Fantastic location, amazing views from the large balcony, very comfy beds and pillows, overall a great experience, will be back soon. Pool is amazing and easy walk across to a beautiful safe swimming beach.

Great location with fabulous view and nice spa and pool on the edge of the ocean.

Excellent views of the ocean and cannal. Apartment was clean , neat and tidy . Robinson provided all important items for our stay...Kitchen had all required items and heaps of utensils , cuttlery etc. Excellent view from all rooms including the bedrooms.....balcony was fantastic and accessible from all rooms. Apartment has secure parking and infinity pool. A short walk to restaurants and beach. We highly recommend this place to stay if you are visiting Mandurah and surroundings. We will definitely be staying here again .Robinson the owner is fantastic and provides good instructions to access the property.

Robinson contacted me prior to arrival to arrange meeting us at reception to handover the keys and give us a rundown on how everything worked

Was a nice surprise,but the cereal was out of date.

Pillows were very hard,but that was ok, brought my own.

The owner was very kind and very helpful. He organised water, milk, eggs and oil etc. We loved the spaciousness of the apartment. The balcony area was excellent with large table. We had dinner outside every night. Ocean and river views spectacular. Large comfortable beds and 2 large bathrooms. Easy access to everything pool and safe car parking. A very clean apartment which made for the perfect stay. We enjoyed the ocean breeze and fresh air blowing thru the apartment and the sound of the ocean to drift off to sleep at night. There is nothing not to like about this apartment.

Towel Hook in shower room number 2 requires fixing,. This is very wobbly and useless. Toilet Roll holder in Spa Bath area needs requiers fixing. There is a damp ugly smell from inside kitchen cupboard under sink area which is very off putting.

Great views. Clean. Very close to the beach. Nice swimming pool on premises. Smart tv…Robinson (owner) was very helpful and had hand sanitizers , tissues, paper towels, face towels plus complimentary wine and chocs.

In Summer, the master bedroom gets hot as sun rises on that side and even with a fan overnight, you wake up to the heat through the curtains. We are early risers so didn’t mind as the rest of the apartment was lovely.

It is tired , thin towels , nylon covers on the beds , Paid for a put you up bed that had broken springs, very dirty kitchen sink , just felt it was very overpriced , basically just paying for the view and balcony

Perfect location. The apartment was spacious and well stocked. The views are amazing. The only negative was the lack of air con in the bedrooms.
