Studio joliment meublé situé dans le bâtiment Luna di Lusso du village de Lake Las Vegas (LLV). Adresse: 29 Montelago Blvd # 509, Henderson, NV 89011. Ce grand studio dispose d'un lit king-size et d'un canapé-lit. Le balcon aux étages élevés vous permettra de vous détendre et de profiter de la vue sur le lac, les palmiers et les lumières du Las Vegas Strip. L'emplacement offre calme et tranquillité, loin de la piscine et du bruit du village. La kitchenette est équipée d’un four à micro-ondes à convection et d’une plaque de cuisson à induction avec deux brûleurs, d’un réfrigérateur compact, d’une cafetière électrique, d’assiettes, de verres à couverts et d’un grille-pain. Des articles de base comme des serviettes, du savon et du shampoing sont également inclus. Internet haut débit sans fil gratuit, télévision Roku (films Netflix, Amazon Prime et PLEX gratuits!) et Dish TV par satellite sont inclus. Entièrement approvisionné salle de fitness offre une vue magnifique sur LLV Village. We had a great Vegas trip, off the strip. Lake Las Vegas is so relaxing! We were still within driving distance to Lake Mead, the Hoover Dam, Boulder City, Willow Beach, AZ and shows on the strip. It was nice to have our own quiet space. Will definitely visit again.

Everything about this is luxury! The view of the lake and mountains is the best I think you can get. The bed is so luxurious, I have never slept deeper or woken more refreshed. You can tell that all little touches are taken in cleaning between guests. It is like walking into a new place! Thank you!

My husband and I stayed three nights. We enjoyed the location, the pool that is nicely shaded by late afternoon and we felt safe. The place was quiet even for Memorial Day weekend. The owners are very responsive.

The property was perfect for our needs. The property looks as pictured. It was nice to have a kitchen. We enjoyed the use of the pool/hot tub and surrounding walking trails. It also has a nice gym. Cris and Mariana were amazing hosts, and very responsive. Would definitely book with them again. Wish they had property in other cities. Excellent stay!

Beautiful condo - gorgeous view and surroundings
This was a perfect condo for us. From the moment I booked there was excellent communication with owner. Check in/ out process very smooth. We loved being on the top floor and the condo was immaculate. We loved the style and it had all essentials we needed. We will be back whenever we come to the Vegas area!!

Great Location
Great studio condo. Loved the Lake Las Vegas village - restaurants and grocery all within walking distance and super cute. We were here for a tournament in Henderson and drive was quick and easy.

The owner was very responsive to my needs. Had the air fixed in a timely fashion. The grocery store was not in walking distance as I was told it would be. Place as shabby.

Lovely area and location perfect for as as we hiked Valley of Fire and Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon. Quiet, convenient. The unit is dated and needs repairs in bathroom. Small studio but had what was necessary to do a small meal. Overall very nice.

A place to de-stress
It was great to be out of the city. The drive each way, each day, to the convention center was pretty easy. The little kitchen was perfect for cooking our breakfast, and some dinners.

This space was perfect for us. Easy access to the shows in Las Vegas, but far enough away to get away from the craziness of the strip. Perfect for exploring the desert and Lake Mead

Cris was easy to book with and very responsive to questions, making the stay simple. The location and property are excellent, people in the area were so nice it was hard to leave.

Quiet, comfortable, great location
The condo is in great location to walk to dining and the sunset view is awesome. It's a quiet neighborhood and near Lake Mead and numerous hiking trails.
Bathroom could use a facelift but other than that the condo is quite nice. The selection of dishes and glasses is sufficient. Cris is very responsive and professional. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: great communication with owner.
Clean facility.
Quiet.
Friendly staff.
Very fair price.
Cons: Check in was very confusing.
Fridge door doesn’t stay closed. Had to use a suitcase to keep it closed.
Outlet above the coffee maker sparks when in use.
Most of the shops on grounds were out of business.
Parking is very limited.
Overall we did enjoy our stay and would stay here again!

The place was very clean. It was quiet and relaxing. The grocery store was within walking distance and had everything we could need. A better map of the surrounding area would be nice (the restaurants etc in the village). We had a great time and really appreciated our time here.

Great condo in Lake Las Vegas
This condo fit our needs for the week perfectly. Cris is very responsive. Anytime I had questions, etc., he responded quickly. Location was just across the bridge from the few restaurants & mini grocery in the Village. The Aqua Park was also walking distance which was awesome! We used the pool and fitness center, which were great to have for the week. Never had an issue getting parking. We’d stay again.

Perfect place for relaxing
From the friendly helpful check in it was a great stay. The owner was quick to respond to our inquiries. The place was great. location is great for parking the car for a few days relaxing after driving the north and south rim and everything is in walking range. Hoover dam was so close and spent a whole day there too. Quick drive to the airport too. Restaurants are awesome at LLVtoo. Thanks Chris for a great stay!!
