Modern design, very clean apartment. Loved outside area, with two pools, kids playground, trampoline and barbecue area. Good WiFi signal, nice sound bar outside ( can be connected to Spotify from your mobile). Very comfortable garden area for chilling with kids. Enough towels, extra pillows, chairs etc in the house. Fully equipped kitchen, incl oven and washing mashine, and all kitchen accessories. Friendly and helpful manager.

couldn’t fault this property one bit, really clean, modern etc, just what we wanted. we were visiting family who are based on the military camp in Dekalia so the location was ideal and not too far from the shops and restaurants. we hired a car which made it easier to travel but taxi rides are not too expensive if you are wanting a night out. Situated right on the sea front, I like running and went for a run most mornings, there’s a few good routes to choose from. overall the best property we have stayed in during the 5 times we have visited Cyprus!

the outside kitchen and BBQ area is just amazing, the only thing letting it down is the small BBQ within it, the neighbouring property had a stainless steel one which would have finished the kitchen off perfectly, this is not a criticism btw just feedback 👍🏻

Location is just spot on, no more than 9mins drive to all famous beaches, yet you get tons of privacy, peace and quiet. The place was super clean. Superb service in all by the hosts who are always available - we had a fantastic time at Villa Lynn. Would come back.

Beautiful villa, great location and very helpful hosts. The facilities are great, it had everything we needed and more. The play area and trampoline were loved by our 4 year old and the outdoor speakers were a nice addition to have when relaxing outside and playing in the pool. The view from the property is beautiful - especially from the master bedroom which even made the 5am feeds with our 3 month old enjoyable. We would definitely recommend and visit again.

Great location nearby all hotspots. Very calm and private place.

Brand new villa, all facilities were new 3 mins walk from beautiful beach and almost 7 mins drive from downtown. The host welcomed us with a good bottle of red wine - there are 2 pools for one child and one large for adults - a play area was perfect for a family with children. Most importantly a quiet and comfortable area for your arrival. Return to this villa again.

My vacation was too short.

Brand new villa, stunning view especially from master bedroom, pretty fully equipped house, small and big pool, jaccuzi and slides and swings for kids Netflix and speakers around pool. Very nice location to spend family holiday. We wanted iron and they provide us in 30 min. Walk by distance to the turquoise water beach of ayia thekla. We enjoyed big time
