Nous avons juste commencé à louer cette belle 2 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains condo avec une enveloppe autour balcon avec vue sur l'océan SPECTACULAIRE depuis chaque chambre, situé avec toutes les commodités à Coco Bay Estates. Deux suites de maître spacieuses et maître salles de bains avec des finitions de luxe de luxe, laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité, centre de fitness / salle de gym et des courts de tennis sur le site et deux belles piscines (plus piscine) assure un séjour agréable et confortable dans Coco Bay. This is a very comfortable, clean, beautiful safe place to stay. We really enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony. Our property manager was very helpful and quick to give us advice on restaurants and fun things to do in the area. The restaurants and pools were great. It was stated it is a short 8 minute walk to the beach, but it is my opinion that you can not walk to the beach, you will need a car.

We enjoyed the condo. We were two couples and the king beds with their own ensuite was great. The two clubhouses where you could swim were lovely but you cannot access the condo without a car without a great deal of incline walking. Being up high adds to the gorgeous view. Owner was very receptive and Corby the property manager was responsive. Thank you for sharing your home.

My wife and I stayed in this condominium for a week the end of January, 2024. I have stayed at 30 VRBO units over the last 20 years. This was one of the nicest. At 1500 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a full kitchen it is perfect for 2-4 people. The view over Coco bay is beautiful. The furnishings were well chosen . The beds were very comfortable! There were excellent light blocking curtains in the bedrooms, an oft-neglected but essential item. The club associated with the unit had a beautiful pool, plenty of pickleball courts ( not my thing) and a nice restaurant. The local apartment manager, Corby, was very friendly and helpful with good accessibility. For spending time visiting this part of Costa Rica this is an excellent , reasonably priced accommodation and we fully recommend it.

My husband and I had a lovely week at Coco Bay Estates. The view is the highlight of the condo, we sat on the balcony a lot. We’re early risers and would sit with a cup of coffee watching the bay come into view while listening to birds and monkeys.
Corby, the property manager in Coco, was a delight to deal with. From meeting us upon arrival to communication throughout our stay.
The condo is well appointed, and has everything you might need during your stay. Accessibility is great, up two short flights of stairs, or there is an elevator. A security guard was stationed next to the building during the night and would patrol the area frequently during his shift.
The drive up to the condo never got old, up the steep hill. We found a regular car was fine to get around.
Coco itself was busy, and we found it a bit chaotic, people walking and cycling everywhere, with motorcycles weaving around cars. Parking in El Coco can be challenging.
We enjoyed the pool at Coco Bay Estates, poolside drink service was excellent. The pool at Ocotal beach club is smaller, but also very nice. Great to have beach access from there as well.
There were not very many mosquitos during our stay, and as an arachnophobe I am happy to say we only saw two spiders during our week, and they weren’t even that big. We did a hike to La Leona waterfall, as well as a rainforest tour, and didn’t see any snakes, tarantulas or other large bugs.
Highly recommend this condo.

This property was a breath taker. Between the views, sounds the luxurious feel and overall warmth. This made our vacation. To come back to a place where you can move around after falling in love with Costa Rica day after day for a week. We loved all of it from the amenities, the size, the comfort, the views this place is nothing short of AMAZING. And Corby is just a doll to work with.

Stunning Views. Nicely appointed and maintained unit that has all the amenities you need. Owners and management team responsive and helpful. As pointed out by others, a Car is a necessity to go anywhere, including pool and clubhouse dining. Property condo complex is at the top of an extremely (and I mean extremely) steep road. This condo complex is in a gated community that is isolated from town and the beach. Just be prepared to drive wherever you want to go. Also prepare to be underwhelmed by the touted community beach club and ocotal beach. This is not a high end beach club experience, more like an HOA building and pool near a locals beach. Playas del coco itself is a small village and not part of the main tourist destination area, an advantage or disadvantage depending on your point of view.

Our stay was exactly what we needed. The condo was nice and close to town/grocery stores and restraints. You must have a rental car to get to it because of the steep hill but oh my the view makes for a nice relaxing place to unwind on the balcony. The property contact went above and beyond to answer questions and set up excursions for us. We would stay here again.

The condo was very nice and we especially appreciated Corby, the property manager. She was quick to answer any questions and was super helpful.
The biggest benefits to this rental are the view and access to two swim clubs. Ocotal Club is especially handy because it offers a place to park, swim, bathroom and shower facilities when visiting the beach. Additionally, the beds are very comfortable, and the two bedrooms are very big with ample closet space and en-suite bathrooms.
The biggest negative is that the condo is completed isolated from anything walkable. You absolutely must have a car and it is the only way to access anything - including the pool. With the heat, humidity and massive hill, it is impossible to walk anywhere. However, with a car, accessing the pool (2 min drive), local restaurants, local shops (7 min drive), etc. is very easy to do with a bit of planning.
The kitchen is a bit small but has everything we needed to do some cooking at home. This was helpful since we stayed for a month.
Lots to do within a 2 hour drive ... volcanos, adventure parks, waterfalls, beautiful beaches, restaurants.

I am a regional manager for a hotel chain and we took this trip for my 40th birthday. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. I have high expectations of cleanliness due to my position at work, and this place was exceptionally clean. Very short drive to restaurants, beaches and other activities. The communication from the property owner to the checkin manager was great! Corby took time to meet us at subway and show us how to get to the condo which was above and beyond for our first time in this beautiful country! Would definitely stay again!

Overlooking the bay and ocean, this very comfortable condo has all you need for a short or long stay. Although the kitchen is just a bit small, the living area, to master bedroom suites, and generous balconies are ample. You’ll probably want to rent a car, as the condo is at the top of a fairly steep hill, but you can usually get to the beach or to the restaurants and clubs in Cocoa. Highly recommend!

The apartment is perfect for relaxing during your vacation. The view is amazing. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. We have stayed there a couple of times and will definitely be going back.

This was absolutely one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed. Started every day with a relaxing cup of coffee on the deck and an incredible view of the ocean. Beds, sitting areas, and outside furniture were all high quality and very comfortable. Included resort access to pool, fitness and pickleball / tennis facilities. Also included a separate beach club near Ocotal beach that gave us great access to ocean snorkeling, a swimming pool, dining a Father Roosters, and a covered sitting area in the rare case a rain shower came through. Strongly recommend for your stay in Costa Rica.

Lovely apartment. Spectacular view
We were really happy with this apartment. It’s up a steep hill, which is fun to drive when you get used to it. A five minute drive to town. Highly recommended.

The View Doesn’t Get Old!
The view was incredible from every window. Our family of 4 spent 7 days in the condo and it was a perfect base location for our adventures in Costa Rica. We did check out the pool at the clubhouse and were happy with the service and cleanliness of the pool. We would stay here again!

Great property for our stay. The view was amazing and even better than the pictures. We had already planned to rent a car and you need one for this location. The host was very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. We arrived late at night, the property manager met us and lead us to the condo. Would highly recommend this property! Clean and well appointed. The views are fantastic and the condo was well maintained as well as comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Having a car would be recommended given the location, hence the great views.

Beautiful home away from home
Our family of 4 stayed at this condo during Christmas 2019. The condo met all of our expectations. The drive up to the condo was so exciting and the views were fantastic. The condo was very clean and well-stocked. Could have used some beach chairs and perhaps a couple of boogie boards though. The condo is a perfect distance from the airport (20-30 minutes). Great location: close to fantastic local restaurants, shops and beaches but somewhat secluded and very quiet. A great place to relax. Thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee on the expansive balcony and a glass of wine in the evenings. Spent so much time on the balcony taking in the beautiful views. Rented a car to visit nearby beaches, waterfalls and zipline (Diamante). Always felt safe. Well kept gated community. Lovely pools and 3 to choose from. Santorini's provided us a great lunch the day we were scheduled to leave. Ate at Gingers, Father Roosters and Coconutz to name a few. Owner and management were responsive, informative and extremely helpful. Our first time to Costa Rica and it was perfect. Weather was fantastic. Would highly recommend staying at this condo. We had a wonderful trip and can't wait to return....soon.

Would recommend this property to others. Condo was in good repair and well appointed.
The value was good. View was wonderful and the club was good. The overall property is a bit "remote" within the town of Playa Coco itself and looks like the development could use some maintenance and finish. However, we did enjoy our stay there and would recommend it. Gil with property management was helpful, prompt and friendly.

Wonderful Place to Stay in Costa Rica
My family had a wonderful time at this condo. It is very comfortable and very luxurious. Philip was very responsive to our questions and reached out early to ensure we were being well taken care of. The views of Bahia Del Coco are amazing. Pictures don't do it justice; you have to experience it. Morning coffees on the balcony were a daily ritual, a good way to ease into the morning. The condo was well located with easy access to Playa del Coco, Ocotal Beach and Play Hermosa. The Swim Club was a great way to end the day.

Amazing view from every room.
Amazing views from every room. The bathrooms are very large both rooms even have walk in closets. The best part was sitting on the veranda with a glass of wine taking in the amazing view. It really almost seems fake it is so pretty.

Great place, great view
It's a very comfortable place to spend some time by Costa Rica's Pacific coast. The view is fantastic, with plenty of room for several people to lounge on the balcony. The immediate area is quiet. The club pool is a good size and wasn't very crowded. The town center is close by, and there are several beaches to choose from in the broader area. Plenty of choices for good food and shopping. We enjoyed our stay very much and found it a good deal.

Heavenly!!!!
This was our 2nd year renting this Condo. Absolutely gorgeous views....pictures do not do it justice. The condo is spacious, relaxing, and offers all the amenities that allow for a truly relaxing vacation. What makes this Condo so special is its location. You are not far from the airport. But more importantly very close to markets, great restaurants, beaches, and fun nightlife. And just as an important is the management service that comes with this Condo. OUTSTANDING! Should you think this is not important it is. Whether its exercusions, arranging car rentals , or helping with an unexpected issue they are there for you without hesitation!!! Love Gil and Korby....... I'm hoping my schedule allows us to return next year for 2 weeks.....Love it here!!! Lynn & David

Breath taking view
Philip's condo is beautiful with an unbeatable view of the landscape and Papagayo Bay! Upon entering, it feels like you're looking at a canvass.
The condo was well furnished and roomy. It helped tremendously to have a washer and dryer after doing many outdoor activities.
Philip and the staff were extremely helpful and checked on us to see if we needed anything.
There were several times when the water and electricity went off for brief periods of time, but this was beyond anyone's control.
Great week in a great condominium and country!

Spectacular View!
The view was absolutely fantastic. Very peaceful, and private. The two master bedrooms, with ensuite bathrooms, is the perfect layout for two couples. Over the two weeks the place never got small!The Club is very nice - beautiful pool and grounds - easy to spend a half day there. The location does require a vehicle due to the steep hills. The complex did experience several water and power issues during our stay. The owner, Philip, was very easy to deal with and was constantly following up with us to ensure our stay was going well.

Truly an amazing slice of life!
The people were wonderful, always friendly and helpful. It extremely easy to call it our home away from home. The condo that we stayed in at Coco Bay estate far exceeded what we saw online. The hillsides and ocean views from our balcony were absolutely incredible. The food was great, with plenty of wonderful open air restaurants to choose from. The 2 weeks that we stayed flew by and wasn’t nearly enough, can’t wait until next year! There’s plenty to do and see, but don’t be surprised if you find yourself just enjoying the chill!

Highly Recommended
This condo is simply amazing and the view breathtaking. The unit has all the comforts of home and is spacious enough where the four of us, two couples, didn't feel like we were crowding each other. Minor issues were addressed quickly by the maintenance team. The management team went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.
We rented this condo for our stay whilst competing in the 2018 Ironman 70.3. The location is perfect for the expo and the start of the race. You can see the swim course from the expansive balcony. We took the advice of a competitor who rented this condo previously and rented a gas powered golf cart to get around Coco Beach. If you are only staying a few days and aren't looking at venturing far, this is the best way to travel and fits into the relaxed, easy pace of life.
Highly recommended. We will definitely be returning.

Phillip’s condo was the perfect choose for our family. Outstanding view, perfectly appointted furnituring , location excellent for excursions.
The beach club house and pool are fantastic. Chef Kathy and family are the best of the best. Delious food and beverages.

Go to Tamarindo for surfing, Upala and Guatuso ask for “Paul” as your guide. snorkel trip from Hurmosa Beach. Look for Captain Al. They will catch your lunch.

Lynn and I had a wonderful time in Costa Rica, and wound definitely stay at this condo again. The location was close to markets, town, and beautiful beaches. I would recommend renting a car it was. It was very easy getting around. Father Roosters, great local Restaurants, and the beach club pool were within a five minute ride. The views from the condo were incredible, much more than we exapected. We enjoyed the tours and found them friendly and exciting. The horse back ride up to the top of the mountain and the 13 station zip was thrilling. The weather couldn't have been better 90s and sunny every day. We really loved coming back to the condo after a long day, and found it very comfortable, we definitely are planing on returning, and staying in this condo. Philip and Holly were very helpful and were more than willing to help with any questions we might have had. We loved it and will return

Beautiful Property
My husband and I stayed here for a week. Condo very spacious, decorated nicely, clean and well stocked. Drank our coffee every morning on the patio overlooking the bay-beautiful! Will miss that view. You will need a car - and be a good driver :) Quite an adventure driving up to the condo. The Greek restaurant Santorini's and the pool/gym are at the bottom of the hill. I think that would be a hard walk if you did not have a car. The Beach Club is in Ocotal which you can use if staying at the Condo. We enjoyed this pool the most- nice music , cocktails and snacks can be ordered. We drove into Coco for some meals and shopping - then escaped back up to the condo and our beautiful view.

Best Of Everything
The condo was just as beautiful as the photos. The master suites on opposite sides of the condo offered me and my friend our own private oasis. Sitting on the balcony every evening was divine. Philip is the perfect host. He, along with his management team, offer many valuable suggestions for eating and site seeing. The additional pool access at Playa Ocotal was wonderful. We had the place to ourselves both times we were there. The next time I'm in Costa Rica, this will be my place to stay. A special thanks to Philip for accommodating a change in our schedule due to tropical storm Nate! If you're not looking to be right on the beach (and I wasn't), this is the ideal rental.

Amazing place and great owners
We left to Costa Rica the day before hurricane Harvey from Houston, the condo was incredible and very clean as mentioned in vrbo, excellent view and a very safe and cosy place, this is our first time booking via vrbo and we were completely satisfied with the service provided by Philip and Pam, they were very helpful in providing us a lot of pointers around Costa Rica, we were supposed to leave on Friday and we had the reservation till Friday and unfortunately our flights got cancelled and Philip and Pam were gracious enough to accommodate us one more day in the condo during this unavoidable circumstance, I would definitely come back again and recommend to my friends and family about this condo
