We loved our time at the property- there was everything we needed and it is so clear that the owner puts real thought into the comfort of the guests. The lake was warm and beautiful- my kids enjoyed fishing, swimming and kayaking. We had plenty of space as a family and it was great to have a washer and dryer. We will definitely be back!

This home is everything it is advertised! We enjoyed a restful week on the lake! Everything from start to finish was perfect. The owner makes sure everything is taken care of. Fully stocked kitchen. Cleanliness is A+. Modern conveniences with smart tv and great WiFi. Lower Suncook Lake is perfect, not too big and not too small. We spent most of our time kayaking around. Relaxing and fun vacation. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Hannahs Brook. The place looks exactly as advertised, it's clean, up to date and comfortable for mulitple generations of family. The loons on the lake were incredible and I appreciated all the information about how the owners around the lake are working with sustainable practices in mind to keep it clean, safe and wonderful for humans and animals. Mike was a super host even in the midst of a massive rain storm.

We spent 10 days at Hannasbrook and it was an absolute joy. The cottage had everything we needed with plenty of essential supplies and condiments. Mike was a fantastic host. Whenever we had a question he was there immediately to answer or provide assistance.
The location of the cottage is just what we were looking for. On a quiet lake, where you could see and hear nature at your door. We loved listening to the loons at night and the fresh smell of the woods around us. It was a perfect lake for kayaking.
On a special note the king size bed was extremely comfortable and also adjustable. What a pleasant surprise.

Hannahsbrook is great for those that want all of the convenience and entertainment of Lake Winnipesaukee but want a quiet and private lakeside location. We loved roasting marshmallows over the fire pit with a ton of supplied firewood while watching the moon rise over the lake and using the pedal boat and kayaks. The modern kitchen, comfortable beds, ductless ac/heat and water cooler made for a much more upscale experience than we were expecting. We'll be back.

HannahsBrook never dissapoints. It was my fourth stay there. The house is spotless whenever we arrive, and has such a relaxing, cozy energy to it. The views were breathtaking as always and we loved kayaking on the lake. We are always greeted by bald eagles and so loons. Our dogs love walking around the neighbordhood and swimming in the lake. So many of our favorite memories are at HannahsBrook. Mike is the best host there is. We are so thankful for him and for sharing this beautiful place with us.

Hannahsbrook was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Even the dog had a blast! Mike is an experienced host who is very responsive and had everything ready for us upon arrival. He even took us for a boat ride around the lake! The house looks better in person than in the pictures. It is the perfect blend of rustic lake house charm mixed with all the modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. The location is private but still just a few minutes away from the main road and other conveniences. We highly recommend Hannahsbrook!!

Best property we've stayed at by far!
We had a fantastic week. The whole property was amazing. We spent as much time as we could outside enjoying the lake. The beach area was perfect, and the house was stocked with everything we would normally need to bring. Mike was an awesome host. He made sure we had everything we needed and assured us he was available at any time. Thanks for a great week!

Great place to stay for a couple or small family!
Great place for a week long stay at the lake! It's in an easy to find location and once you arrive you drive down the short driveway but it seems like you're entering into a secluded area - your own private slice of the lake. The house does have everything you need from kitchen pots, pans, silverware to games, kayaks, firewood... everything!
The house was very clean and the A/C worked very well to keep us cool when we weren't outside, which wasn't much because there's so much to see and do.
Mike lives right next door. He's very friendly, as is his little pup, and ready to help with anything you may need. He won't bother you unless you need something which you won't - the place is great!

Great getaway at Hannah's Brook!
What a wonderful vacation week we had at this lovely property and peaceful lake! We enjoyed each day of our stay here, even the rainy ones, lounging inside on the comfortable sofas. We brought our two dogs and they loved jumping off the dock and exploring the yard. The water entry & stone steps were perfect for both our older dog and our young puppy! We enjoyed kayaking around the lake most mornings, listening to the loon calls. Having stayed on bigger and busier lakes, we appreciated the peace & quiet of Lower Suncook. We hope to return for a long weekend or for another week next summer! Mike was easily reached with any question we had, and was quick to respond. He even took our whole pack for a boat ride on our last sunny day!

Wonderful vacation!
We had a great time at Hannah's Brook in early July. Mike was a great host, available yet not obtrusive. The house is very clean, smells fresh and the linens are nice quality. It has everything you need. Despite having rainy weather for the 1st half of our week, we enjoyed reading, playing cards and just relaxing in this incredibly clean and comfortable home. And once the sun came out, we took the opportunity to be in the lake as much as possible. Very clean lake and water warm enough you can be in it for hours. Thank you Mike for being such a great host. Best ever
I expected Hannah's Brook to be good because of all the great reveiws. It was even better than that! Beautiful, comfortable property with everything you could need. It was exactly what we were looking for our get away. Plenty of sleeping options. Lots of area to gather as a group as well as other spaces if anyone wanted some quiet time like the wrap around porch. The master suite upstairs was very comfortable too. Mike was the best host. It was very welcoming when we arrived and got to go on a really cool boat ride around the lake. We used the kayaks and peddle boat every day, spent lots of time outdoors on the dock and in the yard playing games. We all cannot wait to go back!

Absolutely perfect getaway for us. We wanted a relaxing spot by water and a home base for day trips throughout New England. This was perfect in every way. Our host was wonderful and even gave us a ride on his pontoon. We immediately felt at home here. House has everything you need and then some. I highly recommend!

Relaxing!
Very clean and comfortable. Owner lives next door, stopped in to say hi when we checked in to offer any help if needed, then left us to our vacation. The lake view is awesome. Took our 2 dogs who loved to swim and fetch from the lake. Comfortable furnishings and well supplied kitchen. Only negative I can say is the upstairs mattress is a bit saggy in the middle so could use a firm mattress topper to fix. We definitely would stay again!!

Wonderful Fall Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at HannahsBrook Cottage. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything you would need, and a very private and beautiful setting. Mike was a very attentive and responsive host. We loved having the gas fireplace for the cooler evenings, and would very much like to return in warmer weather to take advantage of all the fun things he had for use in the lake.

Best vacation!
We can’t say enough good things about this property. We came for a week in August. We are a family of 5, our 3 children ranging in age from 22-18.
First off the house was pristine clean. Better even in person than in photos. So many places to sleep even though only two bedrooms. Very well equipped with all the amenities, kitchen supplies, towels, toilet paper all kinds of soap...the list goes on. So the house was pretty perfect. The location and outside was perfect too. We had a dock for fishing off of and a “Lilly pad” that the boys spent a lot of time swimming to and jumping off of. There were kayaks and a paddle boat and tons of stuff to do outside along with for firepit and corn hole.
We lived the area and found tons of trails for hiking. The bridge was fun for the boys to jump off and there were so many places around that had fresh eggs and meat!
We loved our vacation and Mike was the perfect host. Helped us when we had a question or needed something but also gave us our space too.
All around great vacation, no disappointments here 😊� we would definitely return.

Clean and Peaceful Getaway
The property was immaculate, and Mike greeted us shortly after we arrived, to be sure everything was acceptable and we had everything we needed.
The house was full of new board games to play (a big plus), and had amazing views of the lake, and great privacy. It's definitely a perfect "getaway" location.
We did lose power because of the ice storm, but that's certainly out of anyone's control. The only reason i'm mentioning it, is because there were multiple battery powered lanterns available, with lots of batteries! They thought of everything!
It's a great place, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a quiet NH vacation.

The photos do not do the property justice. We have rented cabins on Suncook in the past and this home was by far the nicest with perfect lakefront access and a very accommodating Owner. I would certainly recommend this to friends.

Fun lake house!
I rented this home to have a long weekend getaway with my sister's and family, it was perfect! There ended up being 6 of us staying there. The home was spacious and clean. The lake was beautiful and full of fish! We were blessed with perfect weather, so much of the weekend was spent in the water or next to it. The threat of bad weather wouldn't had mattered though--- plenty of space inside to relax, cook, and hang out! The kitchen was perfect. Lots of counter space and a big oven. Well stocked as well. Cable tv and wifi were great to have at the end of the day after a long time on the water. We had a wonderful visit and hope to return some day! Mike was a great host! Thank you!
