Cette unité est un condo Blue Heron Deluxe Suite de 1078 pieds carrés avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain pour 6 personnes. Ce luxueux condo au bord du lac au 16e étage offre une vue imprenable sur Disney World et ses feux d'artifice nocturnes depuis le balcon de la chambre principale et les belles eaux du lac Bryan depuis le balcon du salon. Il est à seulement un mile de Disney. Il dispose d'un téléviseur HD LCD de 46 'dans le salon et d'une télévision LCD dans chaque chambre. Dans la suite parentale il y a un lit king size. Dans la deuxième chambre, il y a deux lits jumeaux. Dans une alcôve couloir, il y a 2 lits superposés (limite de poids 150 lb chacun). Le logement comprend une cuisine entièrement meublée et une salle à manger. Il y a aussi une laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité. Le Blue Heron Resort possède toutes les installations de loisirs habituelles, y compris 2 piscines chauffées, 2 bains à remous, une salle de jeux vidéo et une salle d'exercice. We loved the location of the condo. It was as advertised but is a much older complex. Didn't expect the hallway to be that long! LOL! The spiders are bad on the balcony but the views are amazing. The disney fireworks, some at all three parks, can be seen as well as the disney springs drone show from the side. The check in process is a bit annoying and getting in the gate after 11 was not explained to us at check in so we had to figure it out but overall it was a really nice place to stay!

We were delighted and satisfied with our experience at this location and condo for 4 nights. It was only my wife, daughter, and myself so it was us in the primary and our daughter in the 2nd bedroom. I could see 2 families being very comfortable in this unit especially with the bunk beds in the hallway that we didn't even get the chance to use.
The location is great with the pools and the parking on site, and the dock looked beautiful lit up at night. We also loved having the balcony off the family room with the view over the lake and then to have the balcony off the primary suite to watch the fireworks and drone shows at the various Disney parks at night and there was a wonderful view to see all of the attractions.
It was also easy access to all of the Disney parks and especially to Disney Springs that we could have walked to if needed. We also loved that there was fast food, dining, the miniature golf course right below the balcony, and grocery stores close so that if we wanted to we could have stayed in the condo the whole time and had a great time. Also with having a full kitchen and dining area we were able to have breakfast in the morning before hitting up the daily activities and also a couple of dinners in the unit to cut down on dining costs.
We remarked a few times how glad we were that we booked this location instead of a hotel or Disney resort. We highly recommend the Blue Herron towers and especially this condo, and we look forward to coming back!

We enjoyed the view the most from the 16th floor over Orlando especially at night and at sunrise! Beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and suited all of our needs. We also loved the size of the pool and the bar and 80s music being played while we relaxed. We will be back.

The apartment is a great size, clean, quiet, plenty of parking, and has all the amenities you require. It has some amazing views from the balconies, we saw 3 lots of fireworks one night. Within walking distance for coffee and food, and of course the mini golf in front of the property.

Amazing views, nightly Disney fireworks shows from the master balcony. Sunrise views over Lake Bryan from the main balcony. Stunning views!! And the location was great too! We loved our stay. The condo had everything we needed and the host was very responsive.

Fantastic location. Pristinely clean accomodations. Terrific views (3 different angles). Very comfortable and just wonderful. Easy parking. Would definitely stay here again.
I want to repeat each of the above comments since the positive outweighed any negatives by 1000 to 1. But, just for balance, here are a few very minor recommendations for the host.
Add some anti-slip shower mats in both baths; add plastic wrap and foil in kitchen; and we saw the humble request to launder towels before we left, but there was no detergent. But, like I said, those are minor things. This play was GREAT.

This condo was beautiful, well appointed and spotless! The bed was very comfortable and after long days at Disney it was a great place to put your feet up! We will be back for sure !

I want to and will be staying here again. Absolutely loved it, I don't think there's anything wrong with it and I absolutely love both views from the balconies in the 16th story heigh. I'm looking very forward to staying here again 😊😊😊

Except for the following everything was as expected:
1. The shower faucet in the second bathroom had a continuous drip.
2. Some light switches did not appear to work - labelling them would have been an assistance.
3. The elevator card security system was not operational resulting in the opportunity for anyone to gain access to the floors with apartments.
4. The pool was unexpectedly closed for maintenance which if we had had children with us might have been a more serious inconvenience.

The location of the property and its proximity to WDW is fantastic. The condo itself with both an east and west facing patio is also enjoyable. Had a few glitches but they were remedied. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was clean and overlooking Orlando in a high rise and great location. We got in late and check-in was still super easy which is just what we needed after our flight was cancelled. Will stay again.

We really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed for a family trip to Disney and Universal. Location was convenient to the parks. We spent an off-day hanging out in the room and at the pool. We loved being able to watch the Epcot fireworks from one of the balconies. I will try to stay here again if we come back to Disney and Universal again.

If you are looking for a condo that has fantastic views from 2 different balconies on the 16 th floor this is the place for you. We enjoyed the lake on one side every day and Disney fireworks every night. This condo also had all the supplies you would need to cook and do laundry. We enjoyed our stay

We appreciated the space for our family to spread out relax after long days in theme parks. The views from the balconies are wonderful. We enjoyed Epcot’s fireworks from the master bedroom balcony. The proximity to Disney attractions is great. Having two bathrooms made getting everyone ready so much more efficient than a hotel.

Great location!
Our family loved this location. The building was quiet and we loved the two balconies. One balcony was peaceful looking at Lake Bryan. The other balcony was exciting watching all the fireworks.

If your not afraid of hights, this corner unit gives you great view of the lake and night sky's. Master bedroom view of epcot and magic kingdom fireworks can be seen. Decore/furniture needs an upgrade, beds aren't very comfy and master bedroom balcony needs a little TLC, wasn't able to sit or stand outside too many spider or bug on the slider door and rails. Overall this place is a great budget for big families. Close to all the attractions, Starbucks in the same parking lot... They are putting up turn lights in front of the resort. Which will really be great for future guest(it was a challenge getting in and out). The tower color in this photo has changed. Looks a lot newer now.

Perfect location and view
This unit is an end unit with a balcony on both sides. One balcony overlooks the r direction of Epcot. The other balcony overlooks a beautiful lake and in the direction of Sea World. Check in was super easy. We required minor maintenance and the owner and resort swept in and took care of things immediately. Beds were comfortable.

The unit was dirty. Bugs through out. Porches nasty. 2 wash clothes and 4 towels were out for 4 people. We had to go out and buy linens for our stay. I won’t recommend or stay at this unit again.

Great Condo for Disney Trip
My husband and I stayed here with our 6 1/2 year old daughter. The condo was easy to check in, clean, beautiful views and super convenient to Disney resorts. I took 1 star off for cleanliness because the floors probably need a good scrubbing. My daughter's feet got black from walking barefoot in the unit.
We really enjoyed the unit. Plenty of space for us and everything worked great! We will definitely come back again. We were so busy it was hard to use all the amenities. Never went in the game room. Pools were nice. Unit was quiet. Never heard anyone. The views were outstanding.
Just a side note...some reviews mentioned free shuttle to resorts. There is NOT a free shuttle included with this unit. The complex does have a Disney shuttle but it is not for guests of privately owned units/VRBO. So don't get excited when you see the shuttle spot on your way in. It is not included. This listing did not say it was but a couple reviews mentioned it. Maybe it used to be? Anyway, we paid $50 a day for preferred parking each day we went. Regular parking was $25 a day. There was someone the Blue Heron recommended for private shuttle but he was $25 each way so we decided to take our car.
We will definitely come back here. Thank you for an amazing stay! We loved it.

We stayed for a cheer competition at ESPN. Our practice hotel was just straight down the road from the property it took less than 5 min to get too. Our competition was also very easy to get too as it was not far at all. Great place to stay and close to Disney without being on Disney property. Great breeze the whole time and wonderful views whether you looked out the front of the back.
