Parking and mold in the bedroom.

I loved the size of the property and the location. Super close to my family and the town. Warm and cosy clean and great quality fixtures and fittings.
2 negatives. The first is the pictures, they do not do this property justice at all. The pictures make the property appear a lot smaller than it is.
The light bulbs are a little dark.
If you are a light sleeper pack some ear plugs in case of rain. The beautiful skylight can be noisy with rain.

We had a wonderful holiday at Teale Apartment Padstow. The apartment was very clean with excellent kitchen facilities. The bathroom was also well equipped and had a lovely hot shower. The shops/harbour were literally just a few steps away. No garden to toilet the dog. However, turn right out of the apartment you will see some steps and an opening with a dog bin. Enter through either and there is a small woods - just over the road. Parking was tight but we did manage (Nissan Juke) Finally, we were expecting a double bed - we are pretty sure it was a kingsize.. so that was a welcome bonus.
Couldn't get tv to work - instructions said to use 'youview' remote and TV remote. Could not find 'youviee' remote.

Car parking space was too small, our car is big, but even with a smaller car, it would have been tight

the location was perfect and very modern
it is not that I did not like it but the car park space that goes with Teal would only fit a very very small car for example a Fiat 500.

Apartment was fabulous and very modern. Location couldn't asked for anything closer.
3 parking spaces but we couldn't fit our car in . So we had to pay for car parking. whilst the other 2 flats got free park.

The location was perfect, and the facilities were great. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

parking free but could be difficult to access. instructions on opening front door from inside would be better on the wall adjacent to the button. we spent several minutes trying to move the silver catch .

It was very close to all amenities in Padstow. Very well equipped spacious and the facilities were excellent.
The shower wasn’t working, but they had told us this before our stay, there was a shower attachment on the bath, so we managed. Our parking space was quite tight, but again we were warned about that before our stay, however, one of the other more spacious car parking spaces wasn’t used all week. I would suggest that instead of designating you one of the 3 parking spaces, you should be able to go into any of them.

The location was absolutely brilliant, a two minute walk and your right in the centre of padstow just perfect.
We couldn’t use the allocated parking space as it was very small and on a steep drive way. Also it wasn’t as clean as I’d of liked, we had to clean over surfaces and utensils before use and all window sills hadn’t been wiped in quite a while. Having said that we would go again as the location is just perfect and we didn’t let it spoil our stay.
