Our family of 5 stayed at this property for one week while we visited Disneyland. The drive to Disneyland was as listed - about 15 minutes. The surrounding area has a lot of shopping options for grocery and some restaurants. The evenings and nights were quiet - nice neighborhood. Check in was smooth and easy. The property owner was extremely responsive before and during our stay when we had questions. The beds were not bad, the kitchen was well stocked with anything needed to cook and having 2 full bathrooms was nice. We paid for the pool heating and spa use - this made the trip even more fun for our young kids! We used the outdoor grill, which was nice to supervise the children while cooking. There is plenty of backyard lighting which made some evening use of the pool possible. We had to restock some paper products and dishwasher supplies but the stores were close and convenient to get to. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would return again.

The location is great with a nice neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and Disney. The kitchen is stocked with items you can use to cook which came in handy. Wish we would have know we had to prepay for the pool heater. Overall great property and owners.

Great Home, to discover the Beaches, Disneyland and so much more!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was a quick drive to Disney, shopping and a grocery store. When we had questions, the host was quick to call and was very responsive. The backyard was a very relaxing space where we could swim, grill and visit. It was exactly what we were looking for.

This was perfect for our multi-generational family of six to use as home base while we explored SoCal. The house was homey and gave us room to spread out. The pool was a great hit for the kids!

The property is in a great location with access to great shopping, touristy things, and awesome food all around. Centrally located, it felt like we were less than and hour from everything. The place was immaculate, and had everything you needed. It felt just like we were at home. When returning, I will always check this property’s availability first.

My husband and I stayed in the house for a week. Pros: Great location, good neighborhood, Clean and comfortable. Lots of outdoor space. Good communication with owner. Plenty of parking. Cons: When we arrived at the house the thermostat was set at 76 degrees. The owner controls the temperature of the house. We had to ask him to lower the temperature. He lowered it to 72 degrees. My husband and I have our home at 70 degrees. When we requested 70 degree temperature, the owner reluctantly lowered it to 70 degrees and said there maybe an extra charge. He has the thermostat on a timer. So if you are out and about on a warm day. You will not come back to a cool house. Renting this home in the warm summer months may be a challenge so make sure you have clarity from the owner about the temperature. Also we paid an extra amount of money for the pool to be heated. The owner controls that as well He allows the pool to be heated for a short time in the morning hours to save money. So the pool did not get very warm for us. It stayed at a steady 74 degrees. The extra charge for the heated pool is a waste of money. Also the owner only allows the hot tub 97 degrees. Said his insurance requires that so be beware of that as well if you are looking for a home with a hot tub. The TV setup is not very good. It was easy to get the over the air channels, but we had trouble getting the cable channels. The home doesn't have a well known cable or satellite provider.

We've stayed here the last two years and have had a great experience. Great amenities and loved the pool/hot tub. Excellent communication from the owner.

Great location in a good neighborhood. Unfortunately the pool heater was not working and needed repair, so we could not enjoy the pool or hot tub. However, I understand that can happen and certainly no fault of property manager because she arranged repair as soon as she could.

The house was clean but most of furniture are old , mattress need to be changed, towels are old, plates are chipped, location was good , close to shops, freeway

With the beautiful landscape around the pool a morning coffee was the best way to get ready for a long day at the parks. Or even to switch the lights on in the evening and wine down. Very quiet, nice neighbourhood with short access to shopping or routes to theme parks. Roughly 15 minutes to Disneyland. Was perfect for our family ☺️💕

We stayed at Doanh’s house and commuted into Disneyland with our rental car. It was a super convenient drive that didn’t see us run into any traffic issues. We really enjoyed the range of restaurants and grocery stores within the community but also found it was an easy distance to head to Newport or Long Beach for restaurants, beach or a visit to the Aquarium. I felt very safe in this community and people were very friendly. Doanh was a very responsive host with helpful information and flexible to our changing needs. We really appreciated the central heating and extra blankets on property as our weather was pretty rainy (but can’t complain as San Francisco was the real sufferer!) The kitchen was well setup with everything we needed to stay in or prep snacks on the go. I highly recommend staying here:)

We live less than one block away and this property works well for us. Our guests can just walk over to our home.

It was perfect for our family. Great neighborhood and close to everything. We cooked most nights and kitchen had all we needed.

Bring you own washcloths. Otherwise very nice location and place to stay for our disneyland trip.

Our stay here was amazing!! The pictures on the listing were exactly what we saw!! The house had all the amenities we needed and more!! The pool and hot tub were perfect with 4 teenaged children when we weren't out sight seeing!! It was nice having everything provided from shampoo, conditioner, body wash, to plenty of towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, all the little things we didn't have to bring or buy while there!! We had a small plumbing issue 1 night, I messaged the owner and he called me back within minutes & had a plumber there first thing in the morning with no disruption to our plans that day. We also used the outdoor grill/kitchen 1 night, it was easy to use and fun for the kids. Tustin is a beautiful city and is within a 15-20 minute drive to many places, which we really appreciated. I would definitely stay there again, giving this a 2 thumbs up with a 5 star rating!! Thank you Donah for sharing your beautiful home with us, we had a great time!!!

Comfortable home in a friendly neighborhood. House is great to spend downtime in with a pool and lots of backyard. Great spot to access all the attractions around SoCal area.

We took our family to Disneyland and stayed at the home. It was just right for the five of us. We enjoyed the whole week and the owner is easy to work with and always responded to messages. Would stay there again

The house in Tustin was a very relaxing place to stay for 2 weeks whilst we explored the Disney parks, stunning beaches, San Diego, Palm Springs and Tustin area itself. Tustin is a really nice town with great shops and a really nice cafe (Lost Bean). The house itself is very tidy and the heated pool and hot-tub was a really good way to spend downtime. We travelled from U.K. so being in a real American neighbourhood was a novelty, especially as locals were so friendly. I especially enjoyed the hummingbirds that visited and the huge outside barbecue grill. I hope we can return soon.

We enjoyed a fun family week together on vacation at this fantastic home. Accomodations were excellent and owner was outstanding with communication. Can't wait to return.

My partner and I had a great time staying in this lovely place. If we are in the area again I would love to stay there!

The property was located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. We celebrated Thanksgiving there and it was able to host me + my wife, parents and Sister and her family comfortably. The pool didn't heat correctly for the first two days but Doan was very quick to communicate and we were able to get it heated for the last two days of our stay. There was food left in the refrigerator and freezer and we were asked to leave it there and not touch it which was a little off putting. Other than that it was a great stay!
