Situé au coin des rues State et Main dans le village de Harbor Springs, ce loft d'angle au 2ème étage est équipé de façon contemporaine avec le confort et la commodité pour deux adultes. Un lit king-size californien de qualité commerciale vous garantira de bonnes nuits de sommeil. L'espace de vie dispose de deux chaises longues moelleuses et d'une table basse circulaire positionnée pour que vous puissiez surfer confortablement sur la TVHD. Un éclairage LED encastré et réglable est câblé dans tout l'espace avec un éclairage suspendu dans le bar. Vous définissez l'ambiance. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un bar pour deux personnes. Que vous prépariez vos propres repas ou rapportiez des restes de restaurants de qualité comme le Pier et le New York à un pâté de maisons; vous oublierez facilement le temps, dans cet espace cosy et tranquille! ;)

The studio was cute and just right for two people. Location was good if you want to be in town and walk to everything. Parking was a bit annoying since the car had to be moved every 3 hours.
The apartment was clean but needed new bedding. Especially new pillows!! Also the rugs needed cleaning lots of spots.

Dave’s apartment is in an ideal location in downtown Harbor Springs. It is clean, bright and comfortable, perfect for the two of us! We biked, hiked, visited the farmers market and even took a dip in the bay. Dave was responsive to our questions and very accommodating. We highly recommend staying here!

I stayed here with my husband for a sailing regatta. The location to the marina was perfect! It was also great to be right downtown. This is my second time staying here. Dave is a great host! Everything is just as described in the listing. I would gladly stay here again.

We loved this loft! Super cute and bright inside. A spring fountain is right across the street for easy access to spring water. Walkable to all of our favorite spots in Harbor Springs. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, clean place on Main st.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was perfect. Very clean and well stocked. This property had more supplies than any other place we have stayed. There were even disposable razors and safety pins. It’s the little things that make for an enjoyable stay. The host was most attentive. Communication was extraordinary.

Had a quick stay for a weekend ski trip. This was a perfect spot for my wife and I. Very clean studio loft that was just a few steps from the best restaurants in Harbor Springs. Would stay again for sure. You can tell they are still in the process of upgrading the unit but the work they’ve done so far is great.

We came up for NYE weekend to ski and spend some time in spring harbor. The location/unit was perfect for 2. Right in the middle of the downtown area and could walk less than 5min to anywhere. We enjoyed 2 restaurants while staying. David the property owner was also very kind to reach out right around check in to make sure everything was ok too. Would definitely recommend

This studio is located in downtown Harbor Springs. You are able to walk to shops bars and restaurants and the marina. The owner was great to work with. I would give this a 10 star rating if it was possible. I would definitely go back again.

This studio has all you need for a week's stay. The bed is a king bed and is so comfortable. The shower has a window that looks on to the bay which is so fun. The host included some amazing local coffee which is above and beyond for VRBOs. All in all, great place to stay. Highly recommend

Nice spot. The air conditioner is a little tricky, hard to turn on . We did need It. I am not sensitive to noise, but keep in mind it was normal city traffic noise in the morning.not like a city, but some noise. And the farmers market is right outside. Loved that! I would certainly stay there again

This was our second time staying at this property. We love the location, so close to the marina. It's so fun staying overnight in Harbor. We had a little confusion checking in but that was our fault for not completely reading the directions. We hope to come again next year!

Great spot that’s close to everything—-plus a view of the bay. I love the comfortable king size bed and great shower pressure! Oh—-and dimmable lights make a huge difference. We’ll be back!

Our first visit to Dave's place was last Summer. We enjoyed it so much that we chose it for our Winter visit to family nearby. It's the perfect size for the two of us. We especially appreciate the location w/the bluff, harbor, restaurants and ski resorts nearby, ample storage space, and the well-supplied full kitchen. We'll be back!

This was our second time renting this property and we will be back. The convenience of being able to walk to the shops and restaurants and not have to drive everywhere is worth the morning noises coming from the street below. The unit is clean and equipped with everything we needed. Dave, the owner, is always quick to respond to a message and always willing to accommodate any requests. We were able to stay an extra night at the last minute and also enjoy a late check out. Highly recommend for a couples getaway!

Seriously - the shower was great and bed was super comfortable! Great walkability to water, shops and restaurants. Host was very responsive. We're planning another trip in 2 weeks for more skiing!

Dave's communication was excellent. The studio was very clean and well organized. Bed was large and very comfortable. Location is fantastic, across the street from Johan's for morning pastry, just a short walk around the corner are restaurants and watering holes. 12 minute drive to Nubs Nob or Boyne Highlands (we skied both). Would recommend and definitely return for another get away

Our intent for the trip was to go through the Tunnel of Trees. When I found this property, the room size was perfect for us as we didn't plan on being there too much. The location of the room in Harbor Springs was perfect. The town is small but had so many options for restaurants and activities. We will definitely be back.

This is a perfect place for a couple. Very clean and comfortable. Nicely furnished. Loved the location. Close to food and shopping. Nice coffee shop across the street. Highly recommended. Would stay here again.
