La paix et la tranquillité sont les vôtres lorsque vous séjournez dans notre condo de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec de nombreuses vues spectaculaires sur l'eau et un quai. Situé à proximité des restaurants, des magasins et des divertissements.
Celina abrite 10 000 habitants, divers festivals dont le Lake Festival, les Freedom Days & Taste of Celina. Des pistes cyclables / pédestres, des micro-brasseries, le parc d'État de Grand Lake, le campus de Wright State Lake et Eldora Speedway sont tous à proximité.
L'ESPACE
Des marches extérieures mènent à ce spacieux condo au deuxième étage, une unité NON-FUMEUR, NON-PET avec une grande porte-fenêtre en verre et des fenêtres qui s'ouvrent directement sur le lac depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Nous avons l'une des meilleures vues sur le lac, alors venez regarder le lever et le coucher du soleil depuis votre balcon privé couvert chaque jour, tandis que les hérons bleus pêchent au bord de l'eau. Peut-être que vous apercevrez l'un de nos pygargues à tête blanche planant majestueusement au-dessus de vos têtes!
Un espace de quai est disponible et la digue est un endroit parfait pour quelques heures de pêche. Une cuisine entièrement équipée et un barbecue à gaz extérieur vous permettent de choisir entre manger ou visiter l'un de nos excellents restaurants locaux à proximité. Dans la soirée, dirigez-vous vers le foyer partagé et détendez-vous autour d'un feu de joie au bord du lac et faites griller des guimauves pour s'mores!
Nous avons beaucoup d'espace de rassemblement confortable et des lits avec des draps de qualité qui sont entièrement lavés, des draps aux couvertures et couvertures, entre chaque invité. Les dormeurs tardifs apprécieront les rideaux occultants pour protéger du soleil du matin. Les téléviseurs intelligents dans le salon et la chambre principale sont capables de diffuser des films (en utilisant votre compte personnel); ou un lecteur DVD est fourni.

When coming to Ohio to visit with my elderly parents this is my go to place to stay. I don’t mind the drive to Lima. I always look forward to having a wonderful place to crash for the evening. Especially sitting on the back patio watching out over the lake. Beautifully decorated and the cupboards are well stocked.

The place is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and perfect for a family vacation. We loved our trip. Only thing that i see could be an issue with some is guest can't use the stone pier that's in the picture, however you do have a little sidewalk and retaining wall and little pier to fish from that's just perfect for families. The host has really thought out everything for you so you just have to arrive and enjoy. Can't wait to visit again.

Stayed here in October and again around Christmas. We love everything about this place- the location, the quiet and how clean and comfortable it is. Tons of space and you can't beat the lake view. The property manager is a joy to work with too. This is our go to place in Celina- we always stay here!

Views from the balcony were priceless. We are retired senior citizens who simply wanted a quiet getaway on a waterfront. Perfect!

Had a great time at this rental. Views of the lake from the second floor balcony were very nice. The host does live in the unit next to this one and has a 10p quiet time. Unit was nicely updated, spacious and clean. We were completely satisfied. Also rented a pontoon for the day and made use of the dock provided with this rental.

We had to find a place to stay quickly due to a family member’s funeral and staying in a hotel isn’t an option. Being in an area of Ohio that is all small towns, it isn’t always easy to find a rental, at least for one of us who is extremely picky. This time the stars were aligned, and we came across this condo that overlooks the lake.
The condo building includes a dock, so after being on the lake and you are ready to go back to the rental, all you have to do is park the boat and walk a few feet to the condo.
The condo, which only has access by stairs, sits at the end of the building and is completely private. The condo is beautiful on the inside and spotlessly clean. The furniture is also nice and kept clean and in great condition. Add to it a private balcony that overlooks the lake, and it provided relaxing seclusion that was needed at the end of each day.

This place was everything and everything you could possibly want in a place to stay. Plenty of room awesome views and a super host we rented this one and another to get her our family so this provided lots of extra space so we weren’t all in top of each other all the time. I would highly recommend the place and Lynn was beyond amazing. THANKS AGAIN LYNN

Relaxing family time
We loved our visit to this condo. Our family of 14 rented two units and enjoyed family time, swimming at the beach, boating and lots of fishing. So close to everything, including nice restaurants and boat ramp. Docked the boat right at the property. Condos were clean and well stocked with bedding, kitchen items, and toiletries. We’ll definitely be back in the future!

Our Holiday Home
We stayed here for a few days during Christmas break. We love it here! It's our favorite spot when we are in town visiting family. Plenty of space for two adults and two teenagers. Love the sunrises and sunsets on the lake. The property manager is a joy to work with. Can't wait for our next visit!

Beautiful property, great accommodations
We were in town for a family wedding and this condo was a great place to stay! We were there with our adult married children plus one infant and loved the space provided. Everything was very clean and just as advertised on the website.

The furnishings, amenities, appliances, linens, were all perfect! It’s a great setting to gather for drinks or read a book! Close to Celina and St.Marys. Just wonderful!

Perfect little getaway
The property was super clean and homey with beautiful views of the lake. We kayaked, walked the paved trail around the property and had some great food! Lynn was easy to communicate with. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips.

Simply lovely
We were in town for a wedding and selected to stay at this lovely property so that we could relax and enjoy time with family we hadn't seen in a long time. The 2nd floor apartment was simply lovely. The lake view was amazing especially from the master bedroom. Waking up to that view was wonderful. The sitting area was relaxed and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and lunch. We enjoyed sitting at the table outside and listening to the sounds of the water, birds, and boats. You couldn't help but be relaxed while there. The owner was wonderful and made check-in and out easy. The beds were a little more firm than we would have liked but given the other amenities the apartment had to offer, we made due. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Beautiful place and Perfect view of fireworks!
We had a really nice 4th of July weekend. The place was so nice and clean. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching a couple bald eagles! The place was stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for the fireworks!

Another Great Visit
Another great visit at this beautiful and well appointed property. Very convenient to downtown Celina, Boardwalk Grill, The Eagles, The Moose, and many other entertainment venues. The property owner is wonderful and very accommodating. We will book again for 2022.

The management was excellent. The property was neat and clean. There were extras like shampoos, firewood for an open pit, detergent, etc. There was a shortage of dishes and utensils, and cookware.

Grand Time on the Grand Lake
Fantastic condo with a tremendous view! Ideal place for us to stay during a social distance weekend with family over Labor Day. Loved all of the space in the condo. Our two teenagers were thrilled to have their own rooms. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony, such a peaceful setting. We'll definitely be back!!
