I would stay in this property again if the elevator is repaired or replaced. The elevator only came to the 5th floor twice during our stay when we were going down.

Check in and out was super easy. Great view of the beach. Loved the chair service. Condo was clean and comfortable. Concierge was efficient and called me to let me know that early check in was possible. We will be back!

Gulfside is our go to Condo!! We love the privacy of the beach, the location & the guys that are always so helpful with the setups of chairs & umbrellas!! We've been coming to Gulfside for 23 years now. Don't always book same unit, but definitely always try to get this Condo

We have stayed in this unit several times, as my husband likes it for several reasons. I was there this time by myself. Housekeeping leaves a bit to be desired. End tables were dusty. There was a red stain on the coverlet on the master bed. On a positive note, maintenance was prompt, efficient & polite.

This property is very well maintained, clean, & comfortable. The description is accurate regarding the amenities and how easy it is to get to activities.Daily, long walks on the beach were amazing. The Boardwalk at Okaloosa Island is about a 1.5 mile walk via the beach. A great way to start the day! The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of clean bath towels available, plenty of hangers in the closets, as well as a hairdryer in each bathroom. We will definitely use this same unit again when we return for another reunion. We loved it!For future guests, just be aware this isn’t the type of rental that has spices & oils available for cooking. You need to purchase all of that as well as dishwasher & laundry soap if you plan on doing more than a load of each.We were fortunate enough to meet the owner of the property and tell her in person how much we loved her place and how well she has kept it updated over the years. Cheers to more years of staying on Okaloosa Island!

The condo was exactly as described and was perfect for my family of 4. The proximity to the beach was amazing. This will definitely be my #1 pick next time we come. If i had to pick one thing to improve on id say the bathrooms could be updated (showers) but they worked fine with good pressure and its not really a big deal. The beds were comfortable. We had an amazing trip from TN.

Unit was nicely remodeled and equipped. We would consider location again . Siding glass door and handle needs some attention. Difficult to open and close. The beach service needs some coaching about customer service and who is the the customer. We raised our umbrella up about foot so we wouldn’t hit our head. The young man came over and told us his boss told him he had to lower the umbrella. What?

Property was exactly as listed. Perfect location with low volume condo on both sides. Left beach access easy and no issues with crowding. Condo was immaculate with plenty of space for family and all furniture and appliances were in perfect working order. Beach chair service was perfect addition to rental and the city cleans beach daily for perfect white sand and water that is crystal clear. Close enough to Destin for entertainment off the beach but removed from crowds for full relaxation. Will definitely stay again!

503 was absolutely awesome. It’s the first rental that was the cleanest and best stocked! Heather left nothing to be cleaned. This person is an absolute pro at her job. Thank you heather!!! I wanted for nothing when it came to kitchen utensils and appliances!!! We had plenty of towels for our stay. The condo itself is perfect with upgrades wise choices for comfort and decor. We will definitely want this rental in the future. Brooks and Shorey are the best managers!!! They are always a delight to speak to and always on to of any issues. Thank you so much for our great relaxing time!!!

I have no complaints about the rental unit itself. It was probably the cleanest rental that we have ever had! Beautiful ocean view and easy walk to the beach.
Our only issue was the building construction. We were made aware by the property manager that the parking lot was under construction, but we’re told it shouldn’t be any kind of inconvenience, just a little messy. The only issue we found with this was having to walk over dirty painters tarps trying to get in and out of the building. However, several of the other units were also being renovated, which led to significant noise and mess. The internet was disconnected several times. The mess wouldn’t have been such a big deal if we didn’t have a toddler who picked up a razor blade, paint chips and a screw that were left laying in the walkway.

Beautiful place to stay for anyone looking to get away on the water without extreme crowds!! Wonderful stay with 2 infants! The rooftop pool was such a bonus!

Clean, stocked and cute!
This condo is super cute, super clean and had everything we needed for our beach vacay. There were plenty of towels and extra trash bags so I didn’t have to use any I brought. Plenty of storage if you like to unpack all your stuff. The kitchen had every utensil necessary and was modern. The balcony was the perfect size to have the family out in the mornings or evenings and gaze at the crashing waves. We would have liked a few more blankets but that didn’t make it a negative a stay at all. The master toilet/shower room is cramped but it fulfilled its purpose and you aren’t in there long anyway. Highly recommend using the Explorie options available to you as we LOVED the Cattywampus dolphin/snorkeling tour. We also never had an issue getting the beach chairs provided which was so great. The condo next door is closed for renovations so maybe that will make it busier once it opens. The rooftop pool was different, fun and clean. It was quiet during our stay as well. The property manager called to let us know we could check in early but we weren’t there yet but that was nice. I totally recommend this property!

I hesitate to review this because I don't want to have a problem rebooking our next stay here. We LOVE this condo. We were there early/mid-May 2021 and 2022. This is a clean, updated, and nicely equipped oceanfront condo with views that can't be beat! I could just live on the balcony but the beach is easy access with two chairs and and umbrella ready for your lounging pleasure from about 9-4 each day. The longest part of your journey to the beach from the unit is getting down the five stories to the ground then a short boardwalk ushers you onto the sugar like sand for a total transit of 2-3 minutes tops. There are maybe 18 units in the whole building and so it has never felt crowded during our two stays here on the beach or in the elevator/stairs of the building. Book it but please just don't take our dates!

Better than imagined!
Our stay at Gulfside 503 was better than we even imagined. The unit was exactly as presented but the magnificent balcony and view took it over the top. We needed a peaceful, quiet retreat and we got exactly that. Everything in the unit was awesome. We will definately be back.

Can’t wait to go back!
It was the first time bringing our 2 year old to the beach. We absolutely loved the location and the room was beautiful and clean! Had everything we needed! The beach is also so close! We loved that we didn’t have to walk very far at all to get there. We definitely will be returning and we can’t wait!!

Loved our stay! You are literally on the beach and the property is updated. The beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony the most. We are already planning our trip back next year.

Well appointed condo on the beach
We stayed 6 nights in 503. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Multiple TVs with cable and DVD players was nice. The finishes looked updated with nice laminate flooring, marble counters, and new appliances. The only issue we had was that the kitchen faucet didn’t work well and was loose from the counter.

This was an amazing stay! Everything was perfect. The pictures online were exactly what the place looked like. We would rent again in a heartbeat! The view was stunning, and I didn’t want to leave! You had EVERYTHING we needed in the kitchen. There wasn’t anything that we were in need of.
