There was too less towels available. There should have been more free of charge, as there was no cleaning during our stay.

amazing location right on the beach. I took paddleboards so was able to hop over the patio wall and almost straight into the flat calm sea. the property is marble and glass, well laid out (bedrooms on each floor so privacy for everyone) with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the bay. beautifully furnished.

not enough kitchen utensils - basic stuff like tongs, chopping board, knives, tea towels.

Absolutely stunning location, villa and hosts. Perfect seafront position, just a short boat ride (taxi boat is a 5 min walk) from the beautiful town of Trogir. You won't find a more beautiful villa and location. Although the pool is shared, we had it to ourselves for 4 days - a wonderful large infinity pool with views over the bay. Great local supermarket just a 2 min walk, which opens early until late and stocks pretty much everything you need. Antonia's hospitality was superb, and she organised our airport taxis and a fantastic full day private boat hire.

Great location, great villa, perfect place to stay. Direct access to the see, 15 minutes walking from old town. Definitely recommended.

No hot water in all bathrooms, ants in living room

Huge property, very clean and modern. Comfy beds. Bath towels and beach towels provided. Large bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. Great for a group of friends or extended family group Great views, directly over the sea Maria, one of the hosts, attended every morning to check everything was ok and to help with any issues. She seemed genuinely keen to help. There was a sharing stand-up paddleboard between the properties. (It would have been great to have some kayaks or more SUPs) The pool is large with lovely views

The property backs onto quite a busy road, it wasn't noisy through the night but it didn't feel peaceful. The outdoor areas of the 5 villas lack a bit of privacy, you see directly across to each villa. At times our neighbours played quite loud music. Public can walk along and sunbathe between the outdoor space and the waterfront. The pool is shared between the properties and is placed beyond the car park. The walk into Trogir old town takes 15 minutes up and down a very steep hill - not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or very young children. (there is a ferry into Trogir a few minutes down the road but we weren't informed about it) I asked for information about boat hire or kayak hire from our check-in host but was never recontacted
