This place deserves a 10. Mainly because all details show the care and willingness to achieve it. The staff was not present at checkin, full online and perfectly organised on very short notice. There is even oyster opener and tools for lobster in the room. Didn't use it but the level of detail is awesome.

Pool and jacuzzi not usable in winter.

Warm pool and (a bit too) hot jacuzzi. ALL what is needed was in the studio. Free parking in the street.

A bit small (we had too much luggage). Note that there is a larger unit. A (reading) light above (murphy) bed would be a plus.

Super friendly owners, lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi and super comfy bed.great bathroom with an amazing shower.

The sofa bed could be replaced as it's a little bit worn.

Very friendly host and easy communication at all times. We were told how to obtain the keys so we could arrived later than we initially communicated. The self-check-in procedure was very smooth and we were surprised the apartment is really nice, comfortable and spacious - it went beyond our expectations. We really liked everything, beds were comfortable, shower was working perfectly and the temperature inside the apartment was fine and had been cooled before our arrival. Kitchen though we did not use it has all the necessary tools for a longer stay. We also appreciated the nearby towns/options and the parking space in front of the house also came in handy as we had lots of stuff to unload and reload the next day. Thank you Caroline for a great stay and for the nice place you welcome your guests in.

It would be appropriate (just a suggestion) to install a more modern front door since this one is old and has a special (old-fashioned opening/closing) mechanism. Once you know though how it works, it's fine.

Friendly hosts Caroline and Maxim, excellent facilities - swimming pool, jacuzzi, terrace; large modern apartment, many useful things like bath towels, shaving kits, tea, coffee, washing powder etc; nice town. Extra point for the wonderful dog)

GREAT BREAKFAST AND VERY GOOD HOSTS. ALSO DINNER WAS GOOD, SIMPLE BUT WITH A FRENCH TASTE
