Café da manhã e equipe excelentes. Limpeza também.
Serviço da piscina muito ruim, cerveja servida não estava boa, foi trocada e estava ruim também. No quarto haviam um fios expostos soltos

Não foi a primeira vez que me hospedei. O atendimento é gentil, a instalação é de boa qualidade e o café da manhã também.

Location was convenient, breakfast was decent with a variety of options.
The corridors smelt of mould on the lower levels and the hallways were very dark and not well lit.
The photos of the room/s on booking.com did not match the room we were given and is not an accurate depiction of the room/s. We specifically weren’t satisfied with our room as it was not what we thought we paid for, and went to reception to ask about it and the receptionist Daniel said he couldn’t do anything at all, that we should complain with booking.com, and that the room DID match the photos (which it did not).
Daniel’s colleague (the other receptionist) Leandro Cruz, was very helpful and changed our room for one similar to the photos without hesitation. It’s very unprofessional for one person to say they absolutely cannot help us or do anything, and then the second receptionist turns around and says no problem... This feedback needs to be passed onto to hotel staff and management for better and smoother communication with their guests and for general hospitality staff training.

Não gostamos do valor do estacionamento: 100,00 por diária, mas já é logo avisado na entrada. Outro ponto que sirva de alerta é que nosso quarto foi invadido (alguém abriu a porta e logo fechou) e até o presente momento ninguém do hotel nos forneceu as devidas explicações.

Informações turísticas desencontradas e errôneas. Devem deixar este quesito com a agência parceira do Hotel.

Amazing hotel. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were comfortable, and the people that work in the hotel were really nice and attentive.
The area where my room was located was evidently going under some kind of renovation, for which the aesthetic of the place was compromised.

Staff was rude, rooms didnt have windows, the rooms were smelling bad, too many mosquitoes. It was also expensive given what they offer.

Please see our comments below with details. As a couple, we traveled almost 30 countries in different continents. We stayed in 1 star to 5 star places along with villas. This hotel is terrible, let me tell you why;
Level of hygiene doesn't exist. Not at all
Cleaning ladies do not clean, they just change towels.
Hotel is old and there are a lot of things must be replaced immediately
Things in bathroom are rusty, toilets makes strange noises 7/24
Walls are dirty
Curtains are dirty. You will like you dont wanna touch around
Wifi is almost impossible
Elevator smells and older than any history book.
Las time they did clean up probably was a few years ago.

- Perfect location : 2 minutes walking from the first Copacabana Metro Station (Cardeal Arcoverde), 400 meters away from Copacabana beach. Close to restaurants, bars, a couple of nightclubs, shops, etc...
- Professional staff
- Clean: Rooms are cleaned daily, towels changed daily
- Pool area: Very nice and with a very nice view as well
- Breakfast: Not bad at all, but not Royal nor Palace
- Room: You have everyhting you need in the rooms, but they are a bit old...
- Noisy: Soundproofing could be improved. You may what's going on in the corridor and the neighboring rooms if they're being noisy.

The hotel si not clean. There were cockroaches in one of my rooms and then we realized they never change the bed sheets.

staff were very helpful and friendly, we asked to change rooms as we were on the top floor next to the rooftop pool and bar, and the noise is pretty much unbearable. They were great and swapped our room straight away. great breakfast. perfect and safe location.

The hotel looks exactly like the photos and is clean and comfortable.
The hotel is extremely busy at peak breakfast times and has a long queue. Even at non-peak times, it is still very busy, even for a table for one person. The pool is smaller than expected but plenty of chairs/sunbeds. I had unexpected extra charges for storing luggage before checking in, and for water from the room.
