26 euros for a night of parking is steep- 15 is the lowest I saw. You do get a key location, spa and amazing breakfast but it adds up if you need two rooms for a family stay

The hotel is in a great location and breakfast was good. Swimming pool and jacuzzi was a welcome addition.

The location is five minutes from the city centre. The room we stayed in was clean, soundproofed very well (although the view was towards the main street which is quite busy with cars and pedestrians we had no problem sleeping), furniture quite ok (a bit aged but in a pretty good condition). Overall a great location! I would come back a second time here again.

I found nothing to spoil my mood, everything was more than perfect. As a suggestion, the bathtub should be replaced with a shower, this... just so I can find something :)

You could hear clearly what people’s talked on the hallway. Door unfortunately wasn’t properly sealed. And some other noise coming from the wall, between bedroom and bathroom.

Very good indoor pool complete with jacuzzi etc in the attached hotel (all part of the same group) but the various levels when using lift rather confusing.

Quite expensive for what it was ( not sure if it's due to the time of the year I went).... Staff did not know much, everytime I asked something there weren't sure, such as bus stops, bus lines...

The location is bang in the centre of Andorra la Vella, main landmarks and shops everywhere. It's a very neat and tidy and comfortable hotel. The bedrooms and bathrooms are immaculate. The breakfast (in Mercure Hotel) is continental and has a wide range of food and drink selection, including alcoholic beverages, it was brilliant. The spa is great too with a large sauna and steam room with a cool pool and warm jacuzzi (but beware of the strong chlorine!).

This is out of my control but I didn't get to use the spa and wellness area when I wanted to as you had book a slot due to coronavirus. The spa staff only allow a certain number of people in every hour and they said to me that every slot was fully booked. The hotel reception staff should have told the guests this when they check in, or at least give them 1 pass each. The Mercure Hotel guests also use this spa too, and local residents I believe. I ended up begging hotel staff saying I paid to stay at this hotel because of the spa and they kindly called spa staff and they let me in, but for about 30 minutes before asking me to leave.
