Cozy Cabin on the Water!!!
Détente et rajeunissement sont exactement ce que vous obtiendrez dans cette jolie cabane à quelques minutes à l'extérieur de Hot Springs! Cette cabane se trouve à seulement quelques mètres de l'eau dans une communauté calme avec beauté à chaque tournant. Asseyez-vous sur le porche avant pour une vue magnifique et regardez les bateaux passer. 2 chambres avec lits queen et un canapé-lit queen vous offre un hébergement pour 6. Il y a une rampe pour bateaux directement en face de la cabine, alors apportez votre (petit) bateau et profitez de tout ce que cette cabine a à offrir! Il n'y a pas d'accès à la plage dans cette propriété mais il reste encore beaucoup à faire! Une grande pêche peut être trouvée près du barrage à quelques minutes sur la route. Un gril à charbon est disponible pour utilisation - il suffit d'apporter le charbon et le fluide!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cozy cabin. It was super clean and neat. Beautiful location right on the river. We will stay again next time were in the area.

Enjoyed the cabin but was disappointed not being able to fish in the river. Also, a bit disappointed at the rather restricted view of the river.from the cabin porch. Not a bad experience just not a great as others we have had.

It will be the ideal place for any reason. We used it to have a sabbath, that is time spent with God and it provided everything we needed. I look forward to staying their again. Why stay anywhere else when the Cozy Cabin in a perfect spot for six people or less.

Outside pictures were outdated. Bedrooms small. No dressers etc. for clothes. Had an extra guest, lol. (Long slug in one of the bathrooms, lol.

Location was perfect for our Hot Springs vacation. The home was well kept and had a great view of the river from the porch.

What a cute cabin this is! Was tidy and amazing inside.
This was our first trip out of Texas. My family had a great stay and definitly enjoyed it.
The veiw of the river in the morning while sipping coffee and watching boats go by was the best!
Will definitely be making this a regular yearly thing.

Relaxing peaceful. Enjoy the patio cooking out feeding the docks. Nice time we had on our 25 anniversary and took 80 yr ol dad and 77 yr mom they enjoyed their self too .

The cabin itself was great. My only complaint is that there was construction going on early Saturday morning when we thought we’d be able to sit outside and enjoy the silence.

Beds need new mattresses. Need under cabinet lighting in the kitchen. Update to smart tvs. Overall an ok cabin. Quiet neighborhood. Good scenery. Just needs a little updating.

Quaint, clean, peaceful area, definitely off the beaten path, just plan a 30 minute beautiful drive to get to Hot Springs, about an hour to the Crystal mines

The cabin was great. 2 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms., living room and kitchen. The view was great and great location. It was everything needed for a mini vacation. Just wish it had of been a little warmer weather so we could have enjoyed being outside more.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin! Easy access, clean, good location, no problems or complaints! They even provided detergent to wash your clothes with. Super awesome!

We arrived later that day and the cabin was filthy. Beds undone, sheets not washed, towels in washer yet, very dirty floor, trash can had beer and beer cans in it and smelled! Couldn’t get a hold of the manager.

The property was a great place for our family. We had a great time. Restful and very nice atmosphere for all. We lived the stay. Water was extremely hot and kitchen needs new pots and pans. The beds where so uncomfortable.
Over all had a great time. Loved every minute just wished we had stayed longer

Was not able to stay there. Every room was flooded. We could tell it would have been very nice to stay. Host was very apologetic. Had to find somewhere else to stay this time but will definitely reconsider this for next time. Freezing temps do not play.
