The small details and thought put into the enjoyment of the tenants is obvious in this beautiful home. Excellent communication and response time, great clean property, and beyond expectation amenities. We'd be happy to stay here again anytime we are back in Vancouver.

The host made the check-in super easy. Spacious rooms and open kitchen made longer staying cozy. On site washer and dryer works well and washing pods are provided. Location is perfect.

Perfect location, not too far from all the activities we wanted to do while we were there. The place was clean, had all the dishes and everything we needed, and having the kitchen was nice for making breakfast before we headed out for the day. I had a question for the owners and they were very quick to respond to my text. And with them living above the unit, there was a very small amount of noise during the day, but nothing that would keep a napper awake (if we had one still) and it was very quiet in the evening and at night. We loved the room with two twins…our kids are fine with sharing a room, but old enough that they don’t want to share a bed. Overall a great place, perfect location, and we would definitely stay there again!

We were very pleased with our unit. It was clean, easy to get to and fairly spacious. The owners had provided quite a few condiments which was greatly appreciated. There was also an on site washer and dryer which was very convenient. Laundry pods were even provided! The unit does need a bit of TLC...the bathtub/shower should be re calked and the taps in the kitchen need replacing but otherwise all was good. We stayed for a month and were very comfortable. Jack and Mae were very nice and responded quickly to any request we made. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this unit. Oh, one minor thing. The house is built on a concrete slab so in the winter the floors were cold. Be sure to take slippers.

The location was ideal for my trip. Close to the airport, downtown & East bound highway. Area is quiet & excellent for walking. May was great to interact with and very accommodating. The suite has all the basics I needed for my stay. Thank you May!!!

This is a well equipped 2 bedroom apartment in a basement. There is a family living upstairs, so you can hear them. However, during the night it is quiet, so sleeping is no problem. It's about a 12 minutes walk to the Skytrain. We found that a real plus. It is close to the perimeter nature walk around the Langara Golf course, which we enjoyed several times. It would be nice to update the kitchen area and especially the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again in future.

Not the newest rental, but it met all my needs for location, cost and size. Owner was attentive to needs and met all my expectations.

Best thing about the property was having a private parking spot right in front of the house! The 2BR/1BA in-law unit was comfortable size for the 4 of us and having a queen bed in one room and 2 separate beds in the other room worked out perfectly for us. You will hear noise (dog, voices, chopping) during your stay, as the owner lives upstairs but completely quiet during sleeping hours. When we arrived, the unit smelled like fabric softner(?) but once we opened up all the screened windows it was fine. The furniture was a bit worn but everything was functional. Owner was very responsive and the place has everything needed (washer/dryer, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, iron, etc). Definitely a good value compared to other places available.

Very good property to stay at. Very clean and tidy and was as advertised and true to the pictures in the listing. The property manager has this site very well stocked for the guests, you won't be looking for anything extra. Location for my purposes was very good and if you are looking for a good south Vancouver location it is a prime spot. Note that there is a large dog that is located in the suite above which can give you a bit of a scare as you come into the property for the first time if it is outside in the backyard but it is fenced in and does not cause any issues once there. A great choice of property, manager is very good to deal with, prompt replies!

We used to live in the same area as this suite, so we know the neighbourhood well. Very clean, and a great home base for our 2-night Vancouver stay. Good value, and exactly as advertised. Oh, and we always appreciate the option of having 2 twin beds when travelling :-)
