Host was great and responsive, very clean and comfortable, had all amenities, place was perfect for my family of 4. I highly recommend this property, I definitely will be booking again when we are in the area!

Great 2 bd and 1 ba condo directly across 93 and the lake. Has a private dock. Great kitchen with everything you need, fully furnished. Washer and dryer in unit. Very convenient to all the lake and surrounding amenities. Highly recommend!

This was a great stay for our project Managers. They are away from home weeks at a time. If they need to be away from home I like to give them a nice place to stay. We had an awesome time in Polson. The condo was a great location and the kids enjoyed swimming of the dock. Dale was an excellent host and provided great feedback on the area and places to see. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Right in the heart of town and right on the water, a great mix. The unit was much larger than I expected from the pictures and was quite comfortable. Dale was a great host for us. Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable!

We needed a spot in Polson to stay for a wedding over Labor Day Weekend and wanted a little more space than a hotel room for the two of us and our 2 teen boys. This spot is a gem. First of all, Dale met us at 1:30am when we arrived (our flight landed in Missoula at 11:55pm) - this was above and beyond but it might have been a little difficult to find the carport late at night so it was much appreciated! He let us in and showed us around. The property is so nice and has everything you will need! We did a little shopping to be able to make breakfast at the condo for the days we were there which was nice - there's a great store just down the road which Dale recommended. The view from the patio is truly spectacular. When we locked ourselves out the second night (DOH! - left our key at the wedding venue after the rehearsal dinner) Dale graciously met us and let us back in which saved us a trip back to the other side of bay. This trip made us want to come back and when we do we already know where we will stay!

Everything was in order when we arrived. There was a problem with the toilet, but property manager fixed it immediately. Kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful view of the lake.

This property exceeded my expectations. Huge lake front windows, updated kitchen and accessories, and bed rooms were tucked away from highway. Located in the middle of town, it was an easy walk to down and water access. Dale was friendly and responsive. Well done!

Dale was very helpful in meeting us and making dinner suggestions. Nice view of the lake. Traffic noise was a little distracting but overall, a good place to spend the night.

Had a great experience all around - owner was very responsive from start of booking process on thru our stay. Apartment was new and open and somehow even nicer than portrayed in photos! Owner left a very helpful binder of area attractions and condo information, We walked everywhere - the shoreline park, the tourist boat launch, several restaurants, charming downtown...hope to stay there again! We enjoy so much staying at this condo overlooking Flathead Lake. Everything you expect and hope for in a condo rental experience is taken care of very well. The owner, Dale, is very accommodating.

This place is in a great location and was well equipped. The owner was very hospitable. The place was clean and a comodated three men well. My only suggestions were that the AC set up needs to be improved. The exhaust pipe in the living room window is not installed properly. Also, the rug is curled on the corners and presents a trip hazard.

Dale is a very gracious host. Condo is roomy and comfortable. Nearby are Safeway and Walmart as well as downtown shops. Kalispell is an hour away. Drive around the lake is a "must." Farmers market on Friday morning was a special treat for a small town feel. Kitchen is well equipped. This was an important factor due to need to prepare all meals because of food allergies. Very nice.

This is our go-to accommodation when visiting Polson. This beautiful unit is well appointed and has everything we need, including washer/dryer and excellent wi-fi. It is located close to restaurants and stores downtown. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck with a glass of wine while taking in the fabulous view of Flathead Lake and the Mission Range mountains. The owner, Dale, could not be more accommodating or easier to work with. We received the full deposit refund promptly after our stay. You cannot go wrong reserving this condo or the twin unit next to it.

We absolutely loved staying here! The condo is fully equipped with everything you need! It is located right across the street from the lake and the view from the deck is an added bonus! We spent alot of time out there, watching boaters and enjoying the scenery. Polson is a really nice community- lots of wonderful businesses and friendly people. If you're looking for an awesome place to stay at a reasonable price, this condo is for you! We would definitely stay here again!!!

This place is located across the street from Flathead Lake. The street is quite busy so if you are on the patio you will continually see and hear cars and 18 wheelers go by. Inside has a nice kitchen but dishes and utinsels are incomplete. For example no spatula, collinder, matching glass set. The furniture and decor are quite outdated. The bed sheets are very low quality like you would find at Walmart. The washer is crazy loud when shifts cycles. You'd think someone kicked in the front door. I think the price is nice and if you are ok with 2 star motels normally, then you should be good. Its kind of a crash pad. No disrespect intended.
