We really loved the place and clubhouse. Clean and well equipped. Beach and swimming pool were very easy to get to, less than 2 minute walk. We spent several days there. Pictures on listing matched exactly.

This place was wonderful, The beach awesome, very clean and well kept, very few people on the beach, if any at all.snorkeling in the reefs near the cliffs had lots of Fish to see, so my daughter said, better than at half moon beach snorkeling trip she took. Love the house, patio was very nice with garden around the patio.Gardens in the neighborhood was well kept and beautiful. Safe gated community, Lee was wonderful and responded to all our needs, we didn’t need much, everything was there that you needed. Didn’t need to call Paula. Just ask Lee and he will take care of it and you. Thank You Lee!! All you need is a car to drive up and down the strip, easy to drive on the left side. Will definitely stay again. PS. The soaking tub in the master bath was great also, Same as the ones they use at Rock House Spa, which was an excellent Spa w/ great service.

What a wonderful place to to stay in Jamaica. We spent 10 days getting around west part of Jamaica, enjoying beaches, forest, dining, local foods and most we could fit in. We realized how lucky we were with our location, super quiet, private beach, huge pool, wonderful snorkeling, people were so kind. Paula's place is very comfortable, all amenities you will need. A/C works great. Highly, highly recommend!!! Thank you Paula.

Beautiful property, very convenient location. The private beach and pool is a 2 minute walk from this unit. Both were well maintained and cleaned all through our stay. The unit itself has great sunlight, comfortable beds, and updated bathrooms. Although we didnt cook gourmet meals, the kitchen had everything we needed throughout the week. The patio had a table with chairs where we spent alot of time, and was beautifully landscaped. I would definitely stay at Little Bay Country Club again, as well as this specific unit.

I'm not sure I have the right words to describe my stay here... AMAZING.. BEAUTIFUL.. PERFECT! This was my second time staying in Ms. Paula's wonderful home and it is simply PERFECT. The house was so very clean and well kept and had everything that we needed. We felt at home. We enjoyed eating our breakfast on the back patio every morning. Not only is the house PERFECT but it is in very short walking distance to the most beautiful private beach with stunning views. Ms. Paula is a wonderful host and is so very very nice. She is very responsive to anything that I asked. She gave us some great information on best places to eat.....and she did not steer us wrong. We enjoyed everywhere she mentioned to go! Her property manager Lee is the most wonderful person ever too meet! He made sure we had the MOST MEMORABLE times during our stay here. He took very good care of us and felt like he was a part of our family. For that I am forever grateful for Ms. Paula and Lee! You will never forget when you meet genuine great hearted people. I repeated the word PERFECT several times and when you book Ms. Paula's home for your next vacation you will see why I did. Thank you for your home! I will be back! 🖤💚💛

Paula’s place was very reasonably priced for the amount of square footage she has… very clean and well kept. The backyard sitting area was very nice. We look forward to staying at her place in the very near future. We had a very nice time!!! Thanks again Paula

Firat and formost the Property manager was very easy to deal with and super responsive. The home was as described. Very clean , kid friendly, and felt like home away from home. felt safe since it's gated community. I have no complaints at all and hope to return soon.

You need nothing more from this property. Full kitchen, great landscaping, private beach and pool, plus a mini market for simple needs! From communicating with the lovely owner, to meeting other visitors and residents on the property, our family and friends felt very welcomed. Big plus: walking distance from the new Negril sign - perfect for photos!

There are so many words I could use to describe the property but none would do it justice Every morning waking up to the birds and smell of the ocean Everything we needed was right there Pool an ocean It was like our own private oasis Super friendly people Massage right there! Our hostess was available to us at all times She arranged the pick up who was fabulous Our personal escort We fit scuba, catamaran, dining out with a live concert, horseback riding on the beach into a week I live Jamaica and it wasn’t even on the bucket list We were so at home! I must say that from start to finish, we were not disappointed. My interaction with Paula ( the owner) was spot on. Any questions or concerns were answered in minutes. The place was spot on and absolutely beautiful. Mr. Lee was hands on and available for us everyday as needed. His wife cooked us Authentic Curry Shrimp, Oxtail, Curry Goat, Rice and Peas, Salad etc. Amazing. The private pool and Beach were clean and the people were so nice and very friendly. Miss Paula , We will definitely be coming back to enjoy your beautiful home. Thank you so so much for your referral and your hospitality. We made new friends. Can’t wait to come back in October.

Great location with beach and pool. The house itself was good. Could have been a bit cleaner with some marks on the walls and ants/ weird bugs in the cupboard (typical for tropical environments) and I wish there were screens on the windows so we could enjoy the evening fresh air. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had the basics. The kids loved the beach toys supplied and the little store that was part of the community.

Everything was exactly as described. Not to far from 7 mile beach and town. The beach was a short walk. It was a quiet and cozy very safe place to stay. The guards are always walking around. It was clean and exactly as described. Paula was great with responding if I had any questions. Lee is great as well! When I come back I will definitely stay here if it's available.

Great place especially if you have a car to help you get out and explore. Very comfortable, has what you need. Lots of space. Great beach and pool area. Pack your own hair dryer if you need one! ;)

I loved staying here, this was actually my second time here, the first time was with the family, ands I didn't realize it until I showed up and met with Lee, the Property manager. and Recognized him from years before. Once I saw him I knew I would be in good hands. Just as before the house was extremely clean, and the location was great. a short walk to the beach, and the small convenice store. The back yard has nice plush grass, which makes it a great place to sit in the morning with coffee or in the evening with an adult drink, if you so choose. communication with the owner was very swift and informative and friendly. I would recommend this place with no problem at all. Definitely will be staying here again.

We stayed at this property March 8th-12th. The unit was very clean and the location was nice and quiet. The beach area and pool are beautiful and great for relaxation. Lee was there to greet us and became a good friend. He was a joy to be around and helped us find our way around. I felt safe knowing he was a phone call away. We would relax and go out to dinner or 7 mile beach and come back to peace and quiet. It was nice to be ab le to make our own breakfast and lunch. Paula was great to communicate with and had good suggestions for places to eat and what to do. Thank you Paula and Lee! Blessings!

This was everything we were looking for. We had one of the most relaxing vacations. The house was spotless on arrival and Lee was great.

The interior of the condo was exactly as shown. It was clean and comfortable and felt like home away from home. It was nice to stay somewhere that didn't have bars on the windows and doors. It felt safe. I don't remember the man's name that met us there but he was really friendly. Not far from Montego airport.

It was nice with very friendly neighbors. The private driver was a great help.

House was better than described. Lee was so down to earth and took care of us, always checking up to see if we needed anything. Beds were so comfortable and everything was spotless. loved all the appliances and cookware though we did very little cooking. Security at complex were very friendly and gave us recomendations for good food and drink. Beach was spotless and pool was excellent. Would stay here again. Ed from CT

My husband two sons and myself stayed at this property for a week. We enjoyed a clean beautiful home with towels a plenty, comfy beds and AC units in all rooms. The pool and private beach is just a short walk from the condo. It is a spectacular setup! Paula the owner was prompt to any questions and provided a wonderful list of best places to dine and visit. Lee was a joy to be around and took us to various locations as needed including; grocery shopping, restaurants and to the airport. I would highly recommend.

the condo was very nice. lots of room and the AC worked great. I felt very secure in the gated community. the beach and pool were fantastic...Paradise!! If I go to Jamaica again I will stay here .

This property is very lovely, comfortable and spacious. It is close to the little private beach at Little Bay Country Club. The property is beautiful and well taken care of. The best part was having Lee as a driver, he is a wonderful person in every way. He was very attentive to our travel needs and was always prompt. He gave us good suggestions for dinner and was fun to be around. My sister & I had a great get away at Paula's town home-you will too!
