa Marcedes. We spent there our holidays three times and we are coming beck this year again for 3 weeks. We feel there like in our private summer home and our children love this place. They have learned there how to swim, because everything is to hand: private pool, pool area and beach. The owner Pilar is a fantastic woman, communicative and helpful .

The owner Pilar was fantastic in efficient communication from the time of enquiring into booking. Emails were usually returned within 5 minutes! She arranged our transfer from Murcia airport at very reasonable price, taking into account our group of 5 adults and 4 children (4 years, 3 years, 2 years, and 4 months) and their car seats! The villa was well stocked and clean. There were loads of nice personal touches by the owner who really appeared to enjoy her job and meeting people. It didn't feel like 'just another villa' but instead felt like we were borrowing her home! The toys and pool equipments were really nice to have and definitely recommend this villa for families. The use of the club was fantastic with lots of swimming and tennis. I recommend the restaurant Las Villas which is just around the block for their splended paella dishes. The 24 hour garage was very handy and good especially trying to source freshly baked bread and pastries at 0700. We would like to come again and next time we would definitely hire a car so that we can explore local surroundings. Thank you.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit Garten und Schwimmbad. Die Zimmer sind Grosszügig und bequem. Morgens kann man in der Veranda in SO früstücken. Auch am Mittag scheint die Sonne auf der Veranda. Nachmittags scheint die Sonne auf der westlichen Veranda. Nachts kann man in Ruhe die Sternen beobachten. Der Strand in Campoamor ist auch wunderschön und sauber. Das Wochenende war traumhaft.

We had a lovelly time at the villa, it was perfect for our Labradour Dogs as the garden is very contained and plenty of room to play. We stayed for 6 weeks and they flew by. Plenty of places to walk the dogs and we played golf at the near by courses. We went to some very nice local restaurants at very reasonable prices. The Villa itself has everything you need for a holiday, clean and tidy, welcome fruit basket ,water etc. central heating when cold at night, lovelly sunshine during the day just follow the sun round the bungalow. We will be booking again for a long winter break.

My family and i have just returned from a weekend holiday at this villa. What a truly fantastic place. Even my 4 year old son who is generally stroppy, relaxed into the most idilic of settings. Villa Mercedes is just perfect for getting away from it all whith the benefit of having facilities close to hand for a night out, if you can bear to drag yourself away from the very private pool. We ate at the villa taking our time watching the sun set and generally relaxing. We went to the beach only once so that my son could have a swim but we soon wanted to return for our long lunch and relax. The villa was immaculate and well stocked with all of the equipment needed to have a truly wonderful time. We completely fell in love with the place. I will be booking again for next year but for 4 weeks!

I spend my holidays with my friends in this villa, this summer, and we really enjoyed it. The house is very comfortable, we had everything we need, for bed (pilow).., for bathrooms (towels..), we didn't need to bring something else. The terrace is big and very pleasant, we spent hours and hours talking, playing card. The swimming pool is enough big, and still clean, The house is not so far from the beach, the supermarket, and if you have a car, you can go until Torrevieja which is very close from the house. The beach is clean, and watched and the water of the sea is warm. Concerning the weather, during the two weeks, we always had a very great weather, always sun and more than 30°C. I'm very satisfy and Pilar, the owner of the house is very nice, still available and give always good advice.

It is a great home, very comfortable, clean and nice and cool in summer. I was with a friend and we were all delighted. The sea water is warm and very transparent. We spend much time in the pool house and of course hours and hours talking on the terrace gave us late at night every day! It is great! "

Since we found this incredible Villa, we (my wife, our kids (2,5 years and 1 year) and myself) have spent several weekends and holidays in Villa Mercedes. And of course our intention is to continue renting the house in the future. We have stayed alone and twice with another couple with another child of our daughter's age and their little dog. Always we had a great time: playing in the garden, swimming in the pool, enjoying the beautyful beaches of Campoamor and walking around the urbanization. The house was big enough for 4 adults and 3-4 kids to stay comfortably. The best of the house for me was the chats the adults could have in the porch watching at the stars that can be clearly seen during the nights, once the kids were already sleeping. Due to the great quality of the constructions materials and to the design of the house, it remains fresh and cold although outside you can have above 40 ºC. Everytime we had a great time. The house was very clean and well maintained and the owner was very nice and thoughtful and ready to help us to solve any problem we could have. I recommend the house specially for families with children but I can imagine that golfers, families without children will have a great time also.

Me and my wife were in "Villa Mercedes" with our 3 children last summer. The house was very comfortable and clean. The water of the sea was so warm there! not the water of the pool which was still a bit chilly (June). The water is very clear: we saw some fish in the beach which were swiming with us! We rent bikes in Torrevieja (they took the bikes to the villa) and went to the forest near Campoamor. We also went to Aqualandia in Benidorm and our children had a wonderful day there. But you do not need to go to anywhere: the villa, garden and pool are enough to spend days there just relaxing ... Of course I recomend this villa specially for families

Really a great place to spend summers or winters with family or friends! Very well mantein, clean and proper. Quiet and secure neigbourhood. Too bad we couldn't stay longer ; ) A+
