La situation : bord de mer très agréable à deux pas du centre.L'accueil souriant.
La maison moderne avec terrasse et la terrasse.
Le restaurant juste à côté.
Le calme.

Wir waren spät abends in Punta Raisi angekommen, mietwagen übernommen und brauchten etwas in der Nähe um erst mal anzukommen. Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, wir durften uns kostenlos aus seinem Kühlschrank bedienen. Der Höhepunkt war das Frühstück, das er gerade aus einer Bäckerei mitgebracht hatte, er hat Super-Kaffee gemacht und uns Gesellschaft geleistet. Das Zimmer war einfach, das Bad neu gemacht und für 3 Personen komplett ausreichend. Auf der anderen Straßenseite ist die Steilküste, da kann man gleich das Meer sehen. wir waren aber nur eine Nacht da, im Januar, da gibt es erst einmal keine Parkplatzprobleme und ich kann nichts darüber sagen, wie es bei Vollbelegung und längeren Aufenthalten wäre. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Terrasini, kein spektakulärer, aber sehr sympathischer Ort am Meer.

Nino was so kind, cheerful and helpful. It was right across from the beach and a lovely walk along the cliff over the sea. The town was charming and everyone was friendly. We popped into their local museum and found out what a "Ruota" is - hand carved, hand painted carts used historically for all kinds of work and celebrations. They had many beautiful examples. That made their property even more special to us.

nice location on the water. great if you need a place to stay by Palermo airport. I had some issues with flights and this was conveniently located nearby for me to spend the night and conquer a day of travel the next day. the wifi was strong and ac worked well. owner is nice and friendly and it’s great there’s a generous free mini bar with large waters and other drinks.

Nice location, clean. Friendly people to help us in with luggage. Bed was comfy, shower great. Breakfast was fresh pastries, good coffee, yogurt, juice and a few other things.

Location good and easy to find. Free parking in adjacent lot. Bed was OK. Room was clean. Has 2 bedside tables, suitcase stand for 2 suitcases, 2 opening windows, very good heat. Was quiet. Bathroom nice, slow hot water then good. Nice bathroom, shower is small but worked well except for loose holder for shower head.
Breakfast was an fairly good "traditional" Italian breakfast
Host was friendly and parking lot attendant guided us to his Brothers car wash. Rental car was very clean for e15

The staff is very friendly, honest and take care that you've a very good time there.
The breakfast is partly self-made and very delicious.
You stay there very closed to the centre and have a perfect place there.
I can highly recommend this place. I was here with my girlfriend for one night. But next time we would stay a few days more. Terrasini is a very nice and cosy place.

Extremely clean, recently remodeled with newer furniture.
The twin bed's mattress could use an upgrade. I missed having eggs ( even hard boiled) for breakfast.

The location is in a seaside village yet very close to Palermo airport.
We arrived very late and yet they were waiting to welcome us.

WOW!!! I didn't expect this place to be so great!!! Perfect location for the sunset. And the restaurant next door was so delicious and everybody was nice!! Nino was super helpful and kind! Great breakfast! Comfy beds! I fell in the sea with my phone and they tried so hard to fix it!

Not for the hotel, but Be careful walking down to the small beach area. Very steep, and rocks can be slippery! DON'T TAKE YOUR PHONE!!

I will highly reccomend this hotel. The host is super helpfull and will arrange cheap transfere whereever you want. We had some trouble with a lost car key, but the host was so kind and helpfull. The B&B is location is near a beautiful beach and some amazing cliffes. It is free snacks such as juices, fruits, yougurts, cakes, coffee and water 24/7. It is also free parking.
Beside the B&B there is also a restaurant and a tivoli.

The owner is very helpful and hospitality;) The apartment is very new and clean, well equipped with espresso maker, minibar with fresh fruits, yoghurt, water, etc included. The location is super great with stunning view - swimming or sunsets. We had morning flight and the owner helped us with taxi service. Highly recommend!

Great location, in walking distance to the town and 15 minutes drive to the airport. Our room was very clean and comfortable, everything really new and great value for money.

We stayed for one night since we arrived at Palermo airport very late. Nino was an excellent Amphitryon! The rooms were super clean and we got private parking in front of the place. They gave us something for dinner since we arrive at almost 11 PM and everything was closed, it save us! The breakfast is typical Italian. I had a great cappuccino with some sweet patisserie.

The host Russo was so warm and welcoming, although he didn’t speak a lot of English but was very friendly and used google translate to answer our questions. The breakfast was very delicious and the room was comfy & clean. Perfect location- 5 min walk from the beach!
