1. Very little lighting 2. The caretaker didn't meet us till the last day 3. Complaints were not attended too eg no clean utensils, toilet and bathroom etc However, the caretaker hadenrioned that the day I checked in was the day a film moved out who lived there for 2 weeks...so the place was not thoroughly cleaned. The caretaker was a good lady.

Location was good, clean

The host walks right inside our place without asking to do so. I was indecent and here she walks in bringing laundry basket and bucket straight into the house. Very rude.

Our stay was for 22 nights. We rented both properties. Everything was good until we left. Then we were accused of stealing a walesi tv box(we didn’t even know how to use the tv and NZ doesn’t use those either) they wanted $100 to be paid for it. I agreed to disagree and told them I will pay. All of a sudden they found the box. Then next thing I know they are accusing us of taking 3 towels which they requested $70 payment for. They said we didn’t return them but I know for a fact they were returned. Be very careful when staying here! They were good up until we got back to NZ!

We loved our stay, would highly recommend to any traveler.
