The second toilet in the laundry was appreciated. The family of four kangaroos who visited for breakfast were delightful.

It looked far better than the photos when I booked, the Australian flower theme was lovely, the views from the house were serene.

There needed to be an exhaust fan in the toilet, that's the only thing lacking.

Lots of extra blankets and an extra heater. A basic property but very comfortable when travelling to Roo Valley for a wedding.

The house is in an excellent location very close to the main town but far enough away to feel quiet and peaceful. We woke up to the lots of kangaroos on the front lawn which was a real treat with an ooverseas visor staying with us. The beds were comfy and the kitchen and bathroom very well set up. A big TV with tons of DVDs was great for a rainy weekend.

The property was nice and close to town.

The admin lady who called me regarding security bond was extremely unhelpful and rude. Calling 2 hours before close of business before a public holiday and threatening she won’t hand over the keys despite paying months in advance is poor.

It was clean, comfortable and very inviting.

Just the lounge was difficult to get out of, beds could be bigger.

The property was extremely clean, comfortable and had good heating for our winter stay. It was in a nice quiet location and an easy 15/20 minute walk into the heart of the main street of town. There was also a service station only 5 minutes down the road from the property for anything else you might need. We loved sitting out on the front verandah area with a drink enjoying the view (including kangaroos and a wombat)

Television reception played up a little. There was only one evening we wanted to watch it so it didn't bother us too much.

Comfortable and homely, our stay was lovely. Facilities super clean and well- stocked. Quality linen. Can’t fault the stay, highly recommend. Beautiful setting on a huge block

Very clean. All needs catered for-linen, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, toilet paper, glad wrap etc.

No champagne flutes.

We throughly loved this property. Everything was clean well laid out. Close to everything. Highly recommend this property.

There was nothing to not like about this property.

The house was packed with amenities, super clean and comfortable on both the 42 and 21 degree days we had there. Such a peaceful location lots of wildlife in the beautiful gardens. Would recommend to all. Didn’t want to leave.
