LEDGE POINT SERENITY
Ceci est une maison très confortable qui est bien entretenue et bien rangée. Il a un lit queen size et une télévision dans la chambre principale et des lits queen size dans les chambres 2 et 3 avec 2 lits superposés dans la chambre 4 et 2 salles de bains et est la maison idéale pour deux familles.
Il a une immense zone en plein air avec barbecue et une immense pelouse avec un anneau de basket pour les enfants. Il y a des toilettes et une douche extérieures, idéales lorsque vous rentrerez de la plage. Il dispose de deux salons contenant des téléviseurs et des lecteurs DVD, il n'y aura donc jamais de problème pour décider quoi regarder. La buanderie dispose également d'une machine à laver pour ceux qui souhaitent rester un peu plus longtemps.
Le plaisir est un incontournable avec la grande zone en plein air en plein air et à quelques pas de magnifiques plages où la baignade, la pêche ou simplement une promenade tranquille au coucher du soleil vous attend.
La zone en plein air est également équipée de stores enroulables qui peuvent fondamentalement transformer la zone en une pièce protégée. Donc, s'il fait un peu de vent ou si vous voulez juste un peu d'intimité supplémentaire, faites-les simplement descendre.

Property was well maintained outside with a great yard for the kids to run around in. The patio was a great area with blinds to block out the wind. There is next to no mobile signal (couldn't even text or use data) and the property has no wifi. The house needs a good deep clean.

Had a great holiday over the easter long weekend, house has a great backyard and outdoor entertaining area, only issue was that internet reception was poor, but seemed to be an issue for the entire town, definitely be back again.

When we arrived the house was dark gloomy and there is a fish smell in the back patio and sometimes inside. The property needs a good clean not just a clean from the people staying in it. There is mould and scum in the bathrooms. We also didn't know there was no linen until day before our expected stay. Trying to contact the property manager was difficult and being charged $50 per extra person per night is rediculous considering there is extra cleaning expense for the additional people with no linen or towels etc.

The house itself is one we have stayed in twice before. I have never had a problem checking-in before, but this time was dreadful. I was shunted on to another site VRBO (I think) and had to use a 6 digit code -no luck, tried about 15 different times and even when I entered the code in the allocated 15 minute time frame, still said "invalid" Was so frustrating I ended up contacting the owner of the house direct - I didn't want to do it, but had dealt with Julian before. Luckily, he provided all the info I needed. We will very likely go to the same address in Feb, 2025, but if I possibly can, will deal directly with Julian. I have used STAYZ many, many times (for our Feb. stays in Ledge) and have never encountered a more frustrating episode as this year.

Solid house with big backyard. It lacked a few key things.
1 split system so not ideal for winter.
The place was generally tired which was fine save that it really needed a thorough clean.
That said, a good solid house ideal for 2 families sharing.
We were told after we had booked that we were expected to clean it on departure.

The house was well located, however the cleanliness of the house was less than desirable. Filthy oven and fridge. Bath not functional as the drain is broken and plug was missing. Ensuite bathroom had hair in and around drains. Bbq tray had fat build up on tray.
As we were required to vacuum , sweep and mop on departure, I'm not sure whether that is the only cleaning done between stays.

The property was in a good location. The outside of the property was well maintained. The property had the necessary household items and sufficient space. The cleanliness of the inside of the property was disappointing. The floors, cook top, cutting boards and fridge shelves were dirty.

There was no reception at the property we could not make phone calls , non of the TVs worked , the house was disgusting , sticky floors, carpets un clean , fridge was dirty hot plat was covered in oil, the bin was full we had no where to put any rubbish, when I final got in contact with home owner i was told that it's my problem and not his , as we booked for 10 and only 6 stayed I was told I would get abit of a refund and still have not received anything , we did not have access to the property the car port and the shed , we bought up a motor bike and a jet ski and had no where to lock them , when I brought this up with owner he told me to go buy a lock and chain , this property add is very miss leading and should not be on your Web site , we had the worst experience of our lives and we payed over $1800 dollars for it , I will not ever again be useing stayz and if we're you I would take this listing down .

The gas hot water system was not working for 7 out of our 14 day stay, the owner organised for us to go to the caravan park to shower but after a 10 hour day who wants to do that! Communication from the owner was really poor, emails and phone calls go unanswered for days. Asks that you vacuum and mop before leaving, it looks like the cleaning is expected to be done by the last tenants and not a cleaning crew. Would not stay again.

Needs a good clean
I have advised the owner of my concerns and he has said he is taking steps to rectify the problems.
The house was extremely dirty. Mould in showers, grime on doors, door frames and light switches. Not a 'bit', really dirty. Many other cleanliness issues and so I spent considerable time cleaning the house so it is a lot better now but we all felt very uncomfortable in the house. It is a shame as it is a nice house, great size and good layout. The outdoors is very tidy and well presented and it is a great location.
With a thorough deep clean the house will provide excellent accommodation.
If I had assurance that the house was clean and hygienic, I would consider staying again.

Rundown and Overpriced
House is not suitable for summer. One split system in the front room to cool the entire house was not adequate. The whole house was dirty, carpet, walls, floors, I could go on. We had to cut our stay short and the host hasn’t even responded to my email.

Great Accomodation
We stay in ledge for five days and the house was the perfect location for us to explore both Ledge Point and Lancelin, sleeps up to ten heaps of space, three bathrooms, washing machine, well appointed kitchen, great outdoor area and BBQ, massive backyard area.

Spacious house with a lovely outdoor area.
Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. There were plenty of beds to choose from and the outdoor entertainment area was perfect for a catch up with friends. The owner communicated well with us with easy to follow guidelines. We found the house was warm and cosy when the temperatures dropped outside. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay and we hope to be back very soon. Loved that the beach was within walking distance.

Our accommodation,Clean more than Adequate,plenty of beds,many Entertainment Areas,only Real Complaint,home is not that Close to Beach and when you arrive at Beach,Seaweed knee deep and Smelly.Local Shop.Expensive as.Lancelin about 12 kilometres away,Is a bit more Value for Money,a good tip,buy as much eggs,Bacon,Fruit,from Perth,because these Shopkeepers up this Neck of the Woods,only see $$ signs

perfect for families who want a comfortable beach getaway
Great property every thing you could want for comfortable family getaway, close to 4x4 tracks into dunes and onto beach. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

A Perfect big family getaway
We had 2 families of 4 (2 adults 2 kids under 4) there was plenty of space and an awesome secure backyard for all the kids to play. The owner was extremely wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. The house suited our stay perfectly and we would happily stay again!

Don’t stay in the here
Property manager was too bossy. Expects us to light up the hot water system which I was not familiar with. I was not comfortable and refused to follow his instructions on the phone and asked him to Come and do it himself. Then he was very upset and blamed me that I wasted his 3 hours.
TV has no signals, DVD players were not working on any TV.

We were extremely disappointed in our stay in Ledge Point
The place was very dirty, fish smell in the freezer, fridge was filthy, carpet stained, and we didn't no we had to take our own linen and towels until we were ready to go, other wise I would not of booked it.

One of the nicer houses in Ledge
Have stayed in Ledge a few times over the years and this has been one of the nicer houses we have stayed in. House was clean and tidy, master at front was great with drawers and storage. Back yard is very big and maintained.

Very unclean And disappointing
Pictures and description of the house were pretty inaccurate. The only thing we enjoyed was the outside area of the house and the location. The inside of the house was so disgustingly unclean (i’m not going to elaborate on details because there are too many). I have stayed at many stayz properties and never had to complain or experience such a low level of cleanliness. I would get a guarantee from the owner that the property has been properly cleaned and is suitable for guests to stay in before booking this property.

Disappointed
After the first walk through of the house I had cob webs on my arms and legs. There was food left rotting in the inside bin. Mould in the freezer. Mould on the shower curtain in the en-suite. All surfaces were dusty. Oven was dirty and didn't work. No gas for the BBQ. Put the bins out to be emptied only to bring it back with the bin still half full as there were lawn clippings in the bottom that didn't come out. On departure I let the owner know all these details and he didn't even bother texting back.

Lovely Place - Apart from Issues
The property was lovely, clean and close to the beach. The outdoor area was large and tidy. Everything was pretty much as advertised and we would recommend this house to others. Please note that the air conditioner only services a small room at the front of the house, the back bedrooms can get quite warm (especially if the ceiling fans fail).
Unfortunately we had issues with the lighting circuit, which meant we had no lights, exhaust fans or ceiling fans for most of our trip. Due to Ledges more-remote location this could not be fixed, which slightly soured our trip.
