Staff are friendly and big bathrooms/shower was okay.

It’s a bit of a walk away from the town centre where most amenities are.

The price was fair. Staff could have had better customer service.

There was a problem with the toilet as well as there was no water for periods of time. Last morning before check out there was no hot water. Old and dingy towels more like rags. As well old and very flat pillows. Far from downtown. We were right next to the laundry room and could here the washer and dryer running through the night. Beds are nothing like what the pictures shown.

Have air conditioning and hot water.

It's far from the center, don't have enough electrical connections to charge cell phones.

You can find seemingly good deals, it was mostly clean. Made the other place we stayed in Creel seem like a bargain at twice the price...

Needs a bit more attention to maintenance. The light switch in our room was broken and didn't work (only light in the room), had to go get someone to fix it (how come nobody noticed this earlier). TV didn't work (I usually don't even turn it on, but my daughter wanted to see something). There was no hot water between 7-8 AM when we got up and wanted to shower.
