Really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our large family to be able to stay together. Clean and tidy when we arrived. Host responsive to emails. Close to great shopping. Easy to get around as it was close to the interstate.

We absolutely enjoyed your beautiful house! Had a great experience. We did find a dirty cooking pan in the oven from last visitor prior to our visit and did not clean it but we cleaned all our dishes and placed back in appropriate locations. Thank you again!

The check in experience was seamless. I was trying to locate a home to host a Baby Shower. The Host approved the event and assured me that parking would not be an issue. This home exceeded my expectations. It has lots of room to accommodate a large family. Its location is convenient to any store that you may need. We plan to use this house when we return to Austin.

The house location is ideal. Close enough to major places in Austin. No more then 30 min at the most to where we had to go including COTA. The bathrooms were clean. A few places that need dusting, like the living room fan. Few things that need fixing but did not get in the way of a pleasant stay. MB bed was comfortable. I was informed that the other king beds on the 2nd floor were quite firm. We didn't use the bunk beds, so I don't know about those. The bed in the guest room on the first floor is old where you can feel the springs. Kitchen is well equipped but cabinets are peeling. The A/C works well. Hot water gets really hot. Just need a little TLC. Overall it was great value for the rate they charged on F1 weekend.

Nice house

This is a great house for a large extended family to get away together. The house is spacious with lots of dining seating and a large sectional couch. The kitchen was big and well stocked. There were enough beds for 12 (4 kingsize beds, 2 doubles (bunked) and a trundle bed) to sleep comfortably and the couch & a futon for 3 more to sleep for a couple of nights. The master bed and bathroom was really quite big and comfortable. It was particularly nice for the bride and bridesmaids to do makeup and get ready the morning of the wedding. It had a walk in shower and a deep tub. The house is close to The Domain (large outdoor shopping and dining area) and not far from downtown and the other parts of the city with easy access to Loop 1/MOPAC and I-35. There is plenty of shopping (H-E-B close) and restaurants available nearby and so many great Austin/TX food options. We all enjoyed the pool table and game area upstairs. The one major downside was the heat (105° plus everyday), which made outside activities pretty much impossible. But all in all, it was a wonderful week, and the wedding went off perfectly. Thanks!

This home is set up nicely for a large group. Lots of space and nice linens and towels. Our group had a great time here.

We visited the area for my son’s wedding and had no issues with the house. Plenty of room for the 14 of us. House was very clean and it was in a safe area. I would recommend to stay here if in the area.

Nice property. Could use some updating

This was a great place. Lots of room to spred out. Everyone had a bedroom. It was clean and everything worked well. Loved having a grill and a nice gas stove. Petty little thing- the mattress in the front room isn’t great but all the other mattresses were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The space was ample for the celebration we had. The kitchen was under supplied for serving platters and bowls. There was a overpowering smell of mildew under the kitchen sink. And in the master bathroom vanilty. The side racks in the fridge were all broken. And, the grill outside would not auto light and was too low on propane for use. This was for a family gathering , celebrating my mothers 100th birthday, with lots of friends and family. If you fix theses issues, we would definitely come back. I hope these suggestions have been helpful. They are only meant to help you.

This place is perfect for a large group and an excellent value for the price. Beds were very comfy, bathrooms sparkling. The host was very communicative and responded right away whenever we needed anything. The location is a bit out of the way, but quiet and it's easy to get to the fun places in Austin with the highway being nearby. Overall excellent experience.

Place was great but the air conditioner did not work while we were there and the guests staying upstairs were extremely uncomfortable for most of the stay. The owner eventually had a service repair it but we had 4 days of uncomfortable stay.

A small issue getting the access code in time, but trip was smooth after that! One of the beds was broken (loft) but we were able to move the hideaway from the bunk bed room into the loft. Sound echoes in this house so if one person is up everyone plan to be up. The dish network lacks major networks but had some cable channels. No way to airplay your phone to the TVs that we could see. Also limited apps and could not see how to install additional ones. Coffee and Keurig was nice and dishwasher worked even though they forgot to stock the cleaning pods. Back yard is nice. Quiet neighborhood. There is recycle but no inside house bin, just know it is around the corner next to the trash bin outside.

The host was very responsive. The house was nice for the 7 adults we had. Spacious and comfortable.

We had a friends trip down to Austin the property was nice and everything was as it was shown. Owner is very responsive. Only thing for me was that one of the beds had a couple of bugs on it but outside of that it was great!

Lots of room for our family of 10 to spend some quality of time together.

This was our first time renting through VRBO. This homeowner make VRBO look horrible.

This group of four friends who have been meeting at different places in the country for 25+ years, enjoyed our stay in Austin. Our rental was clean and well appointed. We appreciated the bottled water, coffee and tea that was provided. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens. The location was in a quite neighborhood near excellent shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay.

We needed a large house with 5 bedrooms and allowed pets, and this house met those needs well. The house had plenty of space for our family, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen table seated all of us. The Keurig was much appreciated. We were not planning to do much cooking there, but it would have been difficult as there were numerous lids with only two pots. The disappointments were the discarded beer cans found in the driveway, the cigarettes and soda can in the gameroom window, the hair in the master shower, and the lack of a top sheet on the bottom bunk bed. This could be a result of lack of attention from the cleaning crew. There were bags of trash left next to the outside garbage and recycling receptacles. The house’s location was convenient to meet up with our family and close to amenities. We enjoyed a game of pool and cards. Overall, this is a good place to stay. More attention to cleaning details would make it more inviting to stay in this house.

My family of six were very comfortable here. There is plenty of room. The place was very clean which is very important to us . The owner responds quickly to communications. Only issue we had is that we were politely contacted after checkout about a missing air mattress. We responded and let them know that we did not use an air mattress, but thought we recalled seeing one either in a closet or the garage. Hopefully it was located.

The house was nice overall, plenty of space. We used the pool table upstairs and there is easy access to The Domain for shopping, dining, and fun. There are 5 separate bedrooms which worked well for our guys work trip.

Bien was a proactive and helpful host. House is in a great location with easy access to highways and less than 20 minutes to downtown. All was clean and tidy -- coffee bar was well stocked with coffee, and host kindly provided some water to start. House has ample room and is as described.

I had my family and other relatives coming to Austin from multiple out of state locations for my daughter's wedding. Being able to have everyone together with all the comforts of home made our time there so enjoyable. Communicating with the host was easy and convenient. The home was very comfortable and close to many necessities like restaurants and stores and easy to navigate back to. While there is some wear and tare due to the house being a rental we all thought it was beautiful and true to the photos on the listing. Every one of us enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and safe during our time here. And most importantly many of the things we neeed to provide for our daughter's wedding were made possible because of the accommodations we had with this home. There was plenty of space for the crafting we needed to do and the kitchen was great for all the cooking we needed to do for her shower and the feeding of the whole family there. We couldn't have found a better place to stay. Thank you.

Property was as advertised with comfortable and clean accommodations and the price was good. We had 6 men stay comfortably. I would highly recommend this property to anyone needing a space north of Austin.
