Apartment clean and tidy daily. Location was good, some 10-15mins walk from the cental square and the buzz. Coffee and snacks at the kitchen.

Our host was not really helpful; first thing we were told is that we were late. Quickly showed us the flat and left. That was the last we heard or saw of them. We could not locate air-con remotes and when we finally did one of them was not functioning properly, we had to figure out how to do it ourselves. Communication was almost non-existent during our stay.

Big bedroom, quiet street close to the train station and town. There are plenty of lights in the bedroom. Coffee machine and some pastries to nibble on. Big private bathroom, which had a hairdryer and ample lighting.

We were early, so we dropped our luggage off, but the introduction to the accommodation was a bit rushed and unwelcoming. Didn't feel like we could ask questions or advice. I have no idea if there was wifi or what the password was. There was an aircon in the room but couldn't find the remote. The accommodation was noisy. Could hear other guests showering and talking in the middle of the night. So, we didn't get much sleep.

Nice place to stay at while visiting Mantova as very close to the center.Easy check-in and check-out. Very clean and great service to clients.

Large room, plenty of space for clothes. Big comfortable bed. Nice spacious bathroom. It was good to have a kettle!

As it was on ground floor, the shutters remained closed - definitely no view and a bit gloomy. Internet signal was weak. On departure I had to wait a while for staff to come and give me luggage - but i managed to catch my train!

Very friendly staff with clear and helpful communication. Communal kitchen area was much better stocked than we had expected (& we were very grateful for the added bonus of free espressos!). Very well located (easy walk into town centre and to the train station). Everything was clean: fresh towels and bedding provided; the kitchen area was kept tidy and clean. Air-con worked well. Overall great stay and great value for money!

The blinds were a little difficult to get up.

A very good location close to the railway station and nearly all sights. The room was big. The kitchen was stuffed with necessary things.

Sound proof is not there.

Everything was perfect, from the welcome procedure to the little things like coffee and tea ready to use in the kitchen. One of the best experiences we had !

Very spacious bedroom and very spacious modern bathroom. Great to have both air conditioning and fridge in the room. Bed big and comfortable. Quiet neighbourhood but only 10 minutes from station and historic centre. Really kind and attentive host, ready to help at any time. Highly recommended !!! Don't miss the nearby gelateria !

The staff was very friendly and facilitating. They agreed on an early check-in and even though we were very late due to our train being delayed, they were happy to accommodate our schedule. Also, they agreed to keep our luggage after check out, so we could enjoy the city.

There were no extra blankets.

The room was very big, also the bathroom. Everything was clean and I had a good-night-sleep. It‘s like 20min walking to the center of Mantova, located in a tranquil neighbourhood, quite close to the trainstation. The staff was amazing, I had to book this room last minute as the trains were on strike and I couldnt leave Mantova. I made my reservation and Lyudmila was there in less than 30min to let me in. Also she offered me a coffee after all my hustle due to the cancelled trains and no option to go anywhere. Thank you!

I couldnt get the wifi running - I guess it does not reach the last floor; still no problem at all for one night.

We could actually check in a little early, since we arrived a little before we had planned. That was very kind of them and important to us.

Ample room with a large bed. Bathroom was in another room and well-equipped. Helpful owner came to give me the keys and let me leave my luggage during the day. Restaurants nearby, city center and train station are in walking distance.

I had booked a room with a bathtub but just got a shower.
