Efficient friendly staff and excellent service

Quietness

Information did not seem to be freely available. I had to ask for some information like wheelchair access for example, but staff had all the answers and were helpful when approached.

We were at a wedding reception and everything was so beautifully done. The food and wine were excellent and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.

The price was a bit steep, so only booked one night.

No AC in rooms very warm

Scrambled eggs were poor,

I booked a suite last minute as I needed accommodation. The suite exceeded expectations given this is a 4 star hotel. I slept so well, the bed was so comfortable. I had breakfast delivered to the room and it was lovely having a sitting room to eat it in. My room (508) was more like an apartment, it was great - I didnt want to check out!

Nothing, I had a lovely stay and definitely would return.

Gorgeous suite. Lovely location. Pool area very relaxing and clean. Lovely breakfast.

Fine dining restaurant quite overpriced for what it was. Bar food nicer and better value. Some of the decor is dated. Couldn't stream to smart TV.

Breakfast buffet could be better with broader selection of berries, seeds, healthy options.

A very friendly reception team. Our superior king room was very large and had a very comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom with shower and bath.

We felt quite uncomfortable when our waiter at dinner kept asking us for our room number. We had booked a table in the Brehon Bar for dinner before we arrived and we gave our details when entering the bar when we were marked off the list. Our waiter then asked us a further two times what our room number was (409) before his colleague came over and asked us a third time. As stated earlier the waiters manner in asking made us feel a little uncomfortable. Our meal was nice but we were not asked if the meal was ok. Its a shame as other than our waiter all other staff members were very friendly
