Great Location, really family friendly with all the comfort needed. Food was also very good

The swimming pool and access to a very good beach.

Smoking in a resort with young children. There should be designated areas even outside to prevent passive smoking risks. The food was shockingly poor in its quality and variety leaving aside the lack of options and labelling given food allergies. Drinks were clearly watered down and portions very small meaning multiple trips particularly for soft drinks. Paying for all inclusive as a family yet ice lollies were additional costs. Limited provision of gelato and most of the time desert was simply fruit. Breakfast was extremely poor and very little in the way of cooked breakfast available aside from bacon and frankfurters. Gym is essentially non existent. I have more equipment in my garage. Too difficult to know where to obtain sports equipment and kids club.

Food was adequate. The train to the beach was cool and the beach was lovely.

Founds a wasps nest above our door when we first arrived, and flies/ants in the bathroom. There were holes in the wall so despite getting rid of them they kept coming back. The rooms need updating for sure.

the restaurant was set up very COVID save even with buffet style by staff serving at every food station which were all behind screens quality was good

coverage of wifi spent first couple of days outside the till late watching sport on iPad

Staff was really nice. Specifically at the beach.
