Vient de terminer et disponible pour la location de fin d'été et d'automne. Si vous avez besoin d'un endroit super sympa pour rester dans cette région, c'est ça.
Trois chambres doubles, deux salles de bains, grand salon avec banquette-lit, cuisine entièrement équipée (mixeur, four micro-ondes, cuisinière à gaz), barbecue à gaz, foyer au gaz pour utilisation par temps froid, buanderie, grande véranda et grande véranda avec tables et chaises , beaux étangs à poissons Koi et ponts d'observation (pas de piscine autorisée), quatre téléviseurs avec câble (un dans le salon et un dans chaque chambre), Internet sans fil, parking pour trois voitures avec stationnement pour caravanes selon les besoins, grande cour avant donnant sur Norris Lake, à trois kilomètres du quartier des affaires et des commerces de Lafollette / Jacksboro et à onze kilomètres de l’Interstate 75. L’adresse de la propriété est 117 Boshears Trail, mais les cartes GPS l’indiquent parfois comme 117 Shoshone Trail. C'est facile à trouver.
Venir pour le lac
Nous sommes à trois minutes à pied du port de plaisance d'Indian River, où un nouveau magasin et un restaurant viennent d'ouvrir en 2019. Des spectacles en direct pendant la saison estivale, une excellente cuisine et des boissons ainsi qu'une atmosphère agréable et conviviale. Location de bateau ponton disponible (423-562-5290), ou pour les propriétaires de bateau, nous pouvons réserver une cale de bateau ou un point d'amarrage pour passerelle selon la disponibilité. Le lac Norris compte 850 milles de rivage et 25 ports de plaisance à visiter. Notre côté du lac est beaucoup plus paisible que la plupart des autres parties. Nous sommes situés à quelques kilomètres de tout ce qui se passe dans le comté rural de Campbell.
Venir à la montagne
Le milieu de nulle part n'est pas loin de nous. Les zones de montagne et les sentiers reculés abondent à proximité pour les randonnées à quatre roues, la chasse saisonnière, l'escalade, l'alpinisme et les sentiers d'équitation / de randonnée. Les zones de gestion de la faune de Cumberland Mountains, Ride Royal Blue, Big South Fork, et Chuck Swan, Cove Lake et Sundquist sont facilement accessibles.

Beautiful grounds make any stay relaxing. Many comfortable outdoor seating options gave us great places to gather to make memories. We visited a local festival and had a stress free drive to UTK for a game. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Truly a cooks kitchen! Beds are comfortable and bathrooms well updated. Hosts are friendly and make the check in process seamless. We will be back!

This was such a beautiful and relaxing property! I hated to leave as we made friends with the bull frogs, dragonflies and even a huge monarch butterfly! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

She's a brick house was a great rental for our family! Super clean, updated and tastefully decorated without being overdone. I love that they provide work towels for messes in order to keep the nice linens stain-free. Owners were super accommodating, boat rental is a great add-on and even though there are multiple rentals on the same property, we never felt like we were in a fish bowl. We would highly recommend and plan to come back!

Had a great time. The Brick House was very nicely decorated and a great place to unwind and relax in the back yard around all the koi ponds. The boat was also a good idea to rent. We enjoyed the lake also. Very centrally located and would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away for a weekend or week trip to the lake. We are thinking of going again next year. Thanks again, we really liked y’all’s place!!

Beautiful spot. The pictures are true. The backyard is beautiful. The front is nicely landscaped. We hosted a family event. The kitchen is full-size. We counted we had out side seating at tables for the entire gang. It was nice. The hosts were awesome.

Jacksboro Memories
We came to Jacksboro to see where my late grandmother was born and grew up. My mother, daughters, and I enjoyed your home! Fred and Debbi were both very friendly and welcoming. The grounds were peaceful, both front and back porches were lovely. I enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the kids play in the yard. The kids enjoyed watching the fish in the ponds out back. We enjoyed walks down to the dock to look at the water. We were able to locate the hillside that my great grandfather owned back in the early 1900’s! We enjoyed driving down to Cove Lake, walking the trail and reading the children book they have posted on the walking trail! Definitely a memorable trip and the accommodations made it even better. The beds were very comfy, linens and towels were soft and cozy, the home was very clean and well organized for travelers. We made good use of the fireplace and the twinkle lights on the patio only added to the homey feel! Thank you for letting us use your home, if we’re ever in the area again we’ll be back!

Anniversary Getaway
My husband and I had a very enjoyable getaway for our 47th anniversary. Even though most of our stay was graced with rainy weather, the porches and patio cover made outdoor time comfy. The rooms were very clean and well furnished. We would consider going there again.

Enjoyed Our Stay
The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was a great size for cooking Thanksgiving meal. The hosts were very friendly and there was plenty of parking. Quiet neighborhood too. We were able to park two large trailers and another vehicle with room to spare. The property has other cabins that would be great for very large families looking to travel together and stay on the same property.

Koi Pond Wonder
The house is excellent but the outside area in the back is mesmerizingly beautiful with wonderful landscaping, beautiful koi ponds, multilevel areas to enjoy nature as well as a fantastic water feature wall with a pond below.

Best Hosts Ever
I have rented dozens of vacation properties in the last decade, and Fred and Debby were the best hosts I have ever met. They waited until 9:00 PM on the night we arrived which was 2 hours later than we planned so they could show us where to park our boat and trailer. The house was great and the location is perfect for a trip to the lake. The marina is a short walk from the house, and the marina provided great service too. I have a 23 foot boat and it was easy to park it, my truck, and another car at the house.

Fred and Debbie were great and really do try to make your stay the best possible. The house was very clean and the best part (to us) is the back yard and patio. We rented their boat for the day and definitely recommend if you have the time and don't have a boat to do so!! You wont be disappointed!!

Wonderful place!
Beautiful property. All was very clean and felt like home. The back yard is beautiful with koi ponds, a waterfall, and beautiful landscaping. There is even a family of goats on the adjacent property that were a big hit with our son. Conveniently located near Norris Lake and the OHV trails in the surrounding mountains. Also only a little over an hour drive to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge if you care take in any of those attractions. We will definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Beautiful Landscape
Enjoyed my stay at this beautifully landscaped cozy home. Got to enjoy the koi fish ponds, they are so relaxing. Also got to see goats, chickens and roosters from neighbors. I will gladly come back and stay.

Absolutely fabulous!
Property was very serene either looking toward the marina on the front porch or the koi ponds in the backyard. Kitchen, living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms are nice. Just need ceiling fans in the bedrooms. If hauling side by sides to ride at Royal Blue the driveway is manageable but check with the owner for they are adding more little cottages to the property and the driveway may not handle a long trailer due to the parking.

Awesome property that was exactly as described
Fred communicated really well leading up to and during our stay. The house was close enough to the ATV trail heads and was easy enough to relax in after a long day on the trail. The attention to detail on the back patio and yard was awesome.
