Nederland Getaway - une propriété SkyRun Nederland Chambre pour 12. Entrez dans cette immense maison de quatre chambres à coucher et deux étages en plein centre-ville de Nederland. Cette maison spacieuse a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Cette maison offre un plan d'étage ouvert, une grande terrasse donnant sur la ville et le parc de Chipita, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner un délicieux repas. Le niveau principal de la maison est l'endroit où vous trouverez un grand salon ouvert avec la cuisine. La chambre principale est au bout du couloir avec une salle de bains attenante et un porche avec un foyer juste devant votre porte. La 2ème chambre est juste dans le couloir qui a un lit king. Allez en bas et vous serez accueillis par la salle de jeux et une salle de cinéma avec son propre bar! Installez-vous confortablement sur le canapé pendant que les enfants jouent à des jeux. Continuez dans le couloir et vous trouverez deux autres chambres, une chambre avec deux grands lits superposés qui est parfaite pour les enfants et une chambre avec deux lits doubles queen dans une chambre. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse en bas. La musique doit être jouée doucement et les conversations maintenues à un niveau normal. Ce qu'il faut savoir: - Pas de climatisation comme dans tous les foyers des Pays-Bas (j'en ai rarement besoin, mais soyez conscient). - Peut être venteux aux Pays-Bas, particulièrement en hiver. - C'est en ville, alors il faut être tranquille apr��s 21h. - Le nom de la rue est 'Lakeview Court' mais il y a juste un petit bout de vue sur le lac. Très belle vue sur la ville et les sommets enneigés au-delà. - Pas de câble, seulement Netflix Ce que vous allez aimer: - Le sous-sol a une salle de théâtre avec bar, table de ping-pong et panier de basket! - Enrouler autour du pont - Grande douche en verre et baignoire jacuzzi en maître - Garage chauffé surdimensionné pour une voiture (très grand)

This is a fabulous house for a large family. It is comfortable and well-equipped throughout. Everything you need! Close to town - loved the small town of Nederland. Locals are very friendly and close access to Eldora Ski Resort is perfect! We'll be back!

This place deserves 10 stars! So well equipped, location was perfect for skiing Eldora, and layout was fantastic! This was a great spot for us to be snowed in and we enjoyed all the extras (popcorn maker, folding table, extra chairs, snow shoes, sleds, everything!!!). Thank you Linda for all your communication and care!!!

Very nice and spacious house. Great kitchen and dining area. The basement is an absolute kid's dream, very fun. Walk to anywhere, great location. Would stay again!

We loved the house! Loved all the bedrooms, bathrooms, radiant heat, the kitchen, pantry, movie theater and game room.
We really loved this house. We had a difficult time getting in but was able to get the code changed and could get in.
We had some heirloom china forgotten at the house. Tina was nice enough to take it to be packaged and mailed.
It was a great experience!

House was great and had everything we needed and more. So many nice special touches like house shoes, spare coats and other winter items if you need them, candy and popcorn for the movie room. It was a very special post Christmas getaway. We loved it.

My son got married at Brainard Lake on Sept. 30,2023 and we wanted some where close to the venue and this was a perfect location close to everything in Nederland. The house was amazing and loaded with entertainment for everyone. We truly enjoyed our visit and stay at this location. Highly recommend for those with families and little ones.

We chose this home for the proximity to the town. We could walk to the playground, the fishing pond, the downtown area and the reservoir. The house was well equipped with many small appliances, ie. instant pot and crock pot. Also, spices and many baking needs. You could definitely plan to make meals in this house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The game room was a big hit. We will stay here again!

The property was the right size for us. We enjoyed the amenities and used most of them. The property was relatively clean when we got there. Something had been leftover in the refrigerator however and that kind of smelled. The beds were comfortable. Could’ve used a few more fans as it got stuffy in the downstairs. No screens on the downstairs windows so we couldn’t just leave them wide-open with bugs coming in. Overall we would stay there again because the size was so accommodating and the property manager was so easy to communicate with and the proximity to all of the fun things that Nederland has to offer.

Wonderfully thought out home for a mountain get away. Great for multiple couples with kids of all ages. Appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owners in providing for the comfort, fun, and cooking necessities.

The property was great for our family of 10 for a Christmas vacation. It was well organized, the check in process was easy. Received great communication from the management company on the day of arrival, throughout the week and was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival. The house was organized with some labeling of where items were located. My grandchildren loved the space room to play in and the theatre room. The driveway was a bit steep but manageable in the snow and we got to sled down the hill. Could have used better sleds as some were worn. Wish there were more things to do in the town but it was winter and snowing and the city doesn't clear the sidewalks for walking around. We'll have to try it in the summer. Thanks for a great stay.

Our youngest and his friends wanted to see CU Boulder as HS seniors to help them decide where to go to school. Having this home gave them a downstairs space to play, sleep and chill together. We remarked that this house was easily the most well equipped with the essentials, plus space and fun for everyone. Great spot and well maintained. The manager was efficient and timely with advice and help as needed.

We stayed here for a girls' gravel cycling trip and it was amazing! The location was great - very peaceful, yet close to downtown. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities at the house were fantastic - we had everything we needed and more. We cleared the game room downstairs and did yoga with a view of the mountains. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time spending the weekend with family in this amazing home. The home accommodated my family of 5, my 3 brothers and my niece nicely. Everyone had their own space and we all had plenty of activities available to keep us busy. We spent most of our time hiking and fishing in the area. We will definitely keep this home on our list of staycation destinations. It was easily accessible and close to everything Nederland has to offer. Check in was a breeze and the owners made sure we had everything we needed. They even offered suggestions for the area hiking and fishing attractions before we arrived.

The house is exactly as advertised, with a ton of activities for kids. We stayed here with my 3 5 7 year olds, as well as my parents, for a quick family vacation, and it was ideal for our needs. Super clean, tons of things to keep the kids occupied, and walking distance to everything in the little downtown area. Highly recommend!

It's so good I almost want to leave a bad review ; )
This place was above and beyond anything we expected. The house was perfect for our group of 9. The theatre room was awesome for watching games 1 and 2 of the Stanley Cup Finals. We explored Nederland, ate at Crosscut (delicious) one night and Busey Beers another night (delicious). Wandered thru the shops and did some hiking. Hessie Trail was fantastic. We parked at the Nederland High School and took the shuttle up to the trail head. Highly recommend.
The beds were very comfortable and they had everything we needed and more. If you love your pillow, bring it with you if you can. I love my pillow and would have regretted it had I not brought it with me. Our family that flew into Colorado didn't have any issues with the pillows that were at the house though.
There is a very stocked pantry with a sign of take a bottle of wine, leave a bottle of wine. There were a couple of beers left in the fridge when we got there, we tried a few and left some in the fridge for the next guest.
SkyRun was great with communication from the time we booked until we checked out. We checked in and out with no trouble. They texted during our stay to see if we needed anything.

Nederland Stay
This is an amazing property whose owners pay great attention to detail. You will genuinely feel like you are on a vacation and they provide every possible item and amenity you could possibly need. The communication is outstanding and easily one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awesome Property
This was a fantastic home base and gateway to the Rockies for my friends and I. After a long day on the trail, it was great to come home to the hospitable town of Nederland and our nook within it. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils you need to prep a large meal. That’s not to mention the espresso machine for the morning. And for a homey evening, the game room downstairs is a perfect “chill-zone.” We had a ping pong and Halo tournament going simultaneously. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would urge you to choose this property for your next jaunt into the Rockies.

Spacious home with tons of amenities
My friends and I rented this home for my bachelor party and had the best time. The games alone (ping pong, pop-a-shot, darts, XBOX) kept us busy for hours. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfy, and the whole place is so homey. Great to come back to after spending the day outdoors. Nederland is an awesome little mountain town and we all would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed everything….only issue was the television and audio system….a little too complicated for an older slightly tech challenged person like myself.
Overall an excellent stay and look forward to a repeat…maybe longer stay!!!

Great location and house!
Really loved everything about this house--had everything you could possibly need and was in a great location. Easy walk down the hill into the cute main street area of town. And a quick drive up to ski. The best of all worlds!

Fun Place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Being able to walk to everything downtown was great. This was probably the most well stocked house I’ve rented to date. Not only did we use a lot of the amenities but paid it forward by leaving a bunch of beer for the next guest!

Great place and exceptional hosts
The location was fantastic, a large roomy house with something for everyone: game room, movie theater, plenty of sleeping spaces and bathrooms, and a very well stocked kitchen. The hosts anticipated our every need and any possible whims, too, with a sweet welcome note and even some goodies to enjoy while we were there. Could not have been a better stay. 10/10.

Great getaway
My friends and I really enjoyed this property. From the scenic drive through Boulder Canyon, the relative proximity to Boulder, Denver, and even some gambling in Black Hawk, and the comfortable lodgings that allowed for a large group of us to all have comfortable places to sleep, eat, or enjoy each other's company, this place was a slam dunk. We hope to be back!

Wonderful Property and Location
We had the best stay at this spacious, fully stocked, beautiful property. Linda was more than accommodating and very responsive to all of our needs. We visited Nederland with my parents, my brother’s family of 4 and my family of 4. There were three bedrooms for the three adult couples and a bedroom with two bunk beds for the kids ages 8-13. They loved the movie and play rooms. We all enjoyed the quaint town - lots of great places to eat. Close to Boulder and about an hour from Estes Park. Went on hikes at Mud Lake near by. Kids caught fish in the pond right near the property (house has fishing poles in garage) and the local grocery store and liquor store are at the end of the street are very convenient. Loved our stay. We hope to return to do it again soon.

Amazing house!
We had a fantastic time. This house is fully loaded! So many great games for the kids - everyone had a blast. The location is great - walkable to all the great restaurants and shops in Nederland and a perfect jumping off point for hiking. The property managers are incredibly responsive and the hospitality was top notch. We felt really welcomed. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Nice stay in quaint town
Awesome house, great for families. We were a group of 2 families staying together. Our kids loved the game room and movie room. Easy walk to town with some cute restaurants and shops. No cable which wasn't great for grandpa but we figured out the roku for him. Only issue was the management company not responding to text inquiries. The manuals and amenities available were really detailed and contained mostly what we needed. We had a great stay despite some more rain than expected. We would definitely stay again.
