Very helpful and friendly staff.
Kennedy was exceptionally helpful.
A breakfast with less plastic containers. So small for older fingers to open! I just came back from Europe and stayed at three different hotels. Jams, butter etc. all in regular containers like bowls, jars.

Bathroom had sliding door and poor ventilation.

Beautiful location, breakfast was lovely, the gym facilities were a nice bonus, the beds were super comfy.
The only minor complaint we have is the shower water pressure could be a bit stronger. Otherwise this hotel has been one of the best stays in all of canada.

Everything. The room had two comfortable queen beds, spacious, bathroom equipped with all the necessities, very quiet.
The breakfast provided in the morning had great seating arrangement. The best selection of food, a pancake maker, cheese omelettes, etc., that I have ever seen offered at a hotel.
The staff member at the reception desk was so friendly and helpful. Always had a smile on his face.

Check in was fast. The room was excellent. Very clean, big, and comfortable. Excellent shower and beds. Appreciated being able to make a decent cup of coffee in the morning. Pretty quiet.
Ice machine on my floor was not working (reported this to the front desk.)

The wonderful pool was a few degrees too warm! (I usually complain that pools are too cold!, so this was a surprise!)

The staff was really kind and willing to attend any request. Alongside thoughtful amenities and general comfort, extremely clean & comfortable. We really liked the amenities. Never underestimate the value of hot, fresh coffee in the morning, great choices at breakfast, comfortable bed, free wifi, flat-screen TVs, swimming pool, cleanest room.

I am a professional cleaner and the room and over all facility felt clean.

I made a mistake at breakfast.
I wasnt looking at the walls for signs I was looking down at my food and toasted a croissant when the sign said not to. At first the lady was nice about it but then another lady walked in while the other lady was cleaning the toaster and openly started talking about how I used the toaster for a croissant loud enough for me to hear them and how they wouldn't even do that at home and continued to talk about it in reference to me.
My husband had to tell them to stop talking about it. It was very unprofessional and it really tainted my experience.
Tub was very shallow to the point you couldn't have a bath and if you did you would be barely covered in water.
I require a firm mattress due to back problems so although the bed was very comfy it was very soft and I was sore after 2 nights.

I really didn’t lime the $50 deposit on top of my night’s stay. Then having explained it would be taken off my card in 3-5 days was very disappointing. I woukd question staying again if my money is not returned promptly.
