Comfortable place in a convenient location for Grand Canyon and Sedona. Has a fridge, coffee machine and microwave. Good shower, easy self check in.

There could be more utensils, such as bowls and spoons etc...

The host was very helpful as I had accidentally booked the wrong dates and the dates needed to be corrected. Booking.com showed 'no availability' on the respective (new) dates. However, the host confirmed that -in fact- there were availabilities and allowed booking.com to change the dates anyways. It was easy to get in as there is a PIN you need to unlock the door. That PIN was received via email at check-in time. So that was convenient. The water pressure was much better than in expensive Las Vegas hotels I had stayed in before. The internet was the fastest I had come across during my road trip in the last two weeks.

It was not particularly clean. Overall the unit was a bit run down.

Price-Value is good. Room was already pre-heated, so nice warm when we arrived. Easy check in process & close enough to the grand canyon to have a great stay.

Asked the host for some recommendations, however did not receive any reply. No dishes, not even a plate, fork or something to have a small breakfast Certainly has not had a professional, deep clean in a while.

The room was small and you can hear every sound outside.

Although we did not meet the hosts, we always felt care in the letters we received from them. We felt welcome. Thank you. Very good place for stay near Grand Canyon.

Perfect location, easy to find. Had towels, toothbrushes, a little tooth paste, coffee and creamer. Pretty views.

Bed was uncomfortable.
