Perfect location to do anything you want in and around solving there were six of us and we brought our bikes, went bike riding around the area. We cooked at home some nights, and went out to the local restaurants

Everything was perfect. My family and I enjoyed every moment in this beautiful house. I highly recommend this lovely house. We felt like we were staying in our own house. Also, we spent very good time in jacuzzi. The house was spotless, and beds were very comfortable, and kitchen was full of appliances. The location was great and close to restaurants and shops. We will stay here again.

Great location! Right in town yet still quiet. Walkable to everything in the charming town of Solvang and a 10-15 min drive to some lovely vineyards. Stayed a long weekend with my 2 sisters, but would comfortably accommodate 6 adults, or possibly 2 families.

We recently stayed at this property and overall, it was an acceptable experience. But, there were some significant issues and we won’t be staying at this VRBO again.
Positives:
- Location: The location of the property is excellent. It is a short walk to restaurants and shops.
- Property: The property itself met our basic needs. It is clean and had most of the necessary amenities.
Negatives:
- Communication: There seemed to be a lack of communication between the owner and staff members. This led to an issue where someone walked into the house to work on the kitchen. We were upstairs at the time when we heard someone walk in and thought it was an intruder.
- Privacy Violation: This unannounced entry felt like an invasion of our privacy and made the remainder of our stay uncomfortable.
- Resolution: The owner offered a bottle of wine or $100 as an apology, which felt inadequate given the severity of the situation.
While the location and property were satisfactory, the lack of proper communication and the privacy breach were significant downsides to our experience. We hope the owner will address these issues for future guests.

Great place for a mini family vacation. This property is walking distance to everything in town! Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. During our stay the air conditioning went out and the owner went above and beyond to get it fixed quickly. We can’t wait to stay here again soon!

Everything we needed, well stocked, quiet complex and close to everything.
When we got there, there was a citywide power outage, I was not aware of it and called the owner. Thankfully the power came back on soon and the gas stove worked for preparing dinner until it did.
I would stay here again. It was a very nice place.

We took our daughters to visit some colleges and this was a great location for our home base. The accommodations are very nice and it’s a short walk from a number of bakeries and restaurants and other great spots.

Excellent stay, enjoyed our time in Solvang. Great house for a group. Very comfortable to gather as a group and well appointed sleeping arrangements. Furniture in garage (couch and mattress) limited parking space in the garage due to vehicle sizes. We were only able to park 2 of 3 cars on the property. Would have been nice to have extra towels for the Spa. All said and done, we had a great stay.

The house was perfect: clean, modern, and well-appointed, and best of all, right in the middle of Solvang. You can easily walk to anywhere in the entire town.And the hosts had the house set up perfectly: lots of clean towels, bags of good coffee for the morning, and the jacuzzi was pre-heated! Amazing!

This property worked out perfectly for two couples. We were in town for a friend's daughter's wedding where most guests were staying at The Landry hotel, as well as most activities were at. It was a three minute walk door-to-door. Everything worked out as smoothly as we could possibly require. Communication with the property owners was prompt and we could not have asked for more. We definitely recommend this property for anyone who wants to park their car upon arrival and walk everywhere in cute Solvang.

My husband and I and our granddaughter enjoyed our 3-night stay in this very comfortable little house in Solvang Danish Village. We experienced terrifically responsive communication prior to our arrival, an easy check-in process, and a sparkling clean and exceedingly comfortable house. We loved being within easy walking distance of everything in downtown Solvang and loved having the house so our teen granddaughter could have privacy with her own room and bath and yet we could all gather downstairs to watch movies in the evening. The other 3 houses in this little gated compound were all rented during our stay, but we never heard a peep from anyone. Definitely recommend this property!

This spacious house was the perfect stay for our little Spring break getaway. The house was extremely clean and comfortable and the location was perfect! Walking distance to all of the wonderful places to visit in Solvang. Would definitely recommend to others!

A couple friends joined my wife and me for a Solvang wine tour and this VRBO was perfect. House was nice and clean, looked like the photos, and was very safe.
It is easy walking distance to all the Solvang shops, restaurants, and tasting bars. It is also a central location for visiting wineries.
Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We rented this property for 6 adults, the house was so convenient to downtown Solvang. The hot tub was an added bonus! Would definitely rent this property again.

The absolute only disapointment with this property and reservation process was the issue of pet payment. I reviewed several properties prior to selection..All reservations stated up front "pet friendly" and fee per pet per night. I did not see the pet fee until after $$ for reservation was submitted..I even checked again and not on initial review is pet fee listed.

The stairs were slippery with socks on and one of my friends fell down a few steps. Within a couple of minutes of that my other friend fell down the step leading into the living room from the entryway. We put the rug from the bathroom there and it was much more visible. The ice maker wasn't working. The picture in the dining room had previously fallen off the wall so I put it back up but it's not up there too securely

Since September 9, 2009, my Siblings and I have visited my mother's resting place in Santa Barbera. This is out first VBRO stay and it was perfect. We checked in at 4:00 on Saturday and I wasn't sure what to expect so I brought everything, from pillows, sheets, blankets, towels, and all the kitchen ware I could possibly plan but when I walked in and did a walk through it had everything that I had packed up. I'm super OCD on clean bedding but all the beds had white sheets and blankets seemed to all be washed and cleaned. Felt like a hotel with 3 private rooms, a family room, and a kitchen to come together in. I will definitely stay here again!

The property is very nice and well maintained. It has an excellent location right in the heart of Solvang. It is a great place to stay and take day trips to San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Hearst's Castle. I know it sounds cheezy, but you should go to the ostrich farm a couple miles away. It is a lot of fun to feed them.

A wonderful place to stay. Within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Solvang yet away from any traffic or noise. Nicely furnished and decorated and immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable so we slept well in our upstairs rooms. We hope to stay here again in the not-to-distant future.

Loved the location, close to all the fun in Solvang. Our adult kids joined us here for our son’s wedding in Buellton. Just the amenities we needed. Ok, we could have used 3 more bathrooms to get ready in! But we made it on time. Groom joined the other guys for a soak in the hot tub the morning of the wedding. Perfect for us.
