La vue était sublime Bien placé, l'appartement était très agréable

Il manquait un drap, le lave lave-vaisselle était propre mais pas vidé. Mais cela n'a pas du tout été gênant pour nous Juste un oubli, ça arrive 😉

Le logement était propre en surface mais il ne fallait pas regarder dans les coins. De nombreuses choses sont branlantes(robinet, porte manteau..) Il y a une dizaine de marche avant d’arriver à L’ascenseur.

Bel appartement bien équipé, peintures très propres, 2 larges baie vitrées sur balcon, remarquablement bien placé devant la plage à 300 m environ du coeur de ville de Palavas-Les-Flots avec restaurants, bars, boutiques, sur les quais du Lez. A noter, hors saison places de parking payantes disponibles au pied de l'immeuble.

La procédure de réservation du gestionnaire Première Conciergerie avec fourniture des pièces d'identité de tous les accompagnants est un tantinet fastidieuse.

Light in bathroom did not work. Only 1 toilet in apartment. Bathroom sink did not drain.

Location can’t be better in Palvas. Specious apartment great for a family of 3-4. Clean and looks good. You can sit and relax in the balcony, enjoy great sunrise every day.

The check in process is complicated. Lots of online activity, more complicated than a airline check in. Too many fields to fill and documents to upload. No personal welcome or guidance. You never see any staff. Online responses to problems takes long and not available on phone all the times. The facilities are minimum. No toiletries. Not good enough utensils to cook. Do not justify the high price.

The apartment is great. Really clean, close to the beach and really well equipped.

We arrived late and struggled with the key box, however staff on the phone were helpful and friendly.

Lovely sea views. Kitchen had everything! It was great to have a washing machine.

Sheets were not clean, spare room had used sheets/pillowcases (someone else’s hair was on the sheets and the smell was musty). There was no soap of any kind, we had to buy some at the Carrefour. The balcony furniture was very old/looked unsafe. The concierge service were nice but VERY hands on…multiple emails/messages. Check in process was long and burdensome.
