Un petit studio tout équipé bien aménagé et surtout bien située juste en face de la gendarmerie néanmoins il y a un très grand parking public juste en face pourtant arrivé tardivement j'en ai trouvé sans problème quand au studio le propriétaire nous envoie toutes les indications via une application a télécharger un peu complexe quand même mais on si retrouve il ne reste plus qu'à s'y installer attention il est située au 2 ème étage le propriétaire le précise bien pas d’ascenseur particulièrement calme car j'ai bien dormi

Honestly…? Very bad! One (small) double bed. And no couch. There is no place for a couch. The appartement smelled bad and ventilation was not possible. We opened the window for 2 minutes and already 2 wasps were flying in 🙁 The ceiling was so low (I’m 190cm) that you need to weighed down to enter the kitchen and also walking to the bed. It looks big on the photo’s but it’s not!! Very disappointing. We booked another place and had a great time in Verdun.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Innenstadtlage und die Ruhe. Das Appartement ist direkt gegenüber der Polizei. Es ist gut ausgestattet, könnte jedoch ein wenig mehr Küchenutensilien haben oder eine kleine Flasche Öl. Für reisende Gäste ist das doof, wenn so was nicht da ist. Guter Wifi und TV Empfang. Persönlich habe ich niemanden getroffen, bekam eine Mail mit Instruktionen für den Schlüssel - klappte perfekt Das Rad konnte ich unten im Flur stehen lassen. Parkplatz brauchte ich selber nicht, es gibt aber welche auf dem Platz vor der Polizei.

Very detailed explanation on how to find the keys. The owners are available and forthcoming via email. There is a big public parking exactly in front of the building (free of charge). Small kitchen, but you have all that you need for breakfast (working fridge, cutlery, etc.). A ventilator was available on site. This is no luxury accomodation, but it fully met expectations for one night stop in between cities and very good value for the money.

Maybe a proposal for the future - a mosquito net on the window would be great.

Spent three nights here in June '22 and enjoyed it very much. The proprietors are super-accessible and helpful. The apartment is on the top floor (of two) in the building, which in this case means you have a sloped ceiling to contend with on the street side. Very tall people, like me, will probably bump their heads once or twice. But the remainder of the space is regular-size and perfectly manageable. Amenities are excellent, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee bags. Bed is large and comfortable, bathroom excellent, wi-fi stable and fast. If you heat water in the kettle on the range, note that it's rather slow; fill the kettle with hot water to speed things up. There's no air-conditioning that I noticed, but I was there during a hot spell and, with the door open a crack at night, it was fine. The price point is excellent. Location is about ten minutes' walk from the train/bus station, and about the same from the riverfront area for drinks and dining. Note that if you're touring the battlefield sites around Verdun, the Tourist Office (across the bridge) rents electric bikes for 24 euros a day, or 36 for two days. It's a great way to get around.
