Lots on offer for breakfast, bar/ reception open until late. Requested rooms together and received just that. Two adjoining rooms which was a bonus.

Very friendly and professional staff. Very good and safe location. The breakfast had a very satisfactory variety of food and also good quality. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Not many parking spaces available and the parking was really difficult to drive in and take turns. The staff however managed to reserve a place, so really happy with the service.

The breakfast was ok, nothing very special but the omelette was pretty good.

When I arrived the window of the room was opened although outside was quite cold. In the room it was very cold as well but the heating did not work during the night. Unfortunately the people from the reception could only provide some extra blankets and could not really tell why the heating was not working. The same problem was in all the other rooms that some friends booked in the same period.

I liked the location! Very close to the office of the company I am working for. The people at the reception are brilliant! The room is clean and functional. On the small side. Great breakfast!

The light on the mirror: made by men for men. No woman can do her makeup under this light. The taxi I ordered never came. Not the fault of the hotel of course but maybe the taxi company would oblige if the hotel was providing more customers to the taxi company (just an idea) or if they had a 'special deal'. I asked the reception to book me a taxi well before I needed it but ended up being told that they would not come as they were too busy. It messed up my entire planning and after walking in the rain for 50 minutes looking for a taxi, I arrived 9 minutes late to my meeting.

It wasn’t easy to go to the city centre and although the access to public transport was easy, but it wasn’t in walking distance. When we were there the public transport was on strike and everything was even more complicated.
