We were very pleased with the apartment. Everything was as described in the vrbo listing. Michel is a gracious and accommodating host who gave clear instructions about entry, parking and appliance use, etc. Beds were comfortable including the pullout. Air conditioning was lovely and my husband enjoyed the complimentary coffee.

Michel and Josette have a wonderful property. The apartment is just as described and is in a perfect location close to shops, restaurants, public transport, and the beautiful Garrone River. Everything you need is provided and the building is modern and secure. We would definitely stay there again if our travels take us back to Toulouse.

This apartment is small but sparkling and very well equipped. We had some trouble communicating with the host due to my very rusty French but we made do. If we had no French at all, it would have been tricky. In case you care, by US standards it is not 1.5 bathrooms. It is 1 split between 2 rooms: one has a toilet only; the other has a sink and tub/shower. The tub is very high and there's no grab bar, so if you have any accessibility issues, beware. It's a short and lovely walk along the river to the center of things, and there's a lovely porch which we used a lot.

Super spacious, with parking and a large terrace. Beautiful 20 min walk along the river to the city center. Blackout shades helped immensely. The hosts were kind and patient with our poor French. Overall would recommend!

Michel met me outside the building and directed me to my parking space. He then guided me to the apartment and walked me through all the things I would need to know. He's very helpful and was accommodating when I arrived early.
I've stayed at this apartment twice now and I hope to do it again next year. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the river and walking distance to everything you would want to see in the city.
There's a new Tunisian restaurant downstairs that is very good as well.

This was a fantastic place to stay. It is wonderfully clean (cleaner than any hotels!), and it was very convenient to be able to cook while in Toulouse. The owners have very thoughtfully provided for every need. There are lots of dishes to use, luxurious towels, and even bags for shopping and an umbrella (discovered in the closet after a rainy day!). It’s nicely decorated, and there are inside and outside options for eating. It was helpful to do laundry, although the dryer is pretty slow. We usually dried items some and then air dried them. The hot water was fantastic! Four of us took showers at night and never ran out of hot water. If we return to Toulouse, we would love to stay here again. Thank you for providing such a lovely place to be a home-away-from home.

The apartment was exactly as it looked in the listing, had every amenity needed, was very clean, comfortable, secure, and peaceful. The owners were helpful and all checkin and checkout procedures were simple.
Located in the northwest corner of the city it was an easy and beautiful walk along the Garonne River to explore this lovely city. Bus and metro systems were close and easy to negotiate, as well.
I would not hesitate to rebook this spacious and comfortable apartment with friends or family in the future.

We stayed for a week and the apartment had everything we needed and more! The terrace is large and comfortable. The apartment was very clean and functional, and it was also very quiet. Mr et Mme Clamagirand pay particular attention to details which is reflective throughout the apartment.
The location was great, only a 15 minute walk to the old city. Groceries and pastries were a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely go back. Highly recommended!!

The hosts are very responsive. The apartment is one of the, if not THE, best VRBO we've stayed in. The Clamagirands have thought of everything needed for a happy stay -- lots of towels, lots of dishes, lots of bed linens, lots of basics (soaps, TP, washing powders ++). Location is also excellent. All very secure & safe. Well appointed place the art work was stunning. Lots of hot water, appliances worked well. Beds very comfortable, bedding was superb. We felt right at home during 10 fabulous days just before Christmas in this wonderful apartment. It was immaculately clean, exceptionally well-stocked with everything you need from cookery to dishes, appliances, extra towels and sheets. Every little detail was accounted for. The owner, Michel, greeted us and gave us an in-depth tour from the garage to how to operate all the appliances. (Thanks to Google Translate we easily bridged the communication divide since we speak no French, and he doesn’t speak English.) The neighborhood is close to groceries, a gourmet cheese and wine shop, and a delightful pub, Le Local. It’s an easy, beautiful walk along the river to restaurants and the old, central part of the city. We hope to come back and stay again.

Toulouse is a city all Francophiles should visit, without a doubt. It has urban sophistication, great foods at great prices, history, wonderful architecture, etc. This rental property is in the heart of it all and is impeccably furnished, quiet and comfortable. French bakeries, groceries and walking paths are very close by, as well as tremendous views across the Garonne River. Mr. Clamagirand was thorough in his introduction of apartment features; he lives on another floor of the complex. His kindness and concern for guests is very apparent. We treasure our memories of being there.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment
Amidonniers - Caffarelli is a lovely apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, lovely patio for dining, comfortable bed and linens and good air conditioning. The apartment is easy walking distance to the city center, close to the walkways on either side of the river. The friendly owners met us when we arrived to explain how to work all of the appliances.

Beautiful apartment close to everything
The apartment is well kept, nicely furnished and in a great location close to the river for walking, close to many restaurants - including a genuine Mexican restaurant on the ground floor that is quite good.
Michel met me when I arrived and made sure I had everything I needed. He was very warm and helpful and I appreciated his assistance.
I hope to stay here on my next business trip.

9 ans après notre précédent séjour, l'appartement n'a pas changé ! Et tant mieux ! Il est toujours aussi propre et bien tenu. Tout est qualitatif dans cet appartement, que ce soient les équipements ménager, la vaisselle ou le linge. La résidence est parfaitement sécurisée et calme et l'emplacement avec le bus à 3 min à pieds permet d'être au centre de Toulouse en quelques minutes. L'accès au garage est un peu exiguë, mieux vaut une voiture pas trop longue. Nous y reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.

we have visited France on a yearly basis for over 20 years. This is the best apartment rental in terms of comfort and location. It is quiet and very comfortable only a short walk to the center of the city. Highly recommended. The proprietor Michel is congenial and can communicate using a translation app very well in English.

Super tolle Ferienwohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und schön. Die Einrichtung war klasse, alles was man sich wünschen kann war vorhanden (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Küchenpapier, Kaffee, etc.).
Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Urlaub in Toulouse, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Zentrum.
Der Kontakt mit Herrn und Frau Clamagirand war sehr freundlich und wir haben eine umfangreiche Einführung in die Wohnung und Umgebung erhalten.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
