Cottage a plus de 1200 pieds carrés d'espace avec des plafonds lobés tout au long avec des intérieurs de pin noueux. Grande cuisine, ouverte sur un coin salon commun avec vue sur le lac. Une baignoire avec douche, laveuse et sécheuse. Les chambres peuvent dormir 10. Une chambre king size avec placards et porte coulissante en verre pour une vue sur le lac. La chambre avec lits superposés a quatre lits superposés queen avec des commodes. La climatisation est disponible dans toutes les chambres. TV à écran plat dans la salle commune, TV câblée, accès internet haut débit, WIFI.
Extérieur dispose de deux ponts de la cuisine avec un barbecue Joe Smoking avec des sièges en plein air avec une vue sur le lac. Le deuxième pont fait également face au lac et comprend un foyer au gaz et des sièges, dont deux fauteuils confortables. Parfait pour sortir à la fin d'une journée amusante et chercher des lucioles. Porche couvert est également face au lac et juste à côté de la chambre des maîtres.
Parking disponible pour 4-5 voitures.
La propriété a 100 pieds de façade sur le lac. Nous avons une nouvelle digue et une rampe en pierre inclinée pour accéder à l'eau et se rendre au quai. Les bateaux à moteur ainsi que les kayaks et les canoës sont populaires à St. Albans Bay et vous pouvez attacher le quai. L'accès au lac pour un bateau est à quelques minutes de la cabine. Si vos enfants aiment pêcher, mes enfants ont attrapé de nombreux poissons juste au bout du quai, des graines de citrouille, mais il y a aussi les 2 ou 3 livres de temps en temps ce qui le rend très excitant.
St. Albans est à quelques minutes et Burlington est à 25 minutes en voiture. Montréal est d'environ une heure.

Great place to enjoy time with family in the area! The home had an open floor plan which was wonderful! Beautiful views of the lake from the deck as well!

We had the best stay for our family of five. The kids (13, 13, and 9) loved the big bunk beds in their room. Mom and Dad loved our comfy king bed with a view of the lake. Sunsets were a treat every night and the cottage was perfectly equipped for preparing meals and grilling meats. We will stay again!

We stayed for a week this summer and a weekend last summer. The cabin is comfortable - the bunk room has 4 queen beds, each room has its own a/c unit. The living/dining/kitchen space is open and has big windows overlooking the lake. The decks and patio furniture also add so much the the stay.

A wonderful rental. We loved the layout of the house, the awesome bunk beds, the kayaks, and the deck over the water. This is the perfect rental along the lake. Georgia does make you work a little harder to go to stores and into Burlington for other activities, but I grew up there so I knew that was the case. This is a great spot to rent and just enjoy Lake life. If it’s available when I come back, I’ll definitely stay again.

The 303 was a good experience of lake life in VT. The house was nicely renovated with a great wood cabin feel. The view is spectacular. The place was easy to find and directions were great. The house media center was amazing and it was a great house to hang in while we weathered a big storm.
There were only a couple of minor issues that did not impact our stay very much. We forgot to bring our own soaps and shampoo and there were none available. The water in the tap was undrinkable as it comes directly from the lake but plenty of bottled water was available. Maybe a little more info about the water quality would be nice (is its filtered?) Overall this place is great and we had a great time.

Family weekend trip to VT to see kids at UVM and catch a soccer game, St Albans downtown was fun with good food, farmers market and auto show.

We had a fantastic week at Carl & Donna's lake house. The views are incredible and many amenities are offered so our stay was very comfortable. Lake life means bugs, algae, and using bottled water for drinking/cooking, but the location is worth it! Kids loved fishing right off the dock- catching lots of little Blue Gills and even a 10" catfish one evening. St. Alban's is very near by for things you might want in town...eating out, grocery store, and don't miss the creemee stands! We loved horseback riding at La Joie (40 min drive) and spent a day in Burlington (35 min drive)... If you are looking for
a laid back lake getaway you will not be disappointed with this vacation home!

Our family wanted to get away for Memorial Day weekend and we were lucky to find this house available. They are literally right on the lake..you can't beat the view. Carl and Donna have done a very nice job updating their place. The bunk room was a hit with the kids and master bedroom was nice too -all beds were comfortable. The pictures in the posting don't do it justice!
The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and the sunsets were gorgeous. There isn't really a spot to go swimming but Sandbar Beach was about 25 min ride down toward South Hero (water was cold in May though). I think there are a few other local beach spots too. We also found lots of great places to eat in St. Albans itself which was less than a 10 min ride. The farmer market in St. Albans on the weekend was really cute too! Of course the Burlington Farmers Market on Saturdays is legendary.
The location on the water was superb..the house is situated along the shore amongst other homes..some have been updated while others have not. Given the proximity to the water, there are some quirks related to the plumbing/water provided, but the home owners were great about providing water during our stay. There are some bugs in the evening out back but once you get the fire pit going, it keeps them away. Bring the s'mores for the kids!

The views here are amazing and the home exceeded our expectations. It is comfortable and cozy, and we spent most of our time on the porches. The nice outdoor furniture and the propane firepit were perfect for enjoying the sunsets. The inside of the house is designed to allow access to the lake views as well. We found several nearby hiking spots and enjoyed lunches in nearby St. Albans. This spot is on our list to return to next year!

Vermont Vacation
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house directly on the bay. It was better than the pictures and had everything we needed plus some. We loved the town of St. Albans and the area around it. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Hopefully we can return next year and maybe tie it in with a trip to Montreal. The owners of the house were very responsive during the whole reserving and check in process answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Perfect location
This place is beautiful. The views will take your breath away. The house is exactly as on pictures and more. It was just two of us but the second bedroom is great for kids or other family or friends. If we ever get a lake house it would be like that one. The communication with the host was easy and they were very helpful and quick. Thank you so much for sharing your perfect lake house with us. The only downside was that you can’t bring your pet baby. But overall we had amazing time.

Excellent Lakehouse
Absolutley a fun and yet relaxing time. The owners have done a phenomenal job setting everything up. There were many games to play, puzzles to build and our absolute favorite, the turntable. They even had some good vinyl to listen to! There are just not any words for the sunsets we saw EVERY night. Although we stayed late Sept, we still caught some fish and enjoyed sitting down by the Bay. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Cabin was very cozy, everything you needed was there. Very clean. Owner provided plenty of drinking water since water was drawn from lake. Sunsets were amazing by the fire pit!

Wonderful lake front property
Beautiful house on the lake with plenty of space. Clear, written instructions made it easy for us to enjoy. Owners have done a really nice job with this property. Clean and cozy. It was exactly what we needed for the week. Bed in MBR is super comfortable. Deck and firepit are great. Weber grille was nice to use for dinner every night. Appreciated the use of the two kayaks.

Great fishing!
We had a wonderful time being back in St. Albans. We love the area- the fishing is fantastic and the swimming is usually good but with the hot/dry weather this year the weeds were early but the town park/beach is right down the road and close to an ice cream shop so it wasn’t a big deal. Close enough to ride your bikes to if you want. The porches are fantastic and the house has everything you need for a wonderful stay including plenty of linens and paper products along with comfy beds and plenty of spots for everyone to relax and enjoy the lake or watch tv after a long day. We will definitely be coming back! We can’t wait. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spot with us!

We chose the lake house for its location, it is just down the road from my sister’s home. We really enjoyed the camp, very large and roomy. Great views and it had everything you need for a lakeside vacation!

The house was amazing, the attention to the smallest of details was exceptional. I would recommend this property to anyone. My family & I had such a good time by the fire, eating smores & looking at beautiful sunsets. My 15 & 17 year old grandkids didn't want to leave. Definitely want to stay here again.

A Great Visit to St. Albans Bay
We had a great stay at the house. The location was great. Amazing sunsets . The cottage itself was nicely appointed and larger than the pictures indicate. We enjoyed the use of both decks and the dock. We will definitely keep it in mind for future visits to the area.

The location on the lake provides a peaceful experience, amazing sunsets and fantastic fishing from the dock. Most of the property is in new condition and the wood interior offers a nice vacation feel. Plenty of room (we were 4) and very good amenities. The pictures undersell the property. Highly recommend.

A week in Hesven
Carl and Donna have the perfect house on The Lake. Everything was even better than we had thought it would be. The decks were perfect for grilling, outdoor dining, lounging, getting sun, and even getting under cover when it rained, all the while, sitting by the most breathtaking views! Sunsets every night were gorgeous. Every piece of furniture more comfortable than the last. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Every seat with a view. The fishing was an anglers dream! We caught a few huge large mouth bass right off the dock! Our Grandchildren could catch a small fish with every cast! Great location for kayaking over to the mouth of Miill River, to check out the wildlife, and hiking the trail to Mill River and exploring the River and waterfalls. We will go back every summer! Thanks Carl and Donna, you are the perfect hosts!

The owners attention to detail in remodeling this cozy cottage is well noted. The gas fire place on the deck is a great place to share stories, share a drink, and share sunsets over looking the bay.
If you’re looking for peace and tranquility, you’ve chosen the right spot, 303 Ferrand rd, St Albans bay....for those of you who enjoy the night life, Burlington is a quick 25 min hop to the famed Church street.

We had a wonderful week in this practically brand new home overlooking the lake. Views were picture perfect and the pine interior is beautiful. The only downside is that you might not be able to swim in the lake - depending on periodic algae blooms. Swimming nearby solves that problem. Hosts are absolutely wonderful which makes a difference if something goes wrong during your stay. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing sunsets - great quiet area - super comfortable!
If you enjoy a true 'lake house', this is perfect. Rustic decor, comfortable and not a lot of activity on this part of the lake. Very close to several of the state parks, great for kayaking. At first we were a little skeptical to use bottled water for drinking and cooking, but it really was not an issue - the house was stocked and we bought a bit more. The owners thought of everything to make sure we had all we needed. Highly recommended!

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed cottage. Beautiful sunsets each night while enjoying the firepit. Loved the knotty pine woodwork throughout the cottage. Definately considering returning next year.
